  1. I am aware thanks. Still hopeful since he seemed ok on sidelines... hence the prayer emoji
  2. It was cute that someone said Hyde wasn't playing well when he was in (haha), but I am really hoping he's able to get in there this week 🙏
  3. Gotta be the head coach right? I mean fair is fair, LOL!
  4. There's this thing in outdoor games called pre-game warmups where the kickers for both teams and their coaches get together and determine what maximum distance they are comfortable with in the conditions, and other factors (like endzone tunnel or no endzone tunnel, swirling winds or winds in a specific direction, etc.). It was talked about on the radio pre game that even Butker (a consensus great kicker with a big leg) was maxed out at about 55-57 for this game. It showed when Reid did not have him attempt a 59 yarder in the game. No, this is not yet another something you can nit-pick the sh%$ out of as a McD problem. Well, you can, but you would be wrong.
  5. The WR screen called there is essentially a run call. Its an extremely high percentage completion rate call (like over 85% completion rate) that it looks like Josh called as an RPO since the inside was completely filled with defenders. Diggs (our most sure handed WR) catches that 95 times out of 100 and we have our 3-4 yard run play.
  6. Not the case. That was the deception of the angle. Von wasn't off side. There are reviews of that available out there that clearly show it. Another thing that happened in the game is the KC defenders held our receivers all 2nd half, on most plays. This is a practice that goes all the way back to when your head coach was a DC for the Giants. Essentially the idea is get 'grabby and holdy' and bank on the refs to not throw a flag every time. KC has adopted this practice for a number of years now. I don't usually see KC do this until playoff time, but they were out in full force doing it yesterday afternoon. Aside from that, if you want to say Murray's 'catch' was a drop, then ok so was Kelce's earlier in the game. Poor reffing in our game yesterday? Yes. In the Bills favor? No I'll take it though one day when we do get more breaks than the other team!
  7. Martin was extremely good in this game. He has had a tough year, however. Bass was money today. 62 was out of his range in the conditions. Butker passed on a 59 yarder for the same reasons out there.
  8. Different years, different needs that made sense at the time to form a complete team. Diggs was also a high pick essentially... a plug and play one. Keep drafting offense, yes, I agree. Also, McD is NOT undermining Beane picks which is the attempted point of this thread. It's 100% unfounded.
  9. it was sarcasm pointing out that the original take was inaccurate, especially the last 2 drafts. I hope we go offense 1 and 2 again this year also.
  10. I'll be pissed if they keep drafting early defensive players like Kincaid and Torrence and Cook! Screw that Shakir guy too he can't cover anyone!
  11. I'd take Nabers at 14 after Odunze at 13, and sprint to the podium! He's the most complete #1 I've seen outside of MHJ. NFL speed, burst and quickness, great hands, all the routes... Odunze is incredible at contested catches and has great size and good hands too. I just haven't seen the shorter, quicker route running. If your consolation prize is Nabers at 14 (I don't think we'll be picking that low mind you), to me you're in great shape!
  12. When are they going to walk Terry Bradshaw of the set? He just said “Matthew Stafford, strongest arm in the game” during the halftime show highlights. Maybe 8-10 years ago, Terry
  13. Can't think of one besides the already mentioned Kincaid sideline catch vs Tampa.
  14. He didn’t get benched in the eagles game
  15. Thinking Kordel Stewart was a solution at QB was fun though!
  16. Its because the Steelers org doesn't listen to their fans or the outside opinion. Make no mistake though, there's a large vocal group of them on the internet that have wanted Tomlin gone for years. It's no different than here. The same types of groups existed when Bill Cowher was the coach. Its also the same types of folks that think Marty Shotenheimer sucked as a coach, even though truly he never had the QB to get it done, and when he almost did (old version of Joe Montana), the Bills team full of hall of famers, including Kelly the QB had something to say about it. Many of the coaching greats in the game have 0 to 1 Super Bowl Victory, and many times it was because there was an even greater team ahead of them in their conference. There were some great Cowboy teams that got left out of the Superbowl because the Niners existed, and the exact opposite also happened.
  17. Because his shell of a defense didn’t stop a Mahomes led offensive drive? Wowzers … “ they will have to” Lol
  18. Fired or not fired, I just pray that those of you that think every bounce of the football is McD's fault (with zero actual evidence or correlation) get fed up and either stop making every single one of your posts about it or find another team to root for.
  19. "rumors and rumblings" was the poster's term and I was responding to him, unless he has 2 accounts here?
  20. We first saw it on the final game of his rookie year, home vs. Miami https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=bills+games+2018#sie=m;/g/11f5hkyby3;6;/m/059yj;overview;fp;1;;;
  21. I'd hate to be a defendant in your court of rumors and rumblings, yikes! But seriously, sucks if the rumors become validated...
  22. Oh I didn' t mean the percentage of folks who get caught or "revealed", I meant the percentage of scumbags who would lay hands on a woman for any reason other than self defense.
  23. Probably the same percentages that exist in the rest of society, yup
