  1. I'm not gonna get down on our guys for going to Chicago and getting their butts whipped, which I fully expect to happen. We're not at that level yet IMO, but of course there's always a chance. I'm envisioning a 23-3 spanking but hoping for better.
  2. Peyton Manning, Jim Kelly, Dan Marino.
  3. My wife and I were at the game yesterday, and not nearly as many people left early as has been portrayed on certain media outlets. I'm sure some of them were Vikes fans too...
  4. I know it's an opinion , but that sounds ridiculous to me. So you're saying that the hammy injury is somehow a continuation last year's injury, from which he worked so hard and recovered from?
  5. One of the biggest things that already separates JP from many of the previous Bills QB duds he gets compared to here is his ability to make and execute a hot read. It's not rocket science but for some reason, from Collins to Drew to Johnson, etc, etc. none of those guys were able to do that on any sort of competant level here.
  6. Good luck to you guys and your friends AKC.
  7. try not to let a 30 mph rainy sideways gust factor into your frustration either. Because that's what was happening on the last drive. Instead, maybe that frustration belongs with the first JP fumble, the INT (to some degree), and the missed 4th down opportunity earlier in the game.
  8. What DID the old Coach have to say on this? I can only imagine... Good post BTW
  9. Shhh.... the last 70 yard drive was NOT against anything remotely resembling a prevent defense.... Don't tell H's ARM!
  10. Also Shelton got hurt in the game and they were unable to run their standard goal line package.
  11. Receivers were not a problem in the least yesterday.
  12. The timeout makes sense if you use your noggin just a little. Also, why review JP's fumble when it would have been at best a pass that went backwards, which is a live ball?
  13. The time out call worked well because we needed two scores, and as long as the next play is a completion (which it was) , you get a free stoppage of play at 1:55 or whatever it was. Made sense to me.
  14. They were getting open enough based on what my eyes saw, along with the statistical backing. JP could have gone to the outlet a couple times to shorten his time waiting in the pocket.
  15. I would say " Good job guys. Though I'd really have liked to see you help us out with a turnover or two."
  16. RECEIVING REC YDS TD LG L. Evans 8 107 0 27 R. Parrish 4 104 1 51 P. Price 3 49 0 20 J. Reed 4 45 0 31 R. Royal 1 20 0 20 W. McGahee 2 3 0 6 terrible play by the wr's!
  17. The Jets were under 300 yards and 4-12 on third down. They had what, 75 yards rushing for 3 ypc? What a terrible analysis. Turnovers lost this game. 2 of them on JP and 1 on a missed block by Willis. That's really all there was to it.
  18. You guys enjoy! Wish I could make it down
  19. The call will ultimately be up to Spikes. Nobody is going to force him to play if he doesn't think he's ready. He has been very careful about the whole thing.
  20. They both practiced today, but sat out of the 11 on 11 reps.
  21. If you Park at the ECC lot and you're planning to leave for the 90, you can generally get out of there a heck of a lot faster than parking at the stadium. (just walk to the tailgate). Plus it's cheaper. As long as you don't mind a 5 minute walk.
  22. You're right. I forgot about the next play Still I loved the effort on taking on two rushers, probably enough that I overlooked the next one.
  23. Great work AKC! Since you're watching, did you see McGahee's double block in pass pro? Took out 2 rushers on the play on a deep quarterback drop! Best block I've seen from one of our backs since Thurman...
