What sucks more is we have a GM that honestly thought that he could have a goalie right out of college play in the NHL at a high level. Sorry all off season most of us were crying for a veteran goalie to replace Comrie (and I for one also wanted Levi to develop in Rochester) and give us a 2 goalie situation. I also have issues with Samuelsson going into the season and he answered to me he's not a top 4 guy. Also keeping both Zemgus and Okoposo felt foolish in the preseason as they aren't all that great. Granted we did add Byram but took until the trade deadline to get him. I'm hoping against hope we find a good HC but have some serious doubts. Toss in have little faith of our GM putting out a NHL ready roster. Quenneville likely never living down that scandle. Guy Boucher is an interesting guy, yet he seems to wear thin after two seasons based on previous stints but maybe he has finally learned in Toronto.

So many variables if we took Mahomes at 10 though as could be debated we'd never gotten a 3rd for Tyrod as doubt Mahomes sits on bench his rookie year here. Also with no White on defense is it what we've seen? Do we still trade up for Edmunds or take another LB? I'll say it. I don't think Patrick Mahomes have the success we've seen him have in KC if we took him instead.

The 5th turned out to be Tommy Doyle and Edmunds lead to our extra 4th this year so the trade still keeps giving for us for now.

I'd call Taylor Swift more influencial than Mahomes.

Sutton for a 5th be a steal yet think he has a big contract so have to be after June 1.

Come on over Michael Thomas, reunite with Brady and Curry. DT, S and CB are all spots that could be talked about on Day 1 or Day 2. As depth on each of them is questionable.

It depends what he can get back. Ideally an early to mid 2nd & 3rd this year be best case scenario.

I could debate the 49ers traded up in 1985 to get Jerry Rice, granted they were the defending Super Bowl champs. Yet he definitely helped them win 3 Super Bowls. Yet I agree I'm not one that feels we have to trade up. The reason people are clamoring for this draft at appears to have not just the top 3 guys and question marks but you can still get an above average WR if get the 6th or 7th guy off the board.

And chasing points is never the best way to win, instead you hold your opponent to less and/or cause them to make mistakes and take advantage of them. Until our defense can stop KC's offense on more than one drive in the post season we're going to struggle to earn a Lombardi trophy.

I'm also fully expecting Harbaugh to grab Brock Bowers as he's always favored TEs in his offense.

Beane has talked about adding speed and RAC this off-season, Coleman is not that so think this won't happen or at least like you hope it doesn't.

I don't know. I felt that OJ was guilty and hurts being the respect I had for him prior but it goes on to show that celebrities shouldn't be idolized without truly knowing them as people.
