  1. He was a senior defensive assistant in Detroit in 2023 per his Wiki On February 28, 2023, it was announced that Fox was hired by the Detroit Lions to be their senior defensive assistant.[44] In February 2024, it was announced that he would not return to the Lions for the 2024 season https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Fox_(American_football)
  2. Bishop could play it but some feel he better suited closer to the line. I suppose it's a matter of what Safety we bring to play along with him assuming Rapp isn't back.
  3. Middle Of the Field Closed aka playing with one high safety.
  4. I'm not sure his ghost would want to travel to Arizona cuz of the dry heat.
  5. Call me Debbie Downer but I prefer the charging white helmets.
  6. As mentioned before it seems like Beane knew of Hoecht's suspension but Larry O's was a surprise. Sad really as Larry didn't really offer much this season and wonder if could have used his cap spot to get a better vet WR than Moore in retrospect.
  7. He's a Phil Hansen type, holds the edge and better against the run but still a solid pass rusher.
  8. Cuz Jefferson won't play for them and/or they want cap room to keep certain guys like Addison long term. Again so many assumptions that it can happen, I stated in another thread I think the best WR likely available will be Brandon Aiyuk.
  9. I'm all for bringing back Wishnowsky and Prater. Granted the latter might be retired so draft someone like Trey Smack to compete with Bass.
  10. Cooks kinda forced his way here last year. That said asking to be traded here isn't something we see that often. Yet I don't like Jefferson's contract if going to be honest. As again I feel our offense isn't what should be the focus on improving.
  11. Virgil worked with Carmichael as a rookie so it be see if he sticks as a WR5.
  12. Not since they changed it where you need to give out your SSN to get a library card.
  13. There are a few out there, Easton Stick to me be a nice option if Mitch looking for too much money.
  14. I think Strong's injury is going to lead us to draft a CB whereas if he was healthy we might have just gotten someone as an UDFA to add to the mix. Davis/Shavers might cause us to draft a 2nd WR later in the draft to add to the mix as WR5 or maybe sign a veteran free agent that can contribute as a ST gunner and a WR on the field. Hoecht's I don't think impacts anything and expect him to be back on the field in September 2026. The other injuries like Landon Jackson and Dewayne Carter might make us to look at bringing in a few more lower cost veterans to compete for backup spots and/or better suited for 34 base defense.
  15. They probably would have taken Travis Hunter or Abdul Carter if had a higher pick or maybe traded down if the offer was attractive enough.
  16. Point being is if your defense can limit your opponents ability to score you don't need your offense to score as much. To me that's an easier way to formulate a win than constantly trying to just outscore your opponent.
  17. Leonhard is going to have to find guys who can make open field tackle better and of course get to the passer. If the plan is a 34/43 hybrid we also need to find a bonafide NT and add some serious size to our LBs. It can be done but the elusive edge rusher might not be available unless we trade up in the draft or luck into one.
  18. Are you watching that Sabrina Carpenter commercial again?
  19. Shoulda had 3 if not for stupid call by Peter Carroll.
  20. Or he's had the most wins for a QB in the last two seasons combined.
