It's great if that B level talent stays healthy but clearly it hasn't here in Buffalo. Look back on Biils starters opening day compared to playoff loss and bet several of our B level isn't there in the 2nd game.

The last time the Bills drafted in the top 20 was in 2019 with Ed Oliver. In last two drafts the Rams and Bills both had six picks in top 100. Rams at 19, 39, 83, 99 46, 90 Bills at 33, 60, 95 30, 41 and 72. I see more higher picks on Rams side. So yeah think Rams draft position helps. Yet could counter point.

I'd imagine he replaces Moore/Samuel and possibly Shavers.

The Eagles and Rams have cheap good defensive players that allow them to pay for their high end WRs so yeah it's helped them be where they are today. So sure I'd take the Rams and Eagles other parts besides WR all things considered but at same time the Bills are also a result of their success. As the Rams and Eagles had had a few less than stellar year between Super Bowls to let them to be in position to draft those better young defenders which Bills have not due to again continued success in the regular season. I didn't even bring up these teams initial argument. I brought up the Steelers cuz the who premise is not going for elite talent aka Metcalf who to me sure excellent measurables that not always lived up to and he not fint well into our cap design.

Again if McConkey is the next Diggs why aren't the Chargers lining him up there? Cuz they have guys better than Diggs on the outside now? Tell me I need to know.

And if McConkey was such a great outside WR, you would think LA would line him up there and show he could be the next Diggs. But they don't, I wonder why? Cuz he ain't an outside WR. PERIOD!!!

Again I don't mention George Pickens but I checked the Bills were 7-4 and Cowboys were 5-5-1. Guess you think Dallas better than us cuz they got CeeDee and Pickens? Cuz I mean Cowboys put up 200 more yards passing this season than us on 71 more pass attempts so like 20 more yards on about 6 more passes per game. By golly you convinced me nothing.

It's called building a fuller roster. Look over our WR and with a straight face that you think that DK Metcalf and all the other WRs combined in Pittsburgh are better than our pool in Buffalo? Cuz you Metcalf and elite talent.

And sometimes all you need is a guy that can make a catch on 2nd and 6 to move the chains to get a first down so don't go to 3rd and 6 and eventually punt the ball.

Palmer was one of the 5 best WRs in the off-season. I'm sick of people commenting on McConkey because he doesn't give us the outside WR we lack. 60% of his snaps are in the slot in LA. What WR got moved at the trade deadline. Jakobi Meyers wooo another slot WR.

Yeah damn Beane for drafting Kincaid in 2023 when could gotten that great Chiefs DE Felix Anudike-Uzomah.

And it's been reported he tried to get Waddle and who knows what happened without being reported.

No cuz it's easier to call the move dumb before he plays a down kinda like we dumb moves to trade for that bust of DE named Hughes a few years back or signed that guy named Lorax who did nothing before arriving here or signed that 33 year old WR gave us a horrible 166 yards for us in 1989 but for some reason kept him around after. His name was James Lofton.

DK Metcalf got an extension, this year he getting $11m and has 9 yards more than Shakir who getting $2.6m this year. Then here's Metcalf cap hit the rest of his contract $31m/$32m/$34m and $41m compared to $6.7m/$13m/$15m/$16m/$1.8m. Yeah sorry give me Shakir over Metcalf based on performance and cap number more than not. Shaheed since traded in 3 games has 3 catches and 30 yards receiving, Coleman has 3 catches 46 yards over the last 3 weeks (which was 1 games played). But yeah let's give up 4th and 5th round picks for the super fast guy. Oh and Cooks has 38 yards during that same 3 game stretch.

Let's also pretend even with Josh at his best we had a sub par running game before making Brady OC.

Then I guess we should count out all the stats the teams above us had against the scrubs and see how they rate?

Cooks 165 yards production on par to the 3rd best WR on the Steelers offense who has 166 yards.
