  1. My girl Kay had the best answer...she actually listened to what Josh has been saying about getting the ball to his playmakers (of which he now has many).
  2. Guilty as charged. It was always just that "hope springs eternal" attitude all fans have to some extent. It's so nice to genuinely feel good about things for a change.
  3. Yeah, that's kind of how sports work, genius. We like our own good players and dislike our rivals' good players. Thanks for clearing it up.
  4. I'll see it, I'm a sucker for superhero flicks from the comics I read as a kid.
  5. He was always brutal. This suggests he was probably also unethical.
  6. I'll go back to what I said previously...I don't think all days of the "competition" are equal. When both kickers had to perform in the stadium last week, where the wind and atmosphere are different, Bass was clearly better and Hauschka was short from 50+ three times. I think the scrimmage in the stadium tomorrow plays a very large part in deciding this, and my gut still tells me they go with the rookie.
  7. Kim Jones definitely has a hard-on for Josh Allen and the Bills. She was gushing with enthusiasm.
  8. This is all setting up nicely to have our first fans in the stadium for the Thursday nighter vs. KC.
  9. Great interview with Josh. For the first time I can recall he talked about how he simply didn't have a lot of experience coming into the NFL -- something many of us have noted as to why he was so "raw" coming out and didn't have the huge college stats some guys yearn for and point to as reasons why he won't succeed at this level. Josh said, in a nutshell, that he didn't really "air it out" before getting to the NFL -- he only played two years in college and even in H.S. he was a 3-sport athlete so didn't focus on the mechanics of being a QB. He talked about how every QB throws a little differently and you have to "find your stroke" -- he feels like through the work he has put in with Jordan Palmer, as well as discussions with guys like Tony Romo (and he even mentioned Fitz) he is now "finding his stroke" and loves the way the ball is coming out. The sky is the limit for this kid; can't wait for him to quiet the know-it-all critics.
  10. That's because their lasting revenue stream is in the equipment. They don't care about your subscription to the Ticket unless that's the only money they can get out of you.
  11. Sounds like Kirwan and Miller aren't in OP...talking to Beane virtually. That sucks as they won't have been able to watch the practice.
  12. Well, it hasn’t been true since 1999 so...
  13. Ok, looks like nothing to see here, I’ll move on...
  14. These Yearbooks were the only thing that got me through the drought. Every one had you thinking next season was going to be “the year.”
  15. Thx for the heads up, I’ll give it a listen. If it’s like past years they will be “live” at camp but since practice is in the morning (I think) they’ll have taped interviews from earlier in the day.
  16. My god, Tre can't cover worth schitt.
  17. Man, you sure like to accuse people of crying all the time yet you're the one with tears streaming down your cheeks.
  18. Really glad I wasn't drinking anything when I read this.
  19. Unfortunately, WNY is in the midst of a little "uptick" in cases so I'm guessing the timing isn't right for Cuomo to allow fans.
  20. I read Albert Breer's MMQB this morning and you'd think the Jets are going to shock the world. Too funny. I'm with you on this -- even if Darnold going to "QB school" with Josh this summer results in him "closing his shoulder when throwing to the right" they are still pretty bad on offense. Oh, and isn't it interesting that Darnold apparently has/had mechanical issues? I thought only Josh Allen was a reclamation project. The Jets' D front is solid, but they lost their best LB and their best DB. The OL needed a real offseason to put it together. Bills by 10+.
