  1. I haven't seen our offense stop the Run yet in several weeks....we have been gashed by all types of RBs.
  2. Absolutely. That was was very Barry Sanderisque !!!!! Go Bills
  3. It would be a disaster without a HoF RB. It was ok for Kelly to call his own plays because he had a HOF RB who would demand the football and do something with it. For Allen, without a true running game, it would be far easier for him to take it upon himself to play hero ball too often. That will always end in disaster as some of the losses have shown over the last few years.
  4. He tripped him !!!! That was as close as he got !
  5. Reasons why our losses to Titans, Jaguars, Home to Patriots and the Bucs hurt us so much. We had a chance to put away all those games in regulation and missed it. Otherwise we are in the driver seat with a 13-2 record...good 2 games ahead of the Chiefs...the road to the SB would have been through WNY
  6. this and this!
  7. They can, if: * Stop the run * Generate a pass rush * Fix their Red zone woes In the 1st match up the Bills were 1 of 4 in TDs in the Red Zone and they lost 14-10 In the return contest, the Bills went 4 of 7 in TDs in the Red Zone and they beat 33-21 They fix their red zone hiccups there is no one to stop this offense. Their red zone offense is self inflicted (irrespective of the quality of defense)
  8. Agree. Jones can be a very good QB like in the same path as Brady. He is very accurate and if his surrounding cast helps him, he can manage the game efficiently. He sets up the run game perfectly. Over time. I think he can build an NFL arm and take on a bigger role. Things are looking really good for young QBs in the AFC... We have Allen, Burrows, Mahomes, Herbert and Lamar being the shining stars along with. Jones, Tua, Baker, Zach, Lawrence having the opportunity to turn into real good QBs.
  9. We simply don't yet have a game changing Pass Rusher !!!! Still have hope for Groot though
  10. Only when they will play the Patriots !!! Do we hold the tie breakers against the Bengals (who are currently the 3rd seed)
  11. As the Bengals appear to be holding the conference tie-breakers against us (currently they are 3rd seed and we are 4th seed), if we win the AFC East. we are most likely going to get the 2nd place team from the AFC South (1st wild card) - which is likely to be Colts or Titans. Question: Can the Bills win the AFC East and still be able to get the 2nd or 3rd seed...
  12. Allen has always been this *subtle* trash talker !!! Thurman and Bruce never had to win anything by themselves.. Allen is willing this team to be a great team with a bunch of nobody's (at least as per the league). He is a supreme leader.
  13. BB is looking for a game manager who is accurate as hell. Jones fits that billing with a 70%+ completion rate. In their scheme, the short passing game is an extension of their running game. Jones will eventually bulk up (like TB did) and start making the intermediate throws successfully.. He will be in NE for a long time. What NE will do next is bring in the weapons. They will be getting their slot WR that they are so desperately missing on this offense.
  14. Yup. It has been 25+ years since having such a feeling; that you have a QB who can win against anyone....Thank you 17 for the great year. Go Bills !
  15. So untrue about Najib. Wilson would love to have another work horse RB like Lynch during their glory days. Steelers are a lot more discplined team than the Giants. I think he will have a lot of suitors....Giants, Steelers, Miami, Broncos, Saints, WFT to name a half a dozen
  16. I think the Patriots did not respect McKenzie.
  17. Knox took him out of the game on every play
  18. Correct. Our next opponent is fighting for their playoff lives...they will come in determined...we will have a tough game in hand. The Jets are a division rival and will be tough inspite of their record. We need to take care of business. The Colts may be the 5th seed and if we win the division are likely to play them in the 1st round (if we win the next two games and hence the division)
  19. Matt Milano had a less than average game than he usually plays
  20. two different players...Beasley plays well on the inside while McKenzie was used extensively on the outside. Beasley is Mr Automatic on 1st downs and means a lot to our passing game. I think the Patriots did not respect McKenzie today and he burned them
  21. Today he delivered it in Forboro...even more sweeter.
  22. I think this time Josh took what the NE Defense gave him. He worked the underneath consistently between Diggs, McKenzie and Singletary.
  23. Oliver appeared to be a no-show after he was slow to get up.
  24. Davis will be missing next week's game. I am sure the Bills can put both McKenzie and Beasley on the field
