  1. And Baltimore's TEs combined for 1,700 yards. Is the problem really Baltimore's WRs? Are Mark Andrews, Nick Boyle, Hayden Hurst, and Seth Roberts all amazing or does Lamar have issues throwing the ball on outside the hashmarks?
  2. Was it the WRs or the QB? For all the Lamar praise, I believe he targeted the sidelines less often than any QB in the league. His passing production was all in the middle of the field to their three TEs.
  3. Statistically, Brady put up better numbers last year than Cam has put up since 2015.
  4. We will see. He has been the least protected QB in the league since his rookie year. The Pats effect will be on full display. Will it now be legal to hit Brady?!?!
  5. I have always said there should be an animatronic Buffalo on top of the stadium. Or maybe 5 of them. And they could be a band and play songs between plays and after touchdowns. And everyone should get mediocre cheese pizza! Basically Chucky Cheese.
  6. At what? Certainly not QB. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/N/NewtCa00.htm https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/B/BradTo00.htm
  7. I don't get the move. Cam and Belichick strikes me as an exceedingly poor personality fit. How is Cam going to respond when football isn't fun? Cam's game is the antithesis of what Belichick has said matters most in a QB. Quick processing, good decisions, and take care of the football. New England's QB room is straight up weird right now. Cam, Stidham, and Hoyer. One of these things is not like the other. If Brady couldn't sustain drives with the talent in New England given his decade in the system I don't see how Cam is going to do any better even IF Cam is somewhere near healthy. New England's offense has centered around the quick passing attack for years. Edelman's game is built on those rub routes and Brady knowing where he is at all times. His value plummets without Brady and that scheme. Cam played most of his career with trash WRs so maybe the Pats prize his experience in that area? The move strikes me as a team desperately trying to keep their competitive window open one more year rather than a team thinking about the future. The only way I see Cam as a good fit is IF he buys into the Patriot Way and IF he is healthy enough to bring his athleticism and physicality to that offense as a dual threat QB. Cam has ankle injuries and a nasty shoulder injury which has plagued him for 2 seasons now. If he isn't completely healed from both injuries I don't see this going well. Worth noting that Cam has 3 winning seasons in his 9 year career.
  8. Dog Town is on Monroe Ave not far from where Gitsis used to be.
  9. I believe Garbage Plate is trademarked by Tahou's. Dog Town and Charlie Riedel's have (had?) the best plates in town. Sticky Lip's BBQ garbage plate is very good as well.
  10. How far away is CM Chicken in Hampton? 2040 Coliseum Dr Hampton, VA 23666 We have one in Houston and its pretty awesome.
  11. Biden has no plan but his running mate Cornpop might have some solutions.
  12. They aren't going to review months of film (which I doubt was retained more than 2 weeks) with hopes of finding a guy who tied a noose on a garage pull for reasons unknown.
  13. In any event I doubt there was any racist intent. Tying a noose with hopes it will offend someone at some point down the line seems like a pretty stupid plan. With the current tension around the country, NASCAR's recent ban of confederate flags, Bubba's BLM decals on his car I certainly see how anyone encountering that knot in his garage would immediately think the worst. There was no hate crime. There was no hoax or play for victim hood. There was only a series of coincidence.
  14. The knot in diagram is not the same as the actual knot found in the garage. Look at where the excess rope ends in the diagram vs. the picture from ESPN. The pic from ESPN looks a lot like this one:
  15. https://www.espn.com/racing/nascar/story/_/id/29364817/nascar-releases-image-noose-found-bubba-wallace-garage-says-concern-was-real A picture of a the double bowline, fixed loop knot that in now way could be mistaken for a noose unless someone was really reaching for their victim card.
  16. Its way more of a situation where we had a lame duck GM and we weren't going to saddle the incoming GM with a QB that he didn't personally select. It was awful timing. I am pretty confident had Beane been in place before the draft we would have selected Watson or Mahomes. It all worked out to a point but I still find it strange that ownership hired the HC before the GM.
  17. Correct he did say that which I never disputed. Now lets talk meaning and context which others have misconstrued. Or don't. I have already spent inordinate time explaining context, flow of conversation, and cutting my own posts up into bite size pieces for you illiterates.
  18. He specifically responded to the question "Have you seen ropes like that hanging from garages...is that typical?". Watch the interview. https://www.cnn.com/2020/06/24/us/bubba-wallace-response-fbi-hate-crime-investigation/index.html
  19. Its really not at all what he said. And the FBI said it was a noose.
  20. You may be SOL in Rochester now that my old jam ButaPub has closed.
  21. The broadcasting hall of fame??? Hell no.
  22. Maybe white folks in their communities were treated much worse back in 1963?
