So let me paraphrase "No, I have never seen a f@$#ing noose used as a garage pull in my life!". He expands on the idea and counters the speculation that he and his team built a mountain of a mole hill by reacting to a common looped knot. He also acknowledges it wasn't meant for him or his team.

I can envision other reasons why someone on Bubba's team or Bubba himself might have different reactions to the noose used for everyday practical applications other than doubling down on "victim hood" as has been theorized up-thread.
