Yeah, that pipeline must be cut, D.Williams has been the lone exception. Net negative on the whole.

What's funny is that there are opposition fans that feel the same exact way about Josh Allen. Long way to go in the 2020 season.

FiveThirtyEight - Josh Allen Article
bouds replied to Che Guevara's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Article isn't unfair, especially when you consider the author, Hermsmeyer. Guy has never been an Allen fan, he's extremely critical. It's only week 2, jury is still out, I think that's fair enough to say. But it's also fair to think that Allen may be a bit better than most predicted predraft, including myself. Still a long season. -
Worry less about how well/poor Tyrod does, and worry more about the the way Allen plays for the Bills. He was below average last year by every metric. Fortunately for him the front office has gone out of its way to surround him with a good offense, now it's up to Allen. I mean, Allen has yet to have a better statistical season than Tyrod, so again, worry about Allen.

Alec Ogletree as a potential SLB fit
bouds replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I live in NYC, watched this guy play, he is just bad. He has no roll in the NFL, can't pass cover and can't pass rush from the outside. Like Beane said, Zo was a swiss army knife. Zo played over guards and rushed, played outside and rushed, played off the ball as a stack linebacker. Of those 3 rolls, Olgetree does one, stack LB, that's it. He will give us no pass rush, and no pass coverage (which admittedly wasn't Zo's strongest attribute). Just don't see the point of bringing Olgetree in. -

Yeah but he won’t be a FA until age 30, at that point he’s in his twilight. Not sure it’s worth it at that point, he’ll be on the downside. -

I wouldnt extend Poyer because hes getting up there in age, but theres no doubt that he brought a ton of value. Both him and Hyde were underpaid relative to their contributions. -
Going into the season Foster would have brought us a decent pick if we moved him, now I’m not sure what he’d bring us in a trade and doesn’t seem like he’s a factor at all going forward.

Bills should move CHRIS BROWN to Scouting Department
bouds replied to kirkwoodus13's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I hated Josh Allen coming out, hated most of the QBs except Mayfield and Lamar, but Chris Brown loved him some Josh Rosen, so he was right on one Josh, wrong on the other. Still remember Chris' rant, thought he was bang on. -
You must be grading on curve, no way was this performance a B-

Have You Started To Lose Faith in Josh Allen?
bouds replied to Phil The Thrill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Didn’t have much to begin with. He was a raw project with the biggest bust potential, so I tempered my expectations from the jump. He’s actually been better than I thought he would be. Still hoping for the best but my expectations are staying where they’ve always been. -
He’s a good football player, just can’t stay healthy.

If Johnson was cut for Dean, it’s an awful move.

Love Taron Johnson, glad he’s flashing early in camp, dude played hurt much of last year before being shut down yet played really well, can’t wait to see more of him.

If Mike Mayock had run our draft last five years
bouds replied to major's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Thing about Mock drafts is that they don't necessarily denote who the person would actually take if they were GM. Most of these mocks try to fit need with player, and not BPA. Mayock was always one of the most accurate predictors because he waited until the last minute, used all available info, and then put up his last mock day of draft or right before draft day, he strove for accuracy more than anything else. -
I mean he’s not wrong, can’t worry about the coach, decision isn’t his.

Mahomes is going to be an all time great, insane stuff. That throw that was incomplete to Kelce was insane considering it was on the run, it was pinpoint accurate. This dude contorts and throws on the run like few do, and maintains accuracy. Insane stuff.
