  1. He forgot to list ex-Panther as one of the qualifications for a McBeane player, lol. Thanks for posting.
  2. Darby looked great last night, nice to have a young athletic CB.
  3. Guy is a Hall of Famer, dumb decision by this org. Darby looked really good last night too.
  4. Nailed it. It's not even 2 full preseason games, lets pump the brakes. I thinks some of us, including myself, had pretty low expectations and came away feeling like there something to work with, but lets not get ahead of ourselves. Lets revisit this in November. Remember fellas, RGIII and Luck were primed for stardom, and I'm probably being unfair to Luck because his career was better than RGIII, but even the best prospects can flame out or fail to reach their peak. This is a long race.
  5. Man he had some sick bend for a man his size, really dipped around the corner on some of those, crazy to see him get that low. On the other hand, man is the league so much faster these days, insane how far we've pushed these athletes.
  6. It's a god damn shame that Glenn couldn't stay on the field, because Dawkins/Glenn at the edges would be a treat. Instead we have this massive !@#$ Mills who isn't worth a ****.
  7. Man, if he thinks Cam was bad wait... Kelvin, strap in because it's going to be a long season homie.
  8. If you really want a chuckle go look up Greg Gabriel's tweets on draft night. Instead of killing Beane, he praised him for not giving up too many assets and still getting a QB. For whatever reason, Greg G loves this group of coaches/front offices, he gives them a pass on everything. We drafted a QB he hated, and yet Beane was smart for not giving up too many assets, I mean that doesnt make any !@#$ing sense to me considering the Cards gave up even less....
  9. Winfield was pretty good too. Honestly, White has played pretty good against the run as well, long way to go for him.
  10. Think of all the great cornerbacks who were pretty good return men in this league, McGee is still the only one to take a KR and Int to the house in the same game. Did it against the Bengals.
  11. McGee was !@#$ing awesome, just a shame he got injured. Remember watching that return live, it was so Bills. Peters was insanely good on ST as well, what a player.
  12. Derek Carr would be mine. Still don't think he's as good as some think, but he's way better than I ever thought he'd be. On the other end, thought RGIII was going to be great, bust city.
  13. I'm sure the Lions knew, so I'm not sure why Deadspin seems perplexed about it. Question for Deadspin, how come you guys didn't pick it up and run some article about this. Shouldn't some fool writing for them be doing such **** for every coaching candidate?
  14. Silva is definitely terrible, passive aggressive and sometimes just flat out aggressive, I don't understand why some of these guys behave this way. I understand that they're inundated with stupidity but what do expect when you're dealing with the lowest common denominator on twitter? That said, I do agree that we were a bit reckless with this draft, especially given our needs, so I agree with him in many many ways. Does seem like he has an ax to grind with our front office. It's weird, some guys (Greg Gabriel immediately comes to mind) drink the McBeane koolaid by the buckets, while a select few hate what we're doing. Can't win them all.
  15. How long did the Broncos give Paxton Lynch? That's about as far as I'm willing to go, I expect Allen to be the same level of bust.
  16. So are a lot of QBs, luckily we have all these draft picks to....oh wait.
  17. LOL but Ian, I thought it was only the Bills trying to move up? LOL
  18. Yeah, I'm sure every front office in the league is running around telling Ian what their plans are. I mean has anyone forgotten what the Bears did last year?
  19. Neither is Mayfield, the list is getting shorter and shorter. This is a nonsense statement but I guess a coach can flub from time to time when he's asked all this bull ****. Yes, a QB has to drop back to pass, I mean they have drops even in shotgun but it's a smaller distance, so what is the coach actually saying? Nothing really.
  20. I listened to it and man, he's positive about everything, at least he hinted that front offices are blowing a lot of smoke right now. Says he's 100% certain Arizona would have taken Allen in the first last season if he came out, strong !@#$ing words. This dude is either really tapped in, connections all over the place, or he's a mark. You'd think he was in on meetings with how sure he is about some of this stuff. Like saying the Bills inquired on what it would take to move up to 1 isn't really news worthy, many teams inquire.
  21. I barely use twitter, I'm really polite when I do, and I somehow ended up being blocked by this guy. Guess I disagreed with something he said or some else said. Sensitive dude, I'll listen, I don't think he has the sources some think he does, seems like a guy you can manipulate the !@#$ out of if you worked in a front office because he's a good mouth piece, loves to tweet "scoops."
  22. Allen is EJ Manuel. Looks good in a uniform, some physical ability, but he's just not a good QB. You have to fool yourself into believing he's going to be a completely different QB at the NFL, it's just not a likely outcome.
  23. You saying h Can't argue with that kind of thinking.... I'm sure you've studied him in depth, so I'll take your word for it....
