If Matt Parino is another NFL football "expert" we need to listen to what he is saying because he knows the pulse with in the NFL because he is a "expert" ?

I hope that he will be the next back in the room on the 53 i think he would be a really good add to the team & then grab another RB in the draft as a developmental or depth player rather than bringing in a veteran at a lot higher contract that will only be there for 1 possibly 2 seasons & then they need to get another body to fill the spot .

Don Bebee has a gym where he trains players how to get faster but i think that is mostly geared towards other specialty players not so much QB's i would rather Josh work on his other short comings such as long ball accuracy, reading defenses, & such his running is plenty fast enough from what he's shown & should only use that when absolutely necessary !!

Despite the love for the game & the increase in fans in B/lo watching our team due to doing better with all the young talent Beane & company have brought in i believe the Pegs could use this information to argue that they don't want or need a new stadium in western NY . Eventually if the viewership & revenues due to these things continue to head south the NFL may have to do what the WWE is doing & even the NFL to in some respects as far as they did with MNF in changing the games to a PPV type experience to off set the loss of fans actually going to the stadium . I could see Beane being very aggressive in the draft if he thought another team was going to pick him & Beane using draft capital to go up & get him, he looks like the kind of player that would help Josh a lot to take the next step in his progression !!

I thought some one other than Edgerin James should have made it like maybe Steve Tasker ? James was a good player but i thought the HOF was for special players Edgerin was better than average but IMHO not a "Great" player which Tasker's peers have been said that he set the bar for all ST's players after him & they look to be like him . What more needs to be said if other players look to another player to be like & raise their personal game to that level & most players that play on the same squad as a player that had that type of influence on others for such a long time after their respective career was over i'd say that is something special & belongs in the HOF . JMHO !!

I think they are both good owners of their franchise of which you mentioned & i think both had or have the best intentions for each team but being in their positions making the kinds of money they have made they being the boss (and most with money that i have met) have a very hands on /i want it done this way mentality which in some respects was Ralph's biggest flaw ! Only when he let Marv run the team the way he saw fit or Marv being smarter & making Ralph think things Marv was going to do was Ralph's idea did the team do what they did, Terry i think being more of a fan at first with the Sabres had a learning curve which i'm sure Ralph did too . I believe through what Terry experienced with the Sabres has paid off to the point where he has learned to see ineptness in leaders such as Russ Brandon, Rex Ryan, & quite possibly former GM which didn't get much time on the job after McD was hired . But i believe both owners have their pro's & cons hopefully Terry has learned enough given his time as a franchise owner to learn from his mistakes which can make now both the Sabres & Bills winning teams in their respective sports ...

Very true but then there is always the Brady scenario, at the time they (Pats/never thought including Bledsoe that Brady would or could be a replacement for the first round face of the franchise being Bledsoe at the time but Brady blew that out of the water & Mullens was very impressive in his time on the field ! I'm not saying that anything like that will happen in B/lo but it has happened before & we don't know if it could happen again so i guess i would say never say never !! Especially when it comes to an unknown in the back up position, just saying .

Exactly my thought, i would rather go the route of getting another player in the draft its about the same as asking if you want to bring Sam Bradford in sure they both have talent but is the risk worth the reward & what other player or players could you get weather it be in the draft or in FA for that kind of cash ??

First off i didn't know there were this many FA's in 1 off season that Beane & company had to look at & i know the list of those that would actually be in consideration for a spot on the Bills 53 is a lot smaller than this list but this will give us a idea of what & possibly who they are looking at . https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/free-agents/ Some of these guys of course will be staying with their respective teams if that team decides to keep them, some will be cap casualty's as usual & others will just be left overs when it's all said & done but at least we as fans can look at the list & see what the Bills FO has to look at. Take a look, think about who Beane might be looking at as a good fit for the Bills this up & coming season.

How much did Gilmore strap the Pats for it should be some where around the same for Tre . Seeing as the experts have him so much lower than Gilmore though in the ranking of players they may be able to get him at a lot lower price ?.

Well if he does come back it sure ain't because he needs the money he has enough to live out the rest of his life very comfy & probably made enough for his kids to not have to work the rest of their lives to if they invest it the right way . Or it might take him a month to count his money to make the decision weather or not he needs more to do what he wants to while in retirement ...?

So it looks as if Beane once again made the right move in getting rid of Shady at the right time, he was a piece that Big Red used through out the season at times & Shady did produce but other younger players later in the season took over his roster spot & he wasn't active for the last few games & was just a cheerleader at the SB . So do you think Big Red will bring Shady back or let him walk ? I've heard that Shady wants to retire a Eagle in some things i have read & you never know they may reunite him with Deshawn Jackson in Philly like back in the old days . I don't think that Beane would consider bringing him back for another year on a veterans minimum contract especially after what Shady said in his interview about understanding why Beane cut him due to it being a business decision but wishing he would have been more up front with him, and wishing he had traded him earlier when other teams had called inquiring about him . Such is life in the NFL ! At least now he can say he has a SB ring to go along with his impressive career even though he wasn't a contributor . Shady may have a bit left in the tank & i think he wants to get as many yards as he can before he retires to give him a better shot at the HOF but i'm not real sure how big a market there will be for his services, not to mention how much time he will get on the field to get those extra yards he's looking for before he retires to add to his total . What do you all think ? Will he be back with the Big Red Machine ? Will he be on another team & if so who ? Or will he retire ?

The "Experts say" let's avoid some of the biggest needs on the team & take a player that we really don't have a big need for just because we are the "Football Experts" & they know whats best for the Bills ... Although if it is the BPA it wouldn't surprise me if Beane & company went that direction but i hope there are other players there just as good or better for the Bills att heir pick !
