I guess mine would have to be the 1990/1991 season the team was just killing it & could barely be stopped they went 13 & 3 they were in the SB where every one had them picked to win it looked like a sure thing then every one blamed Norwood for losing it when in reality it was the D that let it all slip through their hands, Literally to give the Giants the win . If that's not the most disappointing season i don't know what is ! I was decked out in all Bills gear sure we had a win that year & they let it slip away, the only SB to be won by 1 point with 8 seconds on the clock (SO CLOSE) & if the D would have made 2 more talks & at the end if they would have gotten another 5 yds closer the Bills would have had it on the leg of Norwood !

I like the fact that the Bills have a FB on the roster when he was brought in from ATL he was held as 1 of the best in the league i just wish they would use him more as a weapon like the 9ers use their FB (I'd spell his name but don't have a clue) . All the so called "Experts" say the running game is no longer relevant in the NFL but it seems that every team that wins the SB has a pretty dam good running game just saying . Then there's the thing of a RB by commity which sure it's great for those guys to have less wear & tear but i miss those games the a back just catches his groove at like 25+ carries & it could still be that way . Henry last year for the Titans is a NFL rarity now and they say his type don't exist any more but i'm sure the Bus & others disagree i think the entire RB by commity is more to have a different plan of attack than it is because the RB's can't play more plays these guys have a lot more technology about nutrition, and health than they ever use to so i think RB's could play as much as they use to it's just not what the evolution of coaching has in mind for the future of the NFL RB .

Epenesa was slotted as a first round talent & in some circles compared to Chase Young as one of the top DE's in this draft and i'm stoked he was there at the Bills pick, I'm pretty sure given Beane's history that if both players were there at their pick he would have taken Epenesa because of his profile by most NFL evaluators . I find it hard to believe that no other team took him before he got to the Bills pick but i sure am glad he was !! With the young core players of Epenesa, Harry, Oliver, Edmunds, Millano, White, this D should be able to be a force for quite a while ? !! GO BILLS !!!

I thought he was a good pick it sucks that he got hurt last season & i think he will come back with a vengeance this year, i hope he can be a Bill for life he has all the attributes that legendary Bills players have & he loves being here not to mention he is all about TEAM !! Let's hope Harry is around for a long time ...

Good post very insightful ! Dabol now has plenty of strengths on his offensive unit they know the scheme with exception of the rookies and new FA's brought in but with good communication it shouldn't be a huge learning curve for the type of athletes they are bringing in, Josh needs to take another step if he can if not it's better to find out sooner than later . Bringing in Bromm could ave been a bit of divine intervention it may work out well you never know what crazy things can happen in the NFL if he learns the scheme and picks Dabol's brain every chance he gets while watching Josh that would be nothing but good for the team overall he could be a huge asset from everything i've read he's a football junky, but for now i hope Josh with his help can put it all together and take that next step ! I totally agree this year is where the rubber meets the road and will wind up telling us a lot about the coaches and the players ability's to step it up given all the weapons any team should need to make it to the big game .

I have learned in most situations chemistry is a huge component of the end product, football is a bit different because you have a lot of different moving parts & most players that make it into the NFL are either elite, really close to that status, or will be shown that they are not worthy ! In bands more so than not if that chemistry is changed by a new member it can be catastrophic ! Molly Hatchet when Danny Jo had to quit, Aerosmith when the toxic twins broke up, and most all the bands that Clapton left basically folded upon him leaving but the fame followed him to more bands & then his own individual fame . Will Brady be like Clapton & go on to prove he was biggest component of the chemistry that made the Pats champions so many times ? Bellichek has made runs with out Brady but will he be like the Bulls when Micheal left to play a different ball game ? Close but no cigar ... Some leaders are the difference ! Every situation there always has to be leaders in team sports you usually need at least 2 or more , Bellichek- Brady, Jackson- Jordon and usually there are huge ego's involved in that chemistry . I'm watching "The Last Dance" the chemistry on those teams were like that that the Pats have shown for 20 + yrs the coach is the mastermind that lays out what needs to be done then the leaders on the team take over & have to motivate the others to bring up their game while the coach keeps the overall plan in focus . Brady will be known as one of those motivators by his actions in NE if he brings a championship to Tampa that will just confirm to everyone that he is intact the G.O.A.T. I don't think he will win another championship in Tampa but i have learned I'm not gonna put anything past him cause with Brady when you least expect it Expect it !!

Well the first round of the 2020 draft is in the books a bunch of those top WR's that the experts said would go in the top 10 or at least the first round are still sitting there going into day 2 which is really good for the Bills & i am stoked to see who we get ! Most of the top Edge rushers are still there along with the WR's . I didn't realize that as many CB would be drafted in the first round but i guess the CB's were a lot better than we & the experts thought this year & i bet McD being a D coach himself was hoping that 1 might be there when they pick ! There was a WR that went to Philly that i never even heard mention about him leading up to the draft Jalen Reagor, any time i had ever heard any one talk about WR's his name was never mentioned at least that i heard but i guess the Eagles did !! I am interested how the number 22 pick will work out, when they were talking about Jefferson at that pick the comparison to Diggs was uncanny they seem to be the same type of player i hope Diggs proves he's the better catch ! I have always & will have a problem with his ego to Diva like for me but Beane knows better than I ! I'm not sure he would come back he was really looking forward to him & Gore working together & he was one that got on his soap box to bring Gore in then they let him walk which i think Shady with the better O line may have done better than Gore but we will never know !!
