Since Dareus has been back the Bills have lost every game i think the only thing he needs to guarantee is that he will play up to his pay grade which he hasn't done all year !!

Keeping A Lynn would make some sense because the offense (with a better QB) could really be good with the weapons they have, but i can't see Rex giving up on the season before it even started ! But most all of Rex coaching appointments i didn't like especially seeing as he brought them from a loosing team So keeping the offensive coaching staff for the most part intact wouldn't be a terrible thing but the D coaches need to go ! You see how after Donny Henderson left the corner back play went in the S****ER i think this D coaching staff needs to be broken up because they have proven with 2 teams they can't do whats necessary to keep the D consistently good !!

Yes i agree to a point Brandon if he is allowed to stay around which i'm thinking he will be should be taken completely out of the decision loop as it pertains to players & coaches ! With that said i think Whaley & his team if given the chance to truly do their jobs & not have to move left or right to bring Brandon's opinions into the fold could have a better track record than with Brandon's input ! Taylor was brought in because he was Rex's guy & Whaley THOUGHT Rex knew what he was talking about but it's showing maybe not . Taylor is a lot better than EJ but that's not saying much . So move on to the future how ever they do it with out the none football people making decisions & maybe things can change !!

If they do pick up the option on Taylor it needs to be a restructured performance based contract so that if he plays like he is he gets paid that way if he plays better then he gets paid better simple as that so that way he has no one but him self to blame if he continues to suck . I believe there are better QB prospects sitting on the bench around the NFL & they could be had because Whaley is a wheeler dealer & he could get some one with a better upside for less money if he went after them ... But Taylor is Rex's guy & he's going to go down with the ship like he did with Sanchez because Rex is such a great QB evaluator !!

This team has much bigger fish to fry than a kicker they need to figure out Coaching & QB problems before they worry at all about a kicker !!!!! Just saying ...

Rex is playing the guy out of position isn't he our NT ? He wasn't a NT when Shwartz was here & look at the difference in the D ! It's amazing what a coaching change can do !!

2 years as a starter with 4 years sitting behind a real QB to learn how to do the job is 6 years how much more time do YOU need to figure it out that he is a NFL 2nd string QB just like our coach !! Extending him would be another Fitzmagic blunder typical of the Bills but i'm hoping Whaley has learned from recent mistakes so the Bills future can change sooner than later ...

Well the guy that fired Wade is now gone RIP Ralph & Wade did go back to Denver & won a ring not as a HC of coarse but he got a ring . The Bills could be something that truly pissed him off and the Pegula's could be pretty persuasive i would imagine . If Ralph was still here not a chance but stranger things have happened ... Like if they get P Oed at Rex, Schwartz could be the next HC who knows ???

I figured with what Schwartz did with our D & with his history as a HC that he wonld have been the first choice or should i say should have been the first choice to take over the Bills when Marrone left . We had all the pieces for the D to stay at the top of the hill & seeing as he had a real QB in Detroit he could tell the difference . Rex has never had a really good QB so it's harder for him to see one when they are right there in front of him unless it's Tommy B ...

As usual especially with this lose & the way it went down the Bills fans are calling for Rex head in true Bills fan fashion . My question is if the Pegula's do decide to ax Rex after this season then who do you bring in ? I'm thinking that our old offensive coordinator G-Ro is out ! I don't know of anyone other than maybe the O coordinator from new england ?? Who would you all bring in if you were the GM ???

Look how long it took the boys to succeed , they stuck with their coach & it paid off ! I don't think you sign a 5 year extension with Rex but at least 3 yrs . IF our record is better this yr than last, that would show some improvement as little as it might mean . And where would they go for a coach ?

Tyron is a good #2 or back up ! If the guy has it he does what Brady did when given the chance . Tyron has had 2 years in the same O & still can't get it done when the game is on the line ! But making Rex see that could be very hard !!

Got news for you EJ ain't no better he's had 4 years to prove himself & when given a shot he's failed !! Let's just draft one or trade EJ & a second to Cinci for McCaron ...

We need a #1 QB we have enough #2's on the roster ! I wish Whaley would grow a set & make a deal for AJ McCaron before some one else gives him a shot . Okay the guy isn't "Prototypical" when it comes to a NFL QB but you can't deny all's the guy does is win where ever he goes !!

Rex needs to look at the QB he chose & admit that he's not all that and a bag of chips ! Tyron was a back up for a reason, he can win a couple of games if needed but he's to inconsistent !! And when the games on the line you can't put it on his back to win it ... If they sign him to the contract they talked about that will be another typical Buffalo Bills move !!

Gonna have to resign Gilmore so there won't be a ton of cash left, plus once Gilmore finds out he's not getting Norman money he'll at least test the market .
