  1. For me it's between Worthy and Legette. Worthy's speed is something that sticks out obviously and he was more productive than Mitchell. I know Franklin had a tough combine but his advanced stats have him very highly ranked. If this is how the real draft played out, I think a trade down would be very enticing for Buffalo as there are so many options.
  2. Mine was more tongue in cheek as they draft a ton of first round dbs, if it was real life I think they would have a hard time saying no to the value though.
  3. With the Diggs news I added a lot of WRs (I think everyone wanted that before the trade anyway). See the thread here for players gone: https://www.twobillsdrive.com/community/topic/253926-tsw-mock-draft-10-the-cardinals-gonzo1105-are-on-the-clock/ I will pare it down as we move along, if the player you want isn't listed please write their name in the comments.
  4. Agreed I don't think Arnold makes it anywhere this deep. I think he would go over Dejean but I think the cincy gm wanted to make sure he wasn't an option for the Bills lol s/
  5. I'm pretty sure @GunnerBill has brought this point up before but there have been no wrs picked since the top 4 went off the board. Now perhaps that is because Bills fans want them to be their for the upcoming pick but I think it's realistic that after those 4 there is a lull and gap before the next wr is picked. Through 25 picks the breakdown is: 5 ots 4 qbs and wrs 3 dt, edge, and cb 1 te, og, and c 0 safety, lb, or rb through 14 picks there were 12 offensive and 2 defensive players the next 11 went 4 offensive and 7 defensive. Thought for sure Arnold was coming off the board there. They love their first round dbs lol.
  6. Spreadsheet also updated. Its a B word on my phone lol.
  7. This is a dream result for the colts. Cb is arguably their biggest need and they get the #1 guy all the way at 16. It's realistic and I think they would be ecstatic.
  8. 4 Qbs and 4 WRs in the first 12 picks. I wonder if that has ever happened? Also only 2 defenders taken so far and both edge rushers. Some interesting trends developing.
  9. Spreadsheet in the op is updated. Here is the link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1kKiIOcYaq1A0SI-iV5sNBub4GWz-FyrSHSHMSKqV_SQ/edit#gid=0
  10. I agree with your last paragraph, if the draft goes as your mock I agree that the Chargers stay put and take MHJ. As I posted earlier though I really feel that in the draft, Arizona takes MHJ. Teams will be chomping at the bit trying to trade ahead of the Giants who I think could take a qb or at least perception is they may take a qb. I don't know that Nabers or Odunze is worth turning away 2 firsts especially when the WR class is deep. The Chargers could still get a very good wr prospect and bolster another position. I think one of Odunze or Bowers is there at 11 still. If it ends up being Bowers they can get someone like AD Mitchell at 23. If neither are there Brian Thomas Jr certainly will be. He fits the Chargers mold of large wr (although maybe that was just a Telesco thing). I know I'm skipping around but to your 2nd paragraph yes I absolutely can see a team coached by Harbaugh and Greg Roman going with another first round lineman. Maybe not at 5 but if they have an additional pick, certainly. In hist stint with the 49ers they featured bookend first round picks and a first round og (none were his picks surprisingly). I think I might be putting too much emphasis on the Roman hiring but he is just not a guy who prioritizes the passing game. In his Bills and Ravens stints they each had terrible receiver groups but still had successful offenses. I'm really interested to see what happens in LA as Herbert is the best passer he has worked with and not exactly a mobile guy they will be running the spread with.
  11. I think the chargers would be better off with 11 and 23 instead of just 5 and grabbing a wr. Bowers and another 1st round talent at say rt. Or maybe odunze slides to 11 and they still have 23. I don't think it's a full rebuild in la built i do think its a hard reset. They have a lot of holes on their roster. On a more personal feeling I dont believe a greg roman offense would really feature back to back 1st round picks at wr. I think its more likely they look to create a strong oline and defense than a high flying offense as counterintuitive as that may be with herbert at the qb spot. It would be more in line with his coaching history.
  12. Different states allow betting on different things for example in ny you cant bet on postseason awards or any college sport that plays home games in ny (su for example)
  13. Nice mock @GunnerBill. I do think mhj to the cardinals is as much of a lock as williams is to the bears. I think the vikings trade with the chargers right after. Worthy to the Dolphins would be trouble imo that's a great pick and justification I agree with that I hadn't thought of yet.
  14. You wrote an incredibly long post but I just had to clip this last part. You say "If we're going to discuss it, it needs to be an objective, not subjective discussion. " Except immediately preceding that statement is this " personally gift-wrapping the game for our opponent in snatching defeat from the jaws of victory." Please stop pretending you are this bastion of objectivity. You have now moved your goalposts to he only beats wild card winners. I have a feeling your profile pick is a little on the nose with trolling. In case I'm wrong (and what the hell I enjoy yelling into the void sometimes) I would appreciate you answering the following: I will bring this to you for your objectivity. Of the last 10 years there are 3 active coaches that have won the super bowl. McVay, Pederson, and Reid. So certainly anyone who is still coaching the same team and haven't won (Tomlin and Harbaugh) should be fired correct? Since 2017 those same 3 coaches are the only active coaches that have won the super bowl. So certainly anyone who is still coaching the same team and haven't won (Shanahan, McDermott, LaFleur, and Zac Taylor) should all be fired correct? Or is it the fact McD has Allen? For that I will counter that Zac Taylor has Burrow and Harbaugh has a 2x league MVP at qb. Surely you are banging the drum for them to be fired right? It really doesn't matter that your not objective, none of us are. We are emotionally invested in the team or we wouldn't be on this message board at the end of March and that's okay. Just don't pretend.
  15. I completed the player rankings spreadsheet. I have sent it to @Virgil for a test run to see if it look correct or if I need to tweak it. I used fantasy pros as they offered a consensus of 7 different "experts" There are 3 sheets total. first sheet is all players (143 of them), second sheet is offense sorted by position, third sheet is defense also sorted by position.
  16. Whatever is needed. I can pull together any of it fairly easily. I can manage the list of players google doc. We can play it by ear until wednesday.
  17. Of those 4 seasons mcvay and reid are the only hcs to win. So everyone should be fired? I just came across a crazy stat. Over the last 10 years there are only 3 hcs still coaching in the nfl that have won a sb. Pederson, McVay, and Reid. Past those 10 years you can add Harbaugh, Peyton, Tomlin, and McCarthy. I wont argue against mcvay or reid they are excellent hcs however the rest of the guys haven't had the success the Bills have since McD took over.
  18. This is a terrible take. Nobody has beat kc. The Bills aren't lucky enough to play in the opposite conference. The Bills have a top 3 qb I absolutely agree and they have lost to the best qb 3 of 4 years and the other guy in the top 3 the other year. They aren't losing to scrub qbs.
  19. I'm in and down to help out. Tomorrow is a busy day at work but I should be able to put something together Wednesday to help this flow.
  20. No he didn't. First you are way overestimating how many coaches have won the sb and are still coaching. Here is what mcd said. “I think like anything, when you talk about the Bills, whether it’s Josh (Allen), myself, our team, we’ve had so much success,” he said. “What’s left for Josh and for all of us is to take that one more step that we need to take.” Saying he isn't as good of a coach as Reid is silly. Reid might go down as one of the top 10 coaches of all time. Is that really the bar? You have reid and mcvay who have won a super bowl in the last 5 years. So by the bar set by many every single coach in the nfl should be fired. I posted elsewhere but Harbaugh has a 2 time mvp qb and hasnt had anywhere near the success since he won a sb 10+ years ago. McDermott is a top 5 coach in the nfl right now period. 5 playoff wins since 2018 is tied for 2nd best in the afc and 5th in the nfl. If you go to 2020 when Josh became Josh it is tied for 3rd.
  21. Andy Reid interviewed today said its hard to win and then repeated it. Literally today.... @Ethan in Cleveland is he feeling the heat too? I feel like every coach says it.
  22. Was trying to find some stats regarding separation and stumbled on Hayden Hatten from Idaho projected in 7th or udfa. Any of the resident draftniks watched him? Stats wise he was uber productive over 2 years albeit against fcs competition. Played outside more than 66% of the time and has some good size at 6'2 215 (not combine so maybe inflated). Seems like a decent guy to throw one of those late picks at.
  23. Normally I am all about trading down and accruing more capital. This year I thought when they got a 4th instead of a 3rd that I would certainly again love the idea. The reality though is it gets a little dangerous. The first real trade partner that could give a 3rd back would be Wash at 36 and the pick would be #100. That puts Baltimore, KC, Carolina, and NE/Arizona (depending on who picks MHJ) that could potentially all draft a wr. Missing out on guys just for pick 100 doesn't seem worth it. Moving back to 40 with Wash means also getting 78 but giving up a 5th rounder (no big deal) but also adding the Chargers and Tenn who could also grab a wr. Basically the cupboard could go from full to bare real quick. I think the best option is to hang tight and grab their favorite WR at 28. Although I think they are eyeing Coleman as he is a Kelvin Benjamin comp and I just have that feeling. I prefer others but am bracing for it lol.
  24. I think blake corum will be a productive nfl back. He is one of those guys that just has a great feel for openings and running lanes. In fact I think a lot of the michigan guys are being underrated this year.
