  1. I think the real issue is having JA and not making, yet alone winning a SB.
  2. The OP’s conclusion is not wrong, but the evidence for it (punt over FG) I don’t agree with.
  3. exactly. Monumentally stupid. You’d think this is something a coach or whoever would have told them at some point. Don’t let your opponents know your tricks.
  4. How did this injury even happen? Totally sucks for him.
  5. they did win a SB and have another solid team now.
  6. yeah, hopefully we get a nice lead and can get him some touches. Love Cook, but don't want him to wear down either.
  7. Eh, doesn't bother me if people change their mind or go crazy from we are awesome to "we suck again". Just part of the fan fun.
  8. i missed seeing that one. may have to look it up, the guys on the radio were trying to describe it but just sounded very excited.
  9. he's the best QB in NFL history, IMO. And if you don't want to go that far, fine, clearly the best "dual threat" QB. As you said, amazing runner and thrower. That pass to Moore yesterday was nuts (one of the few plays I saw on TV as opposed to heard on radio).
  10. totally disagree. McD created a KC TD by extending a drive with one of those. KC had 4th and 18, was discombobulated, would have tossed an incomplete pass, saved at the last minute by a TO. Eric Wood was equally miffed by the myriad of defensive TOs and confusion, particularly following KC injuries. I'm not sure this is true. KC is just laying on the flattery, they could care less about facing us given their postseason record.
  11. Quick recap. Heard most of game on radio. Good: great game by Bishop well called game overall by Brady Cook kept cooking. Simpler concepts on 3rd down resulted in 1st down. Less cute, more win the rep. Areas for improvement: McD needs to stop the last second defensive TOs. These seem to favor the offense. Also too many instances of the D being ill prepared following an injury to KC. No excuse for that.
  12. article of potential DL/Hoecht replacements. Phillips already gone to Philly, as they continue to reload. https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/4-michael-hoecht-replacements-bills-can-target-at-nfl-trade-deadline/ar-AA1PI2Ra?ocid=BingNewsSerp
  13. likely we play a soft shell until too late
  14. just a poorly managed team.
  15. About time. And watching the Pens fire stale Sullivan and be in first with a ton of no names has to be getting to them. Hopefully Pegs takes note.
  16. my apologies. I picked him up in fantasy this week.
  17. keeping the Ferrari in the garage because you've refused to get it gas, and driving a Pinto because it's still getting you from point A to B. Well, as you stated, that Pinto will wear out at some point. And then the Ferrari is still stuck in the garage.
  18. haven't played a great "complementary" (whatever that means) game yet. Allen is awful with the deep pass, because there is no one to pass it to. Bean has continued to blunder.
  19. What jersey is that?
  20. I'll add Chris Collinsworth, public affairs director for KC to this list.
  21. I'd like Davis off that list. I'd also like Wilkenson. Both could be cheap, then get Olave.
  22. I like Spags and the other coaches are fine. Most of the players sans Jones annoy me.
  23. think he is a developmental pick. He's "developing" I suppose.
  24. never great to be a "buyer" now, Bean should have gotten his job done in the offseason/draft. We are now need a WR and DT because Bean refused to adequately (WR) or successfuly address those areas.
