I have to disagree with that. Having been a fan in the 90's, the droubt years, and now finally having the BEST Qb in the league but with subpar other weapons (WR, DL, etc.) is not spoiled, it's a total miss by the FO.

Like the Alexander pickup. Seems to fit and low risk and potential to be a high end backup. Was really mocked somewhat high to then go undrafted. I’m not worried about his poor athletic scores, both Hyde and Poyer had bad scores (albeit at safety).

I think if JA continues to perform well in the playoffs, and the D continues to underperform, more pressure will be put on Terry to make a change. All that said, I really hope McD has learned something over the years and wins it all this year! It's really all about the post-season at this point. We are regular season champs, beating KC and others. Need to win in the playoffs, however. The D has been a sieve.

no SB win with JA as a QB is a massive failure, IMO. Not even making a SB would be one of the greatest failures of any NFL team. JA is arguably a top 5 all-time QB.

yeah, most teams are not paying a top RB. I’d rather pay OL, DL, and WR. The asset allocation and Cook’s usage does not warrant more than 11/year
