  1. you wanted a dirty player that smells?
  2. I would def do it. I'd even take the FSU QB in the 4th (some mocks have him there). Get a guy who can show some stuff in preseason, be a capable backup, and parlay that into a higher pick. Pats routinely did this. Agree that Travis from FSU is the better option, but Milton is still worth a pick at that point, IMO.
  3. Tre White, great guy and teammate who got bit by injury bug. On the other hand, I was a huge Diggs fan but he quit on his team and could not back up his talk when it mattered in the playoffs. good riddence to Dogging it Diggd.
  4. I won't mind a big move, bit draft wise I’m not sold that anyone other than Harrison is worth more of a move up than it takes for Thomas. I may need to watch some more Malki Nabers and Rome Odenzu highlights.
  5. Mitchell and another WR in Rd 2, ideally Polk. I think Legette struggled adjusting to college and may have same issue adjusting to pro game. That said, either one of these guys I would want to pare with another WR in this loaded class (ideally the always productive Polk)
  6. this is where I am at. modest move for Thomas, or Mitchell and some combo of Franklin, Legette, or Polk.
  7. yeah, but we prob should have traded him earlier perhaps (prior to last year. although perhaps Kincaid and Shakir not as developed then getting cb1 coverage who knows)?
  8. I’d move up for Harrison, but not sure much difference between Nabers, Odenzu and Thomas to move up too high.
  9. this is awesome, thanks. I agree trading into top 10 is too much. Top 15/20 may be the sweet spot to hit on a guy like Thomas.
  10. could it get us to where we need to be for Thomas?
  11. C. can move up if we get cap relief in the trade (if possible to trade dead cap)
  12. I wonder if this trade means the Bills are really high on a guy like Mitchell and/or Polk? Perhaps a Polk/Leggitt combo?
  13. screw diggs, seriously, he quit on the bills, good riddance loser.
  14. not really bad to turn on dogging it diggs. he turned on the bills first, so screw him.
  15. Agree with Josh we have a chance, but we need a number 1–the last 2 postseasons showed that. Josh is not on the same planet as Brady in terms of reading defenses (most qb are not). Hopefully we draft one of the big 4 and get another good vet.
  16. hopefully this one does not end up with us signing a DL instead of a WR
  17. agreed. totally ridiculous to get nothing in this draft and have it cost more cap wise, thus limiting our FA acquisition ability.
  18. anyone know what the picks are? If we get nothing in this draft, we are screwed at WR.
  19. something has to get done, and it should be one of the WRs in the draft you mentioned (I'd even add Thomas) coupled with a FA you noted or drafting 2 WRs (but that's hard with the trade up). Or, draft Odunze and Polk perhaps, who knows.
  20. this ONLY makes sense if we are trading up for Harrison, Odueb (sp), or Nabers. Not even Thomas may warrant this, but if we don't land one of those 4 from the draft this is an utter failure, and Josh should be asking for a trade next.
  21. today's PFF: I like this draft. I really like the WR in Rd. 1 and 2 idea. Here, we have two potential stud X receivers. Burton may be a headcase, so that will depend. The backup WR here would be Million from Washington, who appears more of a slot. I like Hadden, the CB from Tenn, as PFF gives him a 90 zone coverage grade. Allen upgrades the RB room, Travis is a great backup project who can be traded for a higher round pick perhaps, Zinter goes higher if not hurt, and the edges posses some rotation potental.
  22. i also like Polk we would be crazy to skip him and let a team like Kc grab him. Pickens was supposed to be “a lot” and he has been great on Pgh. Burton may need a better environment? Wosh he was at Sr bowl, seems like a missed chance for scouts.
  23. missed this version while traveling back from spring break. will catch the next one for sure! @Virgil awesome work keeping this going!
  24. Suicide, while sometimes understandable, is never a sign of mental clarity. While the friend you described was in a horrible situation, it seems she had friends and was adjusting until a bullying incident. Also, the majorities of suicide are due to mental illness—or a misguided feeling that the person committing suicide will never be able to adopt to some (sometimes awful) life change. There is always hope and those considering suicide should get professional help, always.
