  1. What jersey is that?
  2. I'll add Chris Collinsworth, public affairs director for KC to this list.
  3. I'd like Davis off that list. I'd also like Wilkenson. Both could be cheap, then get Olave.
  4. I like Spags and the other coaches are fine. Most of the players sans Jones annoy me.
  5. think he is a developmental pick. He's "developing" I suppose.
  6. never great to be a "buyer" now, Bean should have gotten his job done in the offseason/draft. We are now need a WR and DT because Bean refused to adequately (WR) or successfuly address those areas.
  7. Looks like a great player. Hopefully avoids the oft-injured player label that so many key players on our D acquire.
  8. No stress. No longer consider this team as constructed a SB contender. I’m at whatever level.
  9. RIP to a great player and guy. Was fun to watch. Great passion for game.
  10. I’ll take it. Recognizing we have no other option. Let’s go!!
  11. I don’t know about Brady, But Bean and McD need to go.
  12. prepare for empty stadiums then.
  13. This has to happen. But Bean will go with a 2nd tier Wr and claim the cost for BJT was too high. Then draft a JAG in Rd 1 and 2.
  14. Carolina is likely planning to try and run it all over us. Hopefully we start with a heavy box and the DBs can hold up on their own.
  15. during the regular season, sure. But come playoff time, as you pointed out earlier, our D gets exposed. This year, mediocre QBs (we haven't played a great one yet apart from Jackson) have beaten us, and middling RBs have run all over us.
  16. how much of this is because we play in the AFC East which was pretty barren over that time span. Also, our D collapses in the playoffs. Our "bend and don't break" structure does not work against top QBs, and this year does not work against mediocre QBs.
  17. McVay as HC? New GM But being serious, I think WR and CB/safety. A LB would also be nice. So would DE.
  18. How about Trubiski for Wilson?
  19. as long as McD is here, adding or subtracting coaches won't really matter. The D is still the soft shell nonsence.
  20. Yeah, coaches way to stubborn for much of this, but I like most of the suggestions. However, Larry O being a great savior is way overstated. Steelers couldn't wait to see him gone. I'm not sure he is much more than a JAG at best. I'd also add, we need to trade for a safety at least. Poyer or Rapp and Bishop strike fear into no one. Literally we could trade with some colleges and likely improve.
  21. A good suggestion, and some teams may be very interested (PGH, pair with Metcalf again), but here, no more 2nd or 3rd tire WRs.
  22. yeah I get this. But incompetence at old man bball is different than incompetence from what should be the best football officials. I don't think the reffs are trying to favor certain outcomes, I think a lot of them are legitimately bad, and it's a bad look for the NFL. The NFL also needs to be transparent about fining refs or demoting them fot totally agregis calls like what happened in the Giants-Broncos game (PI call). Also, making more such calls revewable would help. Payton could have challenged that call.
  23. and that 10 points was against a backup D basically. Really shows how bad our D is from roster construction to coaching.
  24. they should be gone if they fail to win the SB this year. Every other team in the AFC was hobbled out of the gate by losses and/or injuries. Bean did jack during the offseason to improve the roster other than his continual signing of mid-tier FAs. McD is still running the small D that gets gashed by good-great QBs, and now by medicore ones. Big Blowhard seems appropriate. McFranklin for the HC.
