  1. Here is mine. Only L. Jackson of the "top" QB's was available at 12. I passed on him in favor of the next Cam Chancellor. Also got a more day 1 ready QB in Kyle Lauletta. Shored up the OL and hopefully got 2 WR's that solve our problem at that position. 1: R1P12 S DERWIN JAMES FLORIDA STATE 2: R1P22 LB RASHAAN EVANS ALABAMA 3: R2P21 WR D.J. CHARK LSU 4: R2P24 QB KYLE LAULETTA RICHMOND 5: R3P1 OT ORLANDO BROWN OKLAHOMA 6: R3P32 EDGE DUKE EJIOFOR WAKE FOREST 7: R4P21 RB KALEN BALLAGE ARIZONA STATE 8: R5P29 C BRADLEY BOZEMAN ALABAMA 9: R6P13 WR ALLEN LAZARD IOWA STATE
  2. Darnold would be by third, (after Mayfield and Rosen) but your logic is likely spot-on. And I'd be fine with Darnold. didn't this happen to Jim Kelly also??
  3. perhaps AJ has more arm strength than people say he does. Or perhaps Brady's arm strength increased after he was drafted.
  4. I'd say 2 in addition to the Thu Night game. 1 Sunday and 1 Monday late in year. The assumption is that we will have a top rookie QB--or McCarron will be the next Jimmy G with rookie on bench-- and NFL will want to show him on primetime. I'd say against CLE or NYJ to have QB v. QB.
  5. I think Hall of Fame with great production on the Bills (he was the offense that broke the streak) warrants WOF. In fact, last season alone may warrant it already.
  6. Your right. And exhibit A is Brady! He throws in Boston and Buffalo wind just fine.
  7. both please! Or one and Chark. Not sure how we fill QB, LB, and OL in my scenario. Whatever. I'm sure we will get a WR, I'd like one of those 3. A lot of mid-round WR talent in this draft.
  8. I'd be totally upset. Here is why. 1. We traded up. We are basically throwing AJ to the wolves with no team around him. And I'm not sure how Allen learns in that situation. 2. If we get him at 12, I won't be happy, but we still have all our picks and can build around AJ McCarron for the next 2 years while Allen learns.
  9. same here. It's almost a letdown when the draft is over. The speculation and rumors are so much of the fun, IMO. !!
  10. could be a good later round pick. Likely can't get an "Edge" early in the draft with the QB, LB, and OL needs.
  11. Dome. The former Civic Arena in Pittsburgh had a retractable roof. It was used like 3 times (should have been used more, IMO). At any rate, a Dome is great. Can be used for other things (Niagara Region Final 4, indoor monster truck things, concert, etc.)
  12. I like this guy a lot. Hard hitter, fast, productive at D, productive against top level competition. Worst case is we move him to safety and have depth there while he terrorizes ppl on special teams. I'd take him in the 3rd, esp. if we miss out on a LB early due to trading up or otherwise.
  13. who respects "the process"
  14. I think, as another poster noted, perhaps he is hoping to get cut?
  15. went with Walton. Great shady backup. Johnson still good. Almost went safety for depth. lots of holes on the roster, at least decent talent at some of those positions into the 3rd round.
  16. I like it. Shout song reference. And Pens (my hockey team) also using Believe for the playoff slogan this year. This will likely be the first time I get the draft hat
  17. Get Dez. Benjamin, Dez, and Zay plus Chark.
  18. I guess this poll would have to be phrased as, "we do it now, before the draft." Otherwise, depends on what Cleveland and others do. This will be the most exciting draft (at least for Bills fans) that I can recall.
  19. I agree with this. I think Jackson has the "floor" of Kordell Stewart. Guy brought a talented team to the AFC Championship.
  20. means Luck is REALLY injured. The Broncos will acquire him an win a SB.
  21. Either that or a giant smokescreen. Either way, I think we have to jump Miami to be safe. Baker is better than what Miami currently has. I agree. I think he could slide to 12, but we cannot take that risk if we could otherwise have him.
  22. everything I said was 100% truthful. Kaep is a terrible QB. You used a logical fallacy to state that he is perhaps better than other bad QB's. Does not disprove the fact he is a bad QB.
  23. I hate the drum line thing. Please abolish that. Cheerleaders and bands belong at college games where they are part of the college and part of the college atmosphere.
  24. I'd rather have White and the QB we get this year. Shutdown CB is difficult to find, perhaps 2nd hardest position after QB? Still not sold on Mahomes.
  25. yeah, 100 mostly inconsequential catches. he can't get into the end-zone, stretch the field, etc. He won't get 100 catches with Coleman and Gordon around. And TT at QB.
