  1. HOF coach with a HOF QB that covered up for that fact that he absolutely sucked as a GM.
  2. Maybe he can bring in Nate Hackett as OC when the jets fire him. Nate can relay the secret to his success in a similar situation...
  3. Thanks, TBD. This thread made me angry at Cam Lewis again.
  4. Gotta love the irony of a Dolphins fan bitching about the impact of weather on player health and safety. 🙄
  5. If they were smart they would go with Tua’s fifth year option and draft a smart college QB with limited arm talent to see what someone like that would look like with those weapons in training camp before committing big money to Tua. I’m hoping they commit to Tua long term instead, because as soon as they do they won’t be able to continue to afford the type of weapons that he needs to be successful.
  6. “Hey, Doug, was he the same hose head who jammed his knuckle right in the center’s a**hole?!?! Let Bob know I still have his Moosejaw tuque, eh.”
  7. It goes well beyond the pros… Harbaugh brothers with parallel seasons. 😱
  8. I’ll admit, after Philly I verbally stuck a fork in them… I did concede that if they beat KC and Dallas that I thought they’d run the table, I just didn’t think there was a chance in hell the way they were playing that they’d beat both KC and Dallas.
  9. Also, their home weather advantage only lasts through October… not a coincidence that their grandiose hopes fade around the same time.
  10. In an ideal world, I still tell them. I think it pumps them up and I think they’d play loose being this is the first game in a month and a half with the pressure being off. I also think Miami knowing the Bills are in and they’re banged up is going to have the Dolphins playing tentatively, so it’s another opportunity to steamroll them and send a message in the event they meet them in a few weeks.
  11. If Tennessee didn’t beat Miami tonight’s game wouldn’t matter.
  12. We owe the playoffs and a chance at the division to Tennessee. Thanks King Henry, Tannehill, and Vr… on second thought, Vrabel can still suck it. 😂
  13. I was going to take you to task for embellishing just a wee bit… then I realized you were just using RB years… kinda like dog years. At least they didn’t re-sign Methuselah… I mean Frank Gore.
  14. ...I guess... if you're unfortunate enough to go to a shrink that inflames your worst impulses, douses you in gasoline, spins you around like a top and then gives you a shove towards the nearest bonfire. 🤷‍♂️
  15. This was probably more impressive when you posted it. 🤔🤣
  16. I used to watch the games in a Kyle Williams jersey and my favorite beat-up faded red Bills cap. Only washed them after a loss. Didn't work this season so I stopped wearing them. After a few more games, I decided that all of my Bills swag is cursed this season so I stopped wearing anything on gameday after the Broncos game... Bills related, that is... I may be a superstitious fool, but I'm no exhibitionist...
  17. At the moment, he's a system QB on a rookie contract so they can still afford to put a lot of talent around him... that will soon change.
  18. I was expecting something a little more figurative and a little less literal… 🤷‍♂️
  19. Do you think the game plan going into the Cowboys game was to just keep running the ball? I would call Brady being aware enough to stick with the run in that game both flexible and adaptable. I think Dorsey was stubborn enough that he probably would have gone with his original gameplan in that game and gone away from the run despite the fact the Cowboys couldn't stop it... he'd done it before. I feel that Brady at least has a feel for how to call a game and a purpose for why he calls plays, something that I don't think was a strength of Dorsey. Don't get me wrong, I don't know that Brady is the answer at OC, I just think he's better than what we had with Dorsey.
  20. Regardless of statistical output, I think Brady has been more flexible and adaptable. Ken Dorsey always felt like even if things weren’t working he was going to bash his head against the wall until they did.
  21. I don’t think he can outcoach his competition. If you gave every coach in the league the exact same team and played a full season he’d be bottom third to middle of the pack at the end of the season.
