  1. Why let Bojo go?? Hopefully this is just a camp body
  2. Happy for Tyrod, I know he wasn't the solution but he broke the drought.
  3. That’s a loss of depth along the Oline not something you can’t replace but a loss.[
  4. If Diggs and Davis weren't hurt that game is a lot more competitive, not saying the Bills win, but they are able to at least put up 10-14 more points when the game was competitive. I think people underestimate how much that impacted the game.
  5. NE is much improved but it feels like without a QB they are stuck at a good but not great level. Not worried about them until they get a better QB. I loved Cam but he can't stay healthy and he might not have the deep ball anymore.
  6. To be fair against KC, Brown was banged up all year, Beasley was hurt, Davis was hurt (he got hurt against the Ravens), and Diggs got dinged up early in the game. Hard to judge the WR corps on that game. I do agree the team needs to add a pass catcher but I wouldn’t consider the KC game without some context.
  7. The Bills always had to be bargain hunters due to the cap crunch.
  8. Pats will be a lot tougher but in the end unless they get a QB they are capped at 10-11 wins and unable to win more than one playoff game.
  9. Odd, I hope they tender Ike and Bojo. It wouldn't be a huge loss if they let Levi walk but it would leave a hole as I think he is at least a competent corner. It would be weird to just let him walk unless they have a plan in place. Wallace is at worst a high end backup.
  10. KC trying to protect Mahomes, basically Mahomes restructured his deal to bring in Thuney. I also expect pick 31 to be an offensive tackle too and I wouldn't be shocked if their second rounder is also along the O-line and they kick the tires on some vets too. Not a huge upgrade for KC in my opinion as they lost their starting tackles but a big step in getting back to the team they once were.
  11. He also only fumbled once in two seasons of returning. Cutting down on the team's overall turnovers.
  12. I think Billy B knows he doesn't have many years left and is competing against two vastly improved teams (Bills and to a lesser degree Fins) and his old QB just won a SB without him. I think the Pats are hoping to win 10-11 games this season and make Billy B look like he was at least a part of the Pats success with Brady.
  13. We all saw in 2018 how having an inconsistent return game can really lose you games. Having a steady hand the past two seasons was really good. I am very upset to see him go. Not sure why fans were so quick to rush him out the door. Maybe Mac can handle the return duties but I would have liked to have kept Roberts. 1 fumble in two seasons and while I don't like his kick returning (he was fairly average) I think his punt returning was one of the best in the league. Never an explosive punt returner but he was always solid on his returns and never a turnover liability.
  14. Hunt isn't on that big of a contract? Why would they look to get rid of their dynamic duo which was the catalyst of their offense? Just doesn't make sense.
  15. It is still a three headed beast if they add Hunt and if wanting to be a lead back is Hunts issue then he still might not be the lead back with Moss and Singletary here. I have no issue trading Singletary and a 6th rounder in 2022 for Hunt or trading a 5th in 2021 and a pick swap in 2022 for Hunt. I am more so looking does this give Hunt what he wants. Last thing you want to do is trade for a guy who isn’t happy in the new situation.
  16. I think they would just IR him or cut him to avoid any major cap implications. Hoping he doesn’t retire as I would like to see this team have a true one tech.
  17. I am thinking the Bills are more so looking at a Kroft replacement as opposed to a outright starting TE. The Pats paid retail for this guy and they seem to want to get back to being competitive in 2021 so they are paying big to fill needs. I am thinking Kyle Rudolph might be the type of supplemental player the Bills target.
  18. 13-3 with two playoff victories against pretty good teams is hardly a team you want to blowup because you perceive one team in the conference they can't matchup well against. The case for continuity is to keep that 13 win talent base and then supplement it with veteran reclamation projects on the cheap and the draft.
  19. Tampa will lose some talent but 95% of that team is likely to return and they are built for the playoffs. They can win 11ish games in the regular season and get comfortably into the playoffs and they are just built for the playoffs. And the NFC isn't really all that tough this year.
  20. Is there any reason why the Browns are looking to trade him? Is he asking for more playing time? Is it a cap thing? Because if this is a playing time issue unless they are trading Singletary for him he isn't likely to get much more playing time with the Bills and thus won't be happy here.
  21. That's the question of value which is a respectable conversation to have and corner is not a tragic place to spend a pick if it is of overwhelming value and a pass rusher or catcher of respectable value isn't there. I don't believe in BPA in a vacuum nor do I believe in drafting for need in a vacuum. You take into account your needs and who is on the board. Just going off need pass rusher is the number one need this team currently has followed by adding a pass catcher in my opinion.
  22. The passing game was also insanely effective which led to this team passing a lot more and not getting into a groove with the run game. I expect the offensive staff to try and work on the scheme as I agree with keeping the O-line together as I really don't think run blocking was the major issue in the ground games inconsistency. There were several games where the Bills were able to eat clock with a grind it out run game. The team just needs to find a way to take over on the ground when they have a lead.
  23. Unless the Bills can add a prime pass rusher (which I doubt due to the cap situation) I think they need to desperately add a pass rusher at pick 30. I wouldn't hate grabbing a corner in round 2 but for round 1 they should be targeting a pass rusher.
  24. My issue wasn't letting Shaq and Phillips walk it was more so signing Addison and Butler. I think that even if they were to getting a bit less dead cap on Shaq and Phillips it was still the right move to let them walk. They spent about 17 million in cap space on the combination of Butler and Addison and while they weren't completely unproductive they definitely didn't provide 17 million worth of value in 2020. I am not sure where else they could have put that money but for 17 million in cap space they could have definitely done a better job. I think even had they spent 18-20 million on Shaq and Phillips I don't see that having worked out any better.
  25. The Giants are trying to win now and I think they are going to build with a strong defense and trying to make Jones work and part of that is having Barkley there. I wouldn't hate trying to add Barkely for the right price as he can be dynamic and it is a buy low situation. But I just don't see things really working out to where the Giants give up on him and for a price that would make sense.
