  1. We went in gate 4 at about 11:45. Smooth and easy, took about 5 minutes. Crowd was crazy loud and stadium packed. Great day.
  2. Man, you guys are harsh, sure it’s early, but that’s in the title! I enjoyed the info on the other guys, that’s research I don’t want to do. I was skeptical on Rousseau but he’s looking good so far.
  3. Smerlas? Cause it ain’t Jackson. That dude totally maxed his potential. He was good, not great. Way overrated by the fans. I know that’s not a popular statement. He has a great backstory. Seems like a good dude. Played his ass off every game. But he wasn’t elite.
  4. I was 8. I listened on my little red transistor radio at my grandparents house. My folks had seasons and were there. I hung on every word Van Miller said. This is the first time I’ve ever seen it.
  5. To me, Josh, Diggs, Dawkins, Morse, Edmunds, Milano, and Tre should have the day off. Worst case scenario if we finish at 3, we go to Pitt instead of hosting them. We can win there. If one of them goes down it could screw all this up. Don’t take the chance.
  6. The Duke Williams crowd should not hold their breath. Kumerow played over him. I think McKenzie and Brown fill the roll if Bease can’t go. Brown, Diggs, and Davis is still a very strong top 3.
  7. I’m really hoping for Robert Quinn. I think DE will be toughest to get an impact guy in the draft so that’s where I would spend.
  8. I’m curious, do you read the articles but don’t like them? Do you just not use it enough? What do you dislike? I’m a subscriber and really love the site, the in season Bills coverage is outstanding. I think $60 annually is a fair price and worth the money.
  9. People act like you can just throw it near Duke and he will go get it. Throwing 50/50 balls to a tall WR requires pinpoint accuracy. It has to be high where only he can get it but not sail over his head. Josh has certainly not shown pinpoint accuracy consistently. He has meshed with receivers that get separation. He caught an important TD vs the Titans, but barely was targeted in the 2.5 games he played in. To say he played very well is a stretch. But if they want to activate him, I would sit Roberts and not Isiah.
  10. You couldn’t be more wrong. He doesn’t catch the ball and that’s the primary roll Yeldon is in. Murphy is a preseason hero who’s shown little in real games. There is a reason he is unemployed.
  11. I can’t believe people want Murphy over Yeldon. Murphy sucks. Yeldon has been good catching balls and had a big run on the last drive. RB is not an issue. Especially when Singletary returns. OL depth with the injuries, otherwise don t rock the boat. Save the cap space and picks. If we could get AJ Green for a 3rd, go for it. Unlikely tho.
  12. If it helps, you both sound like 15 year olds going back and forth in the cafeteria.
  13. Why? Are we up against the cap? He serves a purpose, and we have the money. And we will have plenty next year. He’ll be good with Oliver too.
  14. I think Byron Murphy is the better fit for Bills scheme than Greedy. Best zone CB in draft.
  15. Metcalf won’t be there at 9 so don’t worry about it. He’s crazy fast, crazy strong and a good route runner. Injury history would be my only concern.
  16. I don’t want Ducasse as a starter but he’s good depth and salary is reasonable. I’d keep him. Others are right. The extra $6m won’t make a difference. They aren’t spending all that money. Cut the punter sure, but not to save the money, he just stinks. Gonna have to spend the same to replace him.
  17. Still rock my pair from the early 90’s. I wear them for some games at the house (much to the chagrin of my wife). They still fit at least and are quite comfy. Still have my Starter jacket from that era too. Wore that ridiculous combo to all 3 AFC Championship games at Rich.
  18. Why would would you have to build an offense around Lamar Jackson? Cause he’s black and can run? C’mon man! He played in a pro style offense and can be a drop back QB.
  19. Hogan is the only one who has been consistent and Woods to some extent. Watkins got both TDs and more than half the yards in one game, the other 4 have been nothing. Similar with Goodwin, one big game and not much else. Our wideouts are bad, especially with Matthews out, but the former guys have been no great shakes with the exception of Hogan.
  20. And the winner of the : I have nothing to add so I'm just going to be a douche award goes to... I think Darby and Shaq will find their way in this defense. They are both too talented not too. Hopefully a strong camp can get Darby his confidence up high going into the season.
  21. Glad we got this cleared up early. I though we would have to see him on the field first. The Bills have the luxury to play him 15-20 plays a game and just let him go after the QB. He could be a very important addition in that role.
  22. I'm thinking the NFLPA would want him to appeal anyway. If he does 30 days in rehab and it was reduced to 3 games he'd be back for NE? I hope the facility has a gym.
  23. Hollywood Higgins from CSU. Was awesome in 2014 with a good QB. Played injured most of last season but a great talent. A bit unorthodox like Stevie Johnson. Real smooth with great hands.
