  1. He is 10 times the poster you will ever be.
  2. I just get the feeling that Mayfield will be the best of the bunch
  3. There probably was a conversation that entailed the strong possibility that McDaniels would be the heir apparent to the hoodie, and it will probably be the year after next.
  4. To be fair, at worst it would be a 2 hit wonder. It's hard to call a whole season as good as 2013 just a fluke and then to see him do even better in the playoffs against some good defenses again.
  5. The Bills should at the very least seriously entertain the thought of trading for Foles as a bridge QB. Daboll ran the RPO often with Alabama so he certainly has lots of experience running this style of offense and Foles has proven to be one of the best RPO QB's in the league when given a chance. That's what he did with Philly in 2013, which was one of the best statistical years a QB ever had in the NFL. Foles has shown that he can make all the plays and with the right coaching we have seen what he can do.
  6. And he's earned the right to make that decision. It was very likely the wrong decision but he's made lots of good ones and if I were a fan of the Patriots I wouldn't have feel negatively towards Belichick not one iota.
  7. There is no reasonable question in my mind that he will go down as the GOAT. He's done more with less and the sheer amount of comebacks and the sort of comebacks is very Jordanesque in the sense that he just takes over. Elway was great and talented but doesn't come close in the conversation as GOAT and Montana was a great system fit for the 49ers but I don't believe for a split second that he would have been as successful as Brady with the Patriots.
  8. I see what you did there.
  9. I think as a general philosophy for a team to have a higher chance of succeeding he is correct. Having said that, not all teams are created equal and not all teams should make the same game time decisions in respect to risk taking based on their player personnel. How well your defense plays, the type of QB you have, the play makers available, your offensive line and the overall competence of the play calling all factor in to what sort of risks you are able to take and execute.
  10. He was masterful, truly masterful. He made anticipation passes in tight windows in the middle of the field, he made back shoulder passes, he threw long bomb passes, perfect swing throws, spotted open receivers when blitzed. The guy has proven that if you have the right coordinator he can thrive. He went to a putrid Rams team and suffered, aside from that and his rookie season he's been pretty good and at time amazing. That 2013 season was one of the most efficient seasons ever from a QB and in the post season he has been straight up money. Eagles have a big decision to make, and the decision isn't to figure out who the starter is, Wentz is the franchise QB and rightfully so. The question is do they trade him while his stock is high and get a really good draft choice for him. I think once they feel comfortable where Wentz is with his recovery they trade him. My guess is right now some team would easily give up a 2nd for him.
  11. There is no need to for some sort of top down mandate to shut him up. We should all be smart enough to know that he doesn't know jack ****.
  12. Does this include the estimated increase of the cap?
  13. That those who thought that the Alex Smith would fetch less than 3rd round equivalent draft choice were seriously mistaken.
  14. Oh my gawd! They have completely gone off the rails. Haha By the way, have they found any evidence of collusion yet?
  15. What Trump supported and omitted: Supports paid family leave Supports True amnesty for 1.8 million people Supports massive infrastructure spending No focus on US debt Also agrees with Obama that Russia is not US's top geopolitical threat No mention of entitlement reform Sounds like a Democrats wet dream for a Republican partner to have. But it's Trump. And the Democrats don't care about truly getting things done even if they have a willing partner.
  16. Oh well, thought Alex Smith was much more of a possibility than Cousins. I'd love to see Cousins here but I think it's doubtful we get him.
  17. So tax cuts help cause economies to "crash"? I'l take quotes that ignorant progressives will say for 500 please, Alex
  18. This thread will live in infamy. The tax cut is going to be much better than I had anticipated, I underestimated what the cut in the corporate tax rate would produce.
  19. There is no one that can reasonably make the argument that Trumps policies aren't better for the economy than Obama's. Trump has been good for the economy, so much so that despite how much I dislike the man i ma6 vote for him
  20. This is completely what it is. The deal that Trump is offering Democrats is an extremely reasonable position and is probably where most American's are, which is to let the kids stay, allow them to gain citizenship after a while. In exchange they want to secure the borders and revamp the VISA process more to a merit based sort of system. The fact that Democrats and activists are willing to not go along with this is proof positive that they either A) don't give a **** about the DACA kids and would rather use them as a political cudgel than to address the issue or B) They are completely unrealistic of the political reality and that some give and take has to occur. Both parties are held hostage by their extreme dumbass political bases. Both political bases are akin to what HAMAS is to the Palestines. Without a cause there is no existence for these groups and what better way to survive is there other than to keep the causes alive. They don't give a **** just like the right wing doesn't give a **** either. Both sides suck and the only ones who are truly productive are the so-called moderates who try to get things done.
  21. That would be a stretch but I could see them going to the playoffs. Arguably the best WR in the game if not surely top 4 would be back. They could draft the best RB prospect in quite some time and new coaching staff, I could see them improving quite a bit.
  22. Gaines and a 2nd for Watkins? Bills have definitely gotten the better of that trade so far. Gaines was a much more valuable player for us than Watkins was for them. Plus who knows what the 2nd round pick will net. Darby wasn't a scheme fit, we heard that all year. So that was another decent trade, not as good as the Gaines and a 2nd for Watkins but a good one none the less. Ragland, we'll see. He looked good against us. I always was a fan of Ragland but he wasn't the type of MLB that McD wanted which is someone who will be able to cover a lot of ground and would also be good against the pass. But again, he did look good. Dareus, well. He certainly wasn't playing at a high level with the Bills over the past couple years and he is one strike away from being suspended for a very long time. But man did he look good against the Patriots, the kind of player that we saw a few years ago. One part of me wants to see him do well and another would hate to see him regain form for Jacksonville. They wanted to shed salary cap room for 2019 and beyond and they didn't believe he was going to regain form and he wasn't the kind of player they wanted. We'll see how that pans out. The true measure of Beane will be this off season. It is arguably one of the most critical off season's we have had in a long time and his prints will be all over it.
  23. Mayfield is the QB that intrigues me the most. I could see him going top five and no later than 15, he just seems to have a true swagger about him. I think the kid is going to be a baller.
