Jason Whitlock may be on to something..

100% For those that dont believe that "culture" isnt a real thing, as I've said before and I will continue to say it, you've never been deeply ingrained or truly part of a successful organization or program. It's real and it starts from the top and built from those that surround it. -
Postgame Thread Bills Redskins
Magox replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You are mostly wrong in just about everything you said. Beane and MCD did not make the salary call mess and Beane and MCD are at virtually no risk of not being here in 2021. -
As a previous poster had said, I just dont have a feeling for how this game is going to turn out. It could be a close game or a blowout either way. Protect the ball and dont give up the big plays, if the Bills can do that then I think they will win.

Does Tom Brady see ghosts against bills...lately
Magox replied to Hebert19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That's not the way I view it. I think he has been flustered against the Bills and it's not even so much the pass pressure from the Bills as the coverage disguises. It's not a coincidence that the two worst outings hes had over the past 3 years were against the Bills. -

The last two outings? Most definitely! He has bailed out too early the past couple games. He definitely has been more confused about our defense than I've ever seen him. -
Josh Gordon is about to be available
Magox replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
From what I've read he has become a more mature human. I hope they kick the tires on him if he does become available. -
Bills 20 Philadelphia 17 Bills are the better team at this moment.

No! It's not great! You see, that list is taken out of context. The great ones are always ahead so that stat means nothing. And uhh, Raise your standards man, who cares that we are winning?? Ok, winning doesn't matter when you look at a Quarterback. What matters is that he hasn't put up 300 yard passing days and that he didn't score more for the team against the Bengals, Giants and Dolphins. Ok???!!??? And uhhh, stop being so sensitive!

This is the first time I've been concerned with Sam Darnold.

This team has shown this year that it is at it's best when their backs are up against the wall. That is a mighty fine inner trait to have. This team digs deep, now they just need a little polishing.

He has been money with those 17-22 yarders because that is about the space necessary that defenders are beginning to commit to a deeper bomb pass that they have to defend because of his speed and he turns them around and gets that underneath 20 yarder.

First Time I have been concerned with Josh Allen

What's his QBR in passes at least 20 yards this year? Where does he rank with his peers. -

At least the Josh Allen haters keep moving the goal posts. It used to be: "He cannot throw the short to intermediate passes accurately and is a below 60% passer" "He is more of a runner than a passer, he isn't a pure passer" "He isn't any good in the red zone" Now that this is something that he is doing it has changed to: "He can't throw the long ball accurately, that will never change" "62% is no longer acceptable in today's football, he has to be higher than that" "He hasn't had that wow moment, no 300 yard games" Just relax and enjoy that your team is 5 - 1 and that you have a QB that can absolutely Ball in the 4th quarter. -
Solid B+ Needs to coach up the offense to be more situationally aware throughout the game. They have been weak once they get in between the 25-40 yard line. And sometimes he gets a little too cute with his play calling. I love that we are a pass first team as we should be but I wouldn't mind if they pounded the rock just a tad bit more.

The thread topic is a joke! -
Does Beasley’s TD tamp down his growing frustration?
Magox replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He's on pace to get 80 receptions which would be his all time high. -
This is what I have been saying for a few weeks now. Despite the Bills not scoring all that many points this year they are much closer to breaking out and becoming a top 8-12 offense. Why would I believe this? 1) This is not the same sort of team we had in the past that couldn't move the ball. This team can match down the field. 2) This team has a balanced air and run attack. They are not one dimensional. 3) They have been very effective in the red zone. 4) Allen is continuing to improve. They just need to improve in a few areas: 1) Less turnovers from Allen (which he has done the past two games) 2) Better situational awareness. Buffalo has left a lot of points on the board this year with failed drives that have led to no points when crossing the opponents 40 yard line 3) And Allen's deep ball accuracy. These are not structural problems they are very correctable.

You are really suffering through amnesia lately.

B to B + He missed a couple throws and had a misread or two. That was the bad. The good, He didn't turn it over. And his second half was damn near flawless aside from the deep bomb attempt. He came out of the half and led the team to two TD drives including a 98 yard one to essentially put away the game.

Postgame: Dolphins 21 at Bills 31
Magox replied to Do The Reich Thing's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You can see, the team was not happy with that effort. But that's a mark of a good team, despite winning they don't feel celebratory and know that more work has to be done. They will learn from it.
