    GMs serve their coaches. Washington & Ragland fit the defense Rex wanted to build. Ragland also got hurt his rookie year.

    We might be better at drafting than half the teams in the league, but KC & Cinci have drafted better than us, meaning Josh has to do even more to beat the teams ahead of us in the AFC.

    Mike Williams was supposed to be a can’t miss pick out of Texas. Oliver at one point was considered the overall top player of his draft class, but he's played like the 3rd or 4th best DT, which is probably why he fell to us at 9.

    Outside of QB, the Bills just aren’t that strong, so that could do that with a lot of teams. Good thing this is a QB driven league & Josh makes up for many mistakes which will makes us Super Bowl contenders until he leaves Buffalo. As far as Florio hate is concerned, he makes so really good points but also some terrible ones while sitting on his holier than thou pedistal.

    Yes QBs still get sacked. But defenders used to be able to take 3 steps after the QB released and the balls and then powerbomb them. Bruce would probably have adapted but those hits were vicious. Bad things man, bad things

    Bruce would have been kicked out of the league the way QBs are protected now.

    Miller has yet to practice in 2023 Poyer & Hyde have looked old and slow. Still hoping White returns to form Rousseau has shown flashes but it's not in the “very good” category yet. Hopefully that changes this year. Sam Martin is just an average & its not hard to find good long snappers.

    We don't have a RT, Dawkins regressed the last few years, Poyer wanted out of Buffalo but didn't get any other offers. Eric Washington didn't have anything good to say about Oliver but we extended him anyway We peaked with McDermott & Beane, tear it down & try again. It was a good run

    Kyle Allen played well in the league in the past and was one of the better backup QB options. Barkley looks like the better option at this point

    Too much of a boom-or-bust player, you take away the game against Pittsburgh and his season was terrible.
