The whole point of this thread is the defamation lawsuit. Favre can be guilty of this and McAfee & Sharpe can also be guilty. Obviously crimes were committed.

They wanted him to plead to 5 counts of conspiracy and 13 counts of fraud, but he only pleaded to one each. You might be completely right, I’m not trying to defend Favre, just trying to look at things objectively, as we are just told lies by the media about politicians that also do nothing but lie to benefit themselves. Its also completely possible that McAfee and/or Sharpe false statements about him, I dont listen to all their content. The only thing that can make this situation better is we draft 6 future hall of famers.

If there is a waiting list, I agree that money should not have gone to a state universities athletic department based on Farves request. But, if there was no waiting list and no ones benefits were denied, then it's not an issue. Funds get reallocated all the time from one state department to another.

There’s no reason to get upset at mock drafts in February. Also, has anyone gone back and looked at who McShay or Mel Kiper had us taking vs who we actually took vs who we should have took? There’s also a lot of trades that effect how the draft shakes out.

There are no reports of welfare claims being denied or payments not made. It's very possible that the welfare program was overfunded and the excess money was reallocated to the state universities' athletic departments. People like to complain and hate on Favre, ***** him I could care less about him, but I think false allegations were made about him on Sharpes and McAfees shows.

No one is rooting for their failure, it's just after 6 years we know this team's blueprint and strategy are, and it's not good enough to win a championship. The division title isnt a given next year and we will never have a QB like Allen again. This is our one shot at a Super Bowl and cap mismangement, terrible drafting and awful gametime decisions will prevent us for realizing our goal.

We are in the playoffs because Beane drafted Allen. We arent making confidence championships because Beane has missed on every other move other than trading for Diggs.

Its a message board during a dead time in the season, what do you or the people complaining about people complaining and discussing how we wont win a Super Bowl with Beane & McDermott suppose to talk about on this platform? You dont think we were all hit as children? No one else wants to hear about it so we B word on this message board. The window is closing and theres no reason to billieve Beane & McDermott have what it takes to win a championship. People act like Allen will be here for 20 years; we have five more if we are lucky. No, it's not. Anyone ever hired says they want to win. This regime has kept good on its promise. How much is solely on Allen and how much is on coaching/management is a matter of opinion.

Anyone hired by the Bills has said the same things Beane has said, Beane ended up with Allen that's the only difference

I understand it takes some coaches a decade+ to win one, but Allen isn't going to be here in 10 years, probably not even 5, we can't sit on our ***** waiting to see McD figures it out. The clock is ticking with Allen.
