  1. Its probably a BS story, who doesnt get mad at their boss and what boss doesnt get mad at their employees when a company has a bad quarter. The end of season sucked, but sometimes there is no lesson to failing, you juat fail
  2. Good. This actually makes me like McDermott more. Hes not there to make friends or have people like him, he’s got a job to and isnt afraid to ruffle feathers. Good on him
  3. After sleeping on it, I think we should sign Gronk and score 69 every game...nice
  4. They were far from terrific. Terrific defenses creates pressure, can tackle, stops the run when they need to and causes turnovers in the backfield. Our recipe would be get a large lead and make the other team play catch up. What was the last game where you went "wow the defense won that for us" We will never see a schedule as soft as the one we had last year (Ghost of Big Ben, Jacoby Brisette, Mike White, Tyler Heineke, Trevor Seminen, Cam Newton & the rookies, Trevor Lawerence, Zac Wilson, Davis Mills and Mac Jones twice)
  5. We punted 4 times, they punted only twice. We do have to assess what is more realistic, building a offense that can score every possession or building a defense capable of stopping elite talent.
  6. 35 wasn't enough against KC
  7. It's probably easier at this point to add pieces on offense where can achieve 50 a game and just hope to outscore everyone, than it would be to redo the entire front 7 and get them to championship caliber.
  8. You realize the state budget in 2023 alone is over $215B, even if they were going to finance the whole thing in one year, it would be half a % of the entire budget. Pegula's pay a lot on taxes to NY, taxes they wouldnt have to pay in TX
  9. His best year was his rookie year when he had Kyle Williams in front of him. Oliver is developing nicely but everyone else on the DL the last 3 years has been replaceable. How good would Ray Lewis be without Ngata? Well, probably still awesome but i do think you see some improvement adding some stout to the line
  10. Edmunds would be better if he had a stronger DL in front of him
  11. Not true. 2020 was our best year and he didnt play
  12. And the politicans that enable them are doing just fine too. You’re going to get screwed one way or the another, why not have a new tangible stadium
  13. Might be an option in 2023
  14. Professors are wrong all the time and none of the comparisons or examples are relevant to the Bills current situation. You sound like someone that thinks they are entitled to take from people that have more than you do, because you have less. You have no point, you have no argument, you just sound irrational.
  15. The only joke is your understanding of civic economics.
  16. You read the headline now please highlight the information that is relevant to the current situation in Western NY.
  17. 100% is foolish, the stadium becomes part of the region's infrastructure. I'm all for each party putting in their fair share but 100% for either side isn't right.
  18. Where would Billy Joel play in Western NY if there wasn't a stadium? The roads already suck, get something tangible for your money.
  19. That money is being spent if there's a stadium or not
  20. Pro team's and stadiums generate a ton of tax revenue, so the owners aren't the only ones to benefit. Everything from parking spots, tickets, merchandise and concessions are taxed, with no team that tax stream dries up. Every player and coach pays taxes where the game takes place, more tax revenue gone. If the governments didn't benefit from helping with stadium costs, it wouldn't be an issue, but they do so it's a discussion. Having a pro team is ultimately good for the community and if you look at the overall state budget spreading out the cost of the stadium over 5 years is a piss in a pool
  21. Henry might be an AP where he can’t be run into the ground. I’m glad CMC got paid for his skills, but I don't see him playing more than 10 games in a year. No way I want him on that contract
  22. Highest paid special teams player in the league? He's not Steve Tasker. I'm all for signing your own, but not to do it just to do it. Hopefully this is heavily incentive based contract. I hope this doesn't turn into another Butler, Murphy, Star contract.
