    Our front 7 other than Oliver and Milano are all replacement level players and the entire defense crumbled against elite talent (Henry, Taylor, Mahomes). We played some piss poor QBs and offenses in the regular season to pad the stats. This defense needs a ton of work if they want to be championship level. Pretty darn good isnt good enough

    Which is why this year was so important to make the Super Bowl while Josh was still under his rookie deal. Being up against the cap & Josh being awesome will be the norm for a while. Hopefully soft defense that cant tackle and horrible coaching decisions wont be

    Because Cinnys D made adjustments, wrapped up tackles and finished plays. Buffalo’s D was soft and let him do what we wanted

    If you a had a boss that ***** up and prevented you from achieving something in your career, you would be pissed too. Its just worrisome that Dorsey would rather take a job of a unknown rebuild, instead of taking a promotion where we was the last 4 years

    We havent been here before, there was no salary cap & the free agency was much different in the late 80s/early 90s. The way Allen plays we, our window is a big hit way from our window closing.

    Qualified guys will be lining up to work with Allen. Allen has publically said he wants Dorsey as the next OC, if that doesn't happen, McDermott could start to lose the locker room.
