  1. Past hour
  2. Used to enjoy those 9ers - ‘Hawks games. Always pulled for SF though as I hated the Seahawks and still do. Agree with your take overall though for sure, those were great to watch.
  3. I love me some Musburger. Here's for me the most Musburger moment in broadcasting history, and no it's not McCarron's girlfriend.
  4. How can we talk about safety when we are in a middle of a major crisis with our WR position ???
  5. But we were increasingly predictable and Diggs got tossed like a rag doll. We got hit with Man Coverage more than anyone at the end of the year and during the playoffs. We are making moves to counter that.
  6. If he's affordable I would bring him back just for his leadership and ability to teach the younguns. Actually, scratch that, just give him a coaching position
  7. I hope Hyde retires unless the Doctors say he’s 100% healthy. Neck injuries are not something you want to mess around with or grow old with. If cleared, I’d love to have him back on a one year deal. Or, if he does retire, bring him on in some form of coaching capacity.
  8. I looked it up. Players couldn't grab the face mask since 1964. And stomping on someone has been a penalty since the leather helmet days. But they used to show penalties on highlight reels all the time back then. I mean, how many hockey fights VHS tapes did the NHL release?
  9. I don’t think it’s accurate to say that didn’t work. The Bills have had one of the top offenses in the league for the last 4 seasons. They didn’t win a championship, but they were damn good
  10. Hard to tell. Would love for him to help McD implement a Defense Micah seems to have etched into his brain assistant Coach ? Not sure i want him on the field. New neck injury and he has lost a few steps. Great player for Us and nuthin' but love 👍
  11. Keon Coleman is on his way. As soon as he finishes his 40 from the combine
  12. Why the steadfast assertion that a team can’t spend on a top QB (I see you’ve moved that up to top 3) and a top WR? Teams obviously can do that and be successful, especially if they are willing to aggressively spend like the Eagles are. Those aren’t the only two high dollar premium positions in the NFL. In addition to the ability and willingness to spend cash, the key is drafting well. If a team can do that, then they can stay on top.
  13. Bro, you’re tripling down?!? He was thrown the ball 45 times last year. What is a better volume stat for a WR than targets? 🤣🤣 That was tied with Nick Westbrook Ikhine and 1 behind Luke Musgrave. I believe that was 113th. Just stop or I’m going to continue dragging you and your false information. For the 100th time, no one knows what will happen this year. What we do know, is he was effective with 45 balls thrown his way. Stop arguing with facts.
  14. I think it's a great idea. As far as who gets selected, and who gets denied, I would hope that some of our more contentious posters would get a day, or two, and I would also hope that different sides of the spectrum would be represented-- optimist vs. pessimist, if you will. Like maybe Wednesdays could be one of our "knowledgable jackasses" (we all know who they are), and then Thursdays could be the "hopelessly optimistic homers." (We know who they are, too...) Be that as it may, great idea, and I'm really looking forward to it. It may take a week, or three to catch on, and certainly some questions, and some posters will have varying degrees of popularity, but I suspect that with some tweaking, it's going to become very popular.
  15. I really didn’t care who won the Toronto/Boston series. I dislike both teams. But if I was forced to pick I probably would have chose Boston to lose once it got to game 7, just because I wanted to see them set that record for the first team in any American pro sport to lose back to back game 7’s 2 yrs in a row after being up in the series 3 games to 1. Before game 7 I was probably rooting more for Toronto to lose (and get swept in 5). I do actually feel bad for some Toronto fans though (not the a-holes but every fan base has those, including Buffalo). They must feel an awful lot like Bills fans feel with Kansas City eliminating us seemingly every year, even when we had the advantage (like this past year). On paper, the leafs should have crushed the bruins this year. The bruins top 2 centers retired. It was supposed to be a “reset” year for Boston and the leafs still couldn’t make it past them. It just feel like they are never going to get past Boston (kind of like how I feel about KC…lol 😢)
  16. Again I have to reiterate - Allen has never had a top 3 cap hit. He's never had a top5 cap hit. He's never even been close tbh
  17. We lived the drought and pre-drought. The smart teams invest a lot more than the Bills do in the WR position, this is a fact. The Bills have not been forward-thinking in regards to the WR position, this is a fact. The Bills have their value of drafting RB’s completely contrary to the market value, this is a fact. Josh Allen spent his last playoff game throwing balls to Trent Sherfield, which is not good, this is a fact. There are obvious flaws here. We’d all be better off admitting it.
  18. It makes sense, a football team is a business and Laura Pegula is an executive at one of Terry's energy companies, with a degree in Geology, I'd assume she has a solid math background. Jessica is an athlete and should put her efforts into being the best Tennis player she can be. I could understand Terry losing some interest in his teams as it was something he planned on doing with Kim. He could also become more focused to bring a championship to Buffalo for Kim's sake. GO BILLS ... GO KIM ... We're rooting for you.
  19. We’ll see where the Eagles end up this year - Hurts cap hit isn’t at its max yet and yes I knew where Allen was - Diggs as well. As soon as Allen’s cap hit ballooned Diggs is gone (I know other factors led to this). As soon as Mahomes salary hit, Hill was gone. The JJ, Chase, Waddle, and Higgins contracts are going to tell us a lot. If you have a top 3 QB in the game getting paid like it teams need to make sure 20 percent of the cap isn’t on WRs and the QB. No chance that team is winning a SB if they do. The Dolphins have one more good shot. The Bengals same. Same with the Eagles, Lions, 49ers. The Bills had their shot and now the reboot is here - it actually started some last season.
  20. No bc I don’t care about autographs. I mean if I could sell it maybe. Anyway, idk if there’s already a thread on this but there is a TB roast tonight on Netflix. I do def plan to watch that!
  21. Diggs, Knox, Singletary, Smoke or Sanders, Beasley and Davis was definitely good enough….. Of course, we had a poor OL then…. And all our blue chip defenders were in the secondary…. The Tre White injury was huge for the Bills…. Now? Our OL took some hits with Morse and Bates leaving, but especially Morse of course. We’ll see if Edward’s or Prangle can fill a gap. Our skill positions took big hits too… We still lack speed, imho… it was very apparent vs. better Ds last season and it will probably be a problem this year as well. We don’t need fast players, we need good fast players. I think Coleman looks like he might end up being a good one, but I loved adding Davis. His big downside is miles as he has just a crazy amount of Carries already. But I really like his film and we needed a RB real bad. We’ll find out this year how good of an OC we have. Now that he has a full offseason to run whatever he wants. i just wonder if Joe Brady got his guys or McBeane’s guys? On defense, we desperately need an All-pro DL. Someone to draw a lot of attention to himself. A dominator. If we had one our decent DL players would look much better. Again, we need one bad! We look great at LB but our little LBs are dependent on our DL keeping them clean. Can it? IDK? We probably cannot sustain any injuries at DL either. I like that we appear to have really solid depth at LB…. Secondary - We look OK here but really have very little depth at spots you really need good depth at. We also lost all three blue chip players but in reality, we lost all three after the 2021 season. So… OK but real thin. STs - They also look iffy as both of our kickers make a good buck. Our punter was a hero last season so perhaps he can do it again. Our kicker had a really poor season for him, maybe he can come back… No one who is going to return. We had trouble on STs many times last season. Blocked punts, missed chip shots….blocked kicks… Very few big plays to help the team but that has been characteristic of our STs since McD took over. We are very unaggressive. I don’t like our STs coach but I don’t know who would be better…. All in all, it looks like Josh might be on his own more this season than ever….though there is a chance we get hot as the rookies play more if we are lucky on the injury front…. Go Bills!
  22. yup. Especially hard on families if they only get a year out of them. I think we just started keons closet, a take one/leave one winter coat charity.
