  1. Past hour
  2. I don't mean the tush-push runs, or the scramble plays that come naturally during the game.....I'm talking about the QB sweeps and counters that usually lead to 3 to 5 yards, and 3 to 5 Defensive players taking big shots on Allen. I know he's able to absorb a lot of these hits, and they don't really faze him, but it would be nice to be able to save those plays for the Playoffs. This is why you don't lose games to sorry teams like the Falcons and Fins....they could be 10-2 and a lock to make the Playoffs....and putting their Franchise QB at risk could be saved until January instead of starting in late November.
  3. …despite having a good game the week before against the Chiefs when filling in for Johnson.
  4. I think the "sports world" has simply noted that they have won 10 games in a row and lead a division (by 3 games) that the sports world rightly assumed the Bills would win walking away this season, while going from 30th in Offensive scoring to 7th and 22nd in points allowed to 5th.
  5. And if my Aunt had balls she would be…. NVM. 😂
  6. You read the good book every day and still act the way you do here? That’s interesting.
  7. You're more likely to see this from Cooks than Coleman.
  8. He’s a liability in coverage. He’s not as awful Hamlin was at safety but he’s definitely the weak link in the secondary now and you’ll see it tomorrow when Burrow looks his way when we have 4 corners on the field.
  9. who could have possibly forseen Pickens becoming the one of the best WRs in the game😂😂
  10. Cam has been pretty good this year and last in the dime role. He had a horrible game against the Buccs (when he was playing more nickel for Taron who was out) but otherwise he has been pretty reliable and is certainly not responsible for every 3rd down or whatever it is you claimed.
  11. If you have Kirk Cousins it is an interesting debate. If you have Dak Prescott you pay him. They are not the same tier of player.
  12. Has spent his entire Saturday hate scrolling X for fake Trump news and posting it here. Keep up the good work champ!!
  13. Keon has the huge chance to become the guy for us because there is no one else. And he blew a lot of those chances. By the way, Keon is not fast on the field.
  14. as I qulaified, he O-line looks as it does only becuase of the skill and athleticism. Watching the games, that is clearly why he takes as few sacks asn he does. Hoecht's "flashes" are just as likely to have been simply that. LA didn't miss him at all--in fact their D went from 17 in points allowed to #2 without him.
  15. Hubba, hubba. Does anyone have this pageant queen’s number? @nedboy7 might want to buy her a drink.
  16. So well that we still give up most every 3rd and long when he’s on the field
  17. Autographs from BOTH Jack Kemp and Butch Byrd, bros! More stuff than I should have, less than many. Tend to favor older stuff, maybe because I am getting - ah, shall we say, more experienced!
  18. I think if you hired Campbell on 11/24 - there would have been a chance to cull the mass defections to VT, and especially WV. And it would have looked like Matt Campbell was Thor first choice instead of their 10th. Kraft would look like much less of a buffoon.
  19. Cam has been playing as our dime actually most of the last two years. And has played reasonably well. Would not want to rely on him at outside corner.
  20. Exactly and who cares if it gets changed to a different name. The sport is still played the same. Call it dingbeberry slapstick ball and people will still watch and enjoy. What a dumb article to get offended about If he were running the bills and we had Josh Allen I’d bet we’d have a SB by now. No way he would let McBeane stay on this long without any hardware with the best QB in the league
  21. This is a fair take and I agree with your core point for sure. I do still think there are more opportunities to get Keon the ball that we either haven't taken or we just are not using him in a way to do so. I want to see more slants, comebacks crossers, etc. I will also say this, many of the passes Allen attempted to get to Keon on those back shoulder throws or "50/50" balls have been poorly thrown and put in places that greatly reduced the chances to complete. Allen often throws them with the wrong trajectory, puts in a harder to catch spot, or in a place where the defender can easily disrupt or defend. So if we are going to run those back shoulder or 50/50 balls as often as they have tried to do them, then Allen, Brady, Keon, etc need to study how other tandems do it well and consistently. Like study Davante Adams both with Rodgers and Stafford for example. We as a whole have been trying to execute these poorly, and its both issues with Allen, the play design and Keon. We just do not execute these attempts with any consistency that will raise conversion probability. And I am not putting it all on Allen, plenty of times Keon also didn't do his part properly too. But its a collaborative failure between poorly thrown balls, poor play design, and poor execution by Keon.
  22. It’d be funny if the eagles lost in round 1 of the playoffs and the bills were still alive and slay then decides he wants to be a part of the team
  23. Agree! Sadly. But we can put some pretty good athletes out there in the look - Williams, Shaq, Milano - mix in Buffalo Joe or Cam depending on whether you want to be a little heavier or a little faster at that moment. I will die if we sit in our usual zone and its fish-in-barrel time again. As Teddy Roosevelt said (in substance) in "Man in the Arena" - Better to live greatly and fail than to never have lived at all!
  24. Tomorrow we play Burrow. Tomorrow we beat Burrow.
