  1. Past hour
  2. Houston already signed Ingraham
  3. Should we call the priest? Does anyone know of any good funeral directors?
  4. Is it too much to ask to have Shaq and Kincaid both healthy and starting? this is a what-could’ve-been season.
  5. Looking like a total botch job. Wonder if Beane is feeling the heat in his seat and making these dumb moves out of desperation. Beane's predication for these old, washed up players who have one toe in retirement is ridiculous.
  6. Solid special teams guy gone and also down a CB for Cincinnati. Nice job of GM’ing Beane.
  7. I have a hard time buying that the Bengals get in and the Colts don't. Especially given Bengals have to win out to even have a chance and they face Bills and Ravens next 2 weeks. Not to mention they were not winning before Burrow got hurt either. Colts have a tougher 5 games, but 2 of them are against the underwhelming Jaguars and they would need to lose out for the Bengals to get in. Sure, anything is possible, but just seems a lot less likely than the Colts just winning one more game and insuring the Bengals can't get in.
  8. Slay is finished and Beane just wanted some low cost insurance. Take your championship ring and beg the team that dumped you to take you back. We don’t need washed DBs that don’t realize it’s a privilege to play for a team that can win it all every year.
  9. He wasn't cut he was placed on waivers. Clearing waivers he would have been cut
  10. "Maybe" that's a lot of speculation. Slay started for the Eagles D last year when they won a Superbowl, so not the worst player out there. Look, this is a mess for the Bills. All the reports out there ahead of this were Slay wanted to go to the Eagles, who were very interested in reuniting with him. (There were Eagles outlets reporting it 2 days ago) Clearly the latter is true the Eagles put in for him, & it certainly looks like that's where Slay wanted to go since the urge to retire didn't come upon him until after he found out the Bills not Philly had claimed him. There were more than signs, it was common knowledge being reported in the press. Despite that Mr. Beane put in a claim. & Now here we are. So Mr. beane bears responsibility, not McD. It's getting harder to give him the benefit of the doubt after he yelled at Jeremy White on the radio that WR1 was not a need (not aged well) and haggled over which #1 pick to give up for Waddle so didn't get him. Mr. Beane should stop getting a pass.
  11. That does not require a claim
  12. We’re the most skilled franchise ever at signing guys who don’t want to play. Would have loved to see halftime retirement part 2.
  13. I think we gotta wait a few weeks to really know who the pats are. If they lose to us and Baltimore their public perception is gonna take an absolutely massive hit.. if they win both the ‘don’t talk about NE’s schedule’ people will be completely vindicated. Should be interesting to see what happens
  14. After what the Bills just did to the Steelers, Baltimore just needs to run the same play to Henry over and over again and they'll win even with Huntley starting.
  15. I think I know WHY you think I blamed Gabe.......but I didn't. Allen even admitted post game that the look dictated that he should start his progression from the left. It was a pretty egregious mental error by Allen. And I heard Chris Simms say that Gabe Davis should have finished his route and assured it was incomplete........but my question is why are they throwing Gabe a slant? They never used to throw slants to Gabe. Because he has those two very bad hands......the turnover potential is too high. 3 seasons ago I literally watched them try to make him big-slot-versatile in camp......something they had tried before and abandoned.......and then watched him be thrown a quick slant from Allen for his first chance in preseason and the perfectly thrown ball bounced off his hands for an interception. That was the end of that. He's NOT a possession receiver. Deep balls and comeback routes. That's all he has ever been useful for in the NFL and even that combination turned sour when defense's started putting CB1 on him and doubling Diggs. But this room is so bad that they've brought him back and are using him like he is this long-lost reliable possession receiver that he'd never been.
  16. Everyone says this and it drives me crazy. The Bengals got the opening KO and drove for a TD to go up 7 - 0. The Bills responded with a drive to inside the Bengals 10 yard line where they kicked a FG. The Bengal's got a first down at midfield when the injury to Hamlin happened. Sorry, but games that are 7 - 3 late in the 1st quarter and in no way settled.
  17. Mix it up, run some 3-4 and send Dorian and Milano, sometimes one sometimes both, send corners sometimes, safety sometimes. Our standard get pressure with 4 and play zone plan - I just can't see it working. Burrow will pick us apart. I think you need to take chances to try to get 3-4 stops. If they score quickly rather than slowly on some of the other possessions, so what? We need to manufacture some stops, IMHO.
  18. lol ok. I’ll take a guy who is a professor in economics and has an impartial book detailing the economic impact of sports facilities and franchises published over something you claim is “cost effective”. Over 60% of the stadium is funded by the public. On top of that, it was no coincidence this was immediately pushed through when Kathy Hochul become Governor of the state.
  19. Mother of pearl! I'm immersed in my cesspool of sin! 🙁 They're all out of eagles. Would you accept a wolverine?
  20. Texans got it. we lost. This is a major blunder
