Hold them accountable and if there is proof that these people are in fact in that group and known to be there only for that reason to cause violence then they need to know that their actions will not be tolerated & will have consequences !! Then if proof is found that there is someone funding these actions of their specific cause hold them accountable too !!! On a related note there, you can see the top curved piece of the paneling is solid (not perforated). It closes the gap between the last row and the roof.
