  1. Past hour
  2. A logical conclusion by a narcissist caught in the grip of irrational fear...
  3. I’m suppose there’s some unconscious misogyny slipping in here, but her voice is terribly nasal and irritating to me. Paired with Ross Tucker, who sounds like a moron (although I know he isn’t), this is by far the worst announcer pairing out there. Interesting that a FOX crew is announcing the international game…I guess that’s fallout from Eisen’s move to ESPN because typically those games get he and Warner.
  4. Still one of the most improbable upsets in recent memory, but Minnesota then was nothing like Buffalo now.
  5. This. Probably three cities in Canada anywhere close to enough of an economic / population base to think about supporting an NFL team. Getting Americans to watch might be a reason for this. Or making it even more of a development league for the NFL. I wonder if this will work out for them.
  6. Funny, I thought Josh Reed was African-American.
  7. Yeh, I used to be a lawyer too but I got over it.
  8. Do not take medical advice from biased forum red birds.
  9. Today
  10. A variety of viewpoints is what makes this forum so great. I welcome criticism as well as praise. I think a better way to say things about the Max pick is his slight frame and prior injury history. It was one of the concerns by many prior to the draft. Statements like "Hariston is going to be a stud" seems really premature and definitely an opinion based on what? You call out others for being ludicrous but perhaps you fall into that category too. Look, we all want Max to succeed. He's shown very little to date because of his injury. His speed is special but speed alone doesn't equate to a stud CB. Lots of unknowns ahead. What's known. Is Harriston needs reps and he's missing them. Valuable NFL playing time is being missed. I think it's safe to say that growing pains will occur. My hope is Max will be solid come playoff time. How realistic is this?
  11. A random note, having done this for a few years now: I try to be rational, but I've never predicted a Bills loss. My subconscious must think its bad juju.
  12. Saints ain't good but ain't as bad as some say. Bills 34 Saints 24
  13. That will essentially kill off what makes the CFL unique. It's a shame, really.
  14. Saints - None of the points Bills - All of the points
  15. I'll never forget the 16.5 point spread because that was the Week 3 spread when the Bills went into Minnesota as underdogs in Josh's rookie season
  16. sple·nec·to·my /spləˈnektəmē/ noun a surgical operation involving removal of the spleen.
  17. I spent hours looking up what I could give that was safe in pregnancy. They were rated A B C and so on. I don’t recall an A. Appropriately so. There are no “safe” medications All have risks and potential side effects. https://www.drugs.com/pregnancy-categories.html
  18. 3 HOFers in 4 years if you count Justin Jefferson…
  19. I know exactly what you mean. I replied to a post titled with confusing wording and gave them the benefit of the doubt they misspoke - but spoke on both potentials possibilities regardless. They ended up angrily replying and said I was wasting site bandwidth. Then they went to another thread and found a way to bring it up again in a condescending manner, to another poster, unprompted. Step carefully, indeed.
  20. Also, Spleen removal!
  21. Everyone expecting a blowout will be disappointed i think. NFL teams rarely get blown out two weeks in a row regardless of talent. And with the way our defense plays im expecting a somewhat close game. Maybe a 10-14 point win.
  22. Tony Dungy was hired five seconds after being fired in Tampa. How did that work out for Tampa? There are many reasons to keep McDermott, but the fact that another team would hire him isn’t one of them.
  23. Got it. Thanks for the further clarification. But you forgot tarred and feathered.
