  1. Past hour
  2. Since Jim Kelly we have had many pretty good guys come to town and be a good QB, a few even great. We have had some guys who were below par and some barely deserving a roster spot. From Kelly Holcomb, Kevin Kolb, Vince Young, Matt Leinert, Drew Bledsoe, Doug Flutie/Rob Johnson, Todd Collins, Alex Van Pelt, Tyrod Taylor, and Ryan Fitzpatrick we can think of many to take a snap. Any QB who has taken a snap for us since Jim Kelly retired is eligible. But which QB would be the best backup to JA17 in 2025?
  3. I get what you're saying and I don't think any fan enjoys a player they relatively like, posturing against the team they love. I don't even know if this stuff is proven to work. However, RB's especially, the way they get used and discarded. I'm for them doing whatever they have to, in order to earn every last dollar.
  4. 80s are way cooler. I would feel much better about Keon Coleman's future if he was #83 rather than #0.
  5. rofl at the title of this post and ROFL at the deranged pos liar who started it.
  6. Weird, I could have sworn a TD was worth 6 points regardless of who scored it.
  7. So people who think they can follow Christ "in their own way" without being part of the body, are, unfortunately, living a distortion of what is really an authentic experience. distortion is a measured statement. He's not saying you must be Catholic to go to heaven. That was settled a Pope or 2 ago...
  8. Historical output with bad QBs and offensive attacks doesn’t compare to Josh and our O-line. I agree we’re not expecting our two wideouts to be the Bengals receivers but expect Moore, Palmer and our 2nd year receiver (Coleman) and our 1st round drafted TE (Kincaid) to be markedly improved.
  9. Do threads ever end here? LOL
  10. Death, Taxes and Jadeveon Clowney threads
  11. Just LOVING those big 90s. Bring it, boys.
  12. Chicago produced a Pope before it produced a QB that can throw for more than 4,000 yards
  13. Pretty good analysis, but the cap situation clearly prevented additional acquisitions. My hope is that we can find a way to retain Cook before he becomes even more expensive. He’s really good.
  14. So Trump now taps into Fox entertainment for yet another key position. He just can’t get enough of Fox in his administration as he hires only the finest, most qualified people. This just shows that you can get just about any job in government working for Donald if you first get your training at Fox.
  15. framed differently: if he was a lethal all pro still - I think almost no chance he’s gone now without the allegations but playing like he has been- I think he’s on the roster but legit fighting for his job in an open battle.
  16. There are pictures of workouts from this week on the Bills website and Allen is not in any of them.
  17. Someone has to make it cool again, that's all. I mean, there have been 8 others to wear 40 since JD Hill, including Von Miller most recently. 32 is much more interesting, though. Only a couple of worn that since OJ (Senorise Perry and Nicholas Morrow). They only started giving out that number in recent years.
  18. We may have a skinny WR masquerading as a TE, but at least we don’t have a QB with tinyyyy hands! This is a real photo of Kenny Pickett (left) and Joe Flacco (right) both gripping the ball at Browns OTA’s.
  19. I thought you and I had reached a point where we could discuss things collegiality. But I guess I was wrong. My very first sentence I said if Beane had traded for Metcalf or swung a deal for a guy like Jefferson, what did I say? Fine. I then just threw out a theoretical on how that might affect the offense as constructed by Brady, and you give me this. Let me know if you want to be collegial or not. If so, great. If not then let’s just ignore each other’s posts.
  20. I'll take a 45 year old Chris Kelsay over AJ. What a silly extension.
  21. last year was the proverbial first 5 games with Fitzpatrick in regard to getting a lot of luck. Not something we are used to. But as you note, it usually normalizes. even with a very good unit, odds are we lose about 10 in the differential. do we have the horses to still maintain the point differential?
