    Keon WTF?

Coleman had a bad game. I really dislike the idea that JA can just throw a lob his way while he is draped with coverage and that is a good play call. I don't like those plays.
  3. How do you know he was doing steroids or has CTE?
  4. Normally I agree with you, you he just cannot throw this ball.
  5. I haven't seen it discussed very much, but we flat out got bullied. I don't remember the last time James and Josh got blasted that many times in a game. I know some came after the whistle, but most were good clean hits. In the pregame they said that the Pats defense is very big and physical. It clearly showed.
  6. A safety showing false pressure then dropping into a shell, is a shell.
  7. They definitely have their guy for a good while. I just haven't seen enough to match the hype he's getting. He's top 15, maybe even top 10. Will he get to top 5? Hard to predict, but my guess is that he doesn't get to the top tier.

    Keon WTF?

His footwork is better, his routes are absolutely sharper, his timing with Allen is better, etc. Those are things that don't just magically happen. The coaches are clearly seeing it also because Keon's snap counts have been significantly higher than every single offensive skill position player on the entire team this year.
  9. Should have smoked the Bills . I was hoping that they would have used Ty Johnson a bit more if Cook isn't doing much then use Ty and possibly a 2 back set and put one in motion or something . Brady doesn't think to do things like that as much as. Or bring in a FB in a traditional 2 back set but once again Brady doesn't seem to want to change to those types of plays , it's not like the talent isn't there he has many weapons at his disposal ! He only utilized Knox I think twice, even after the drop I feel he should have or could have used him as a target if you go the ammo use it . I saw towards the end of the game on multiple plays WR's wide open way down the field and they don't seem to want to use that to open things up either and josh has one of if not the biggest arm in the NFL but it's all about the short game how about use=ing some of that speed you acquired if for nothing else to loosen it up for the running game . If Josh was as you say is the elder statesman then he or Bosa, or Tre somebody get these guys fired up, most of the shots of Josh he was sitting on the bench just biding his time to get back in the game while Diggs as I said was all up & down the side line pumping these guys up that's what a leader does and especially in a game like that where you are down they need to pump up the volume to get the adrenaline flowing ... For some reason after that first fumble (To Me) that set the entire tone for that game & the Bills weren't them selves after that it looked good up until that point ...
  10. Vrabel had him in a coaching blender and McD was so spun he couldnt realize he was helping New England. Like even if his defense could get a 3rd down stop (which they cant), then what? We're gonna get the ball back so our guys can line up illegally again? Just get off the field to half time.
  11. Really feel for you , it’s heartbreaking to lose your loyal companion and friend after building so many memories. They are always giving unconditional love and they are so innocent that it just doesn’t seem fair when they get illnesses we can’t control or treat. You are a better person for having him in your life those years and it’s just such a special bond that is understandable only by going thru it Wishing you the best and it sounds like he was a great buddy. Thanks for sharing. , as a fellow dog person I hope the pain eases with time. I’m 68 and to this day remember each of the pets I had growing up and how much they meant to me at stages of my life. Each one was special for their own unique reasons and that’s something that is priceless. Best wishes.
  12. I can only say what I just saw, and I'm looking now? Maybe it's a question of definition? I am seeing a one safety back alignment on numerous plays - mostly on first and/or second down. That's not to say the safety doesn't retreat sometimes back after the snap. it really is like we are looking at different games entirely. So odd.
  13. Also completely untrue. Allen didnt throw it because he bailed on a clean pocket before setting his feet to make a throw. Literally every explanation you have given is factually disprovable on film.
  14. I don't know about that, ESPN has us with 11.
  15. I’m so sorry for your loss. If you’ve been there, you know.
  16. He wanted to get the ball back, but ya it was very poor usage of time outs IMO. Pats didn't seem like they were in any hurry to score, and all the timeouts did was give them more opportunities
  17. Was after 2 minute warning so dont think challengeable But should have insisted on both review
  18. It seems like he used our timeouts instead of making NE use theirs. We weren't going to 3 N Out them and get the ball back with a minute left. he would have knelt down if we did anyways. We helped them get into field goal position to kick the tying points. is their a rational I am missing?
  19. So sorry for your loss, gonna be tough for sure. They are family…
  20. I'll address your accusation that some of us fans view Allen through rose colored glasses. But first other then your and others strange dislike of Allen there is no objective criteria that would support Allen having a poor game yesterday. He was good but not great. As others have said we saw Allen's B game against the Pats. Now onto your point. I have been a passionate Bills fan for over 60 years. And it's been my privilege to have been able to root for only 2 HOF QB's in all that time - Jim Kelly & Josh Allen. Allen is the reason the Bills have been legit SB contenders over the last 6 seasons. He is the reason Buffalo escaped 20 years of miserable football purgatory. On top of all that Allen is fun to watch and his effort has never flagged. For these reasons alone I deeply appreciate what Allen has meant to the Bills franchise & fan base. If ever a Bills player deserved the benefit of doubt Allen is that player. So I will never apologize for defending the greatest QB in Bills history from nit picking & snide remarks. There have been a couple of bad games by Allen over the years but last night was not one of them and it's not viewing his performance through rose colored glasses to say that.
  21. The fact that the safety kept his hips set to attack that route the second Allen racked the shell, and then didn't come off it until very late has me thinking you are correct. There was probably a window if Samuel cuts the route off because the 'backer didn't get a deep enough drop, but Samuel didn't. As it was, it was probably a dangerous throw when all they need was a first down. I did not think they spent much time bring extra bodies into the box; at least one person at the game, who I know has great eyes, confirmed the Pats were running a 2 high shell almost all night long.
  22. Sorry man! I know it hurts bad. Had to put my dog down exactly one month ago after 18.5 years of life. Hurts and sucks so I understand. Im a person of faith so that’s how I help myself get through it. But sending good and happy wishes and blessings your way and peace in this tough time.
  23. Watching it again, it was clear to me that Vrabel was going to frequently bring a safety up into the box as a pseudo-spy on Allen. So often the Pats' defense lined up with that one safety deep. Reminded me of the old Bears 46 defense. I blame a lot of that on our offensive gameplan and our lack of talent/speed at receiver. Vrabel played the odds and dared us to come up with something deep. He's watched the tape as well and seen how Josh tends to live with the short-intermediate passes in this offensive scheme so far this season. A lot of our passing yards seem to come after the catch. Putting another body in the box is a great way to stop both our run game AND Allen.
  24. Where's the evidence? He looks like exactly the same player to me
  25. I didn't realize ripped passes at the LOS counted as a PBU. If correct that throws another alarming thought out there. Our front isn't getting in the throwing lanes and batting balls at the line either.
