Let’s talk about this Drake “marvelous “ Maye 😅
Boo Radley Boston replied to Italian Bills's topic in The Stadium Wall
All you do is keep moving the goal post after everyone of your clown shoes comments. Sonny Jurgensen? Too funny. Look Bozo, I never claimed that UNC is some of sort of QB factory or elite program. I was responding to the dumb comment that Maye could not possibly be any good because he is a product of such an insignificant school and football program. Time to move the goal posts again. Don't forget the Buffalo defense. -
Bengals Waive Jermaine Burton

Practice Squad sure -
The requirement is an independent spotter sends him to the blue tent. We don't really know what happens in there, but assuming some level 1 test that if you pass you are cleared to return. The bengals COULD try and save a player from themself, but the coaches are NOT allowed into that blue tent with the player (big no-no that daboll got his hand slapped for). So the coach doesn't know anything other than - he is cleared to return - and when asked if he was ready Higgins likely said yes. They aren't doing complicated brain scans in a blue tent on the side of the field, so there really isn't much for the team doctors to say.

Go to the 10 minutes left ibn the 4th qtr, he hirs his head pretty hard and looks a bit disoriented holding his head. He should have been yanked there immediatly imo non-medical pinion. It wasnt as absurd as the Tua fiasco a few years ago but to be it was painfully obvious.

No. Not worth a dime.

It’s money foremost. Best teams in their part of college football, agreed. Yeah, guilty as charged for wrongly thinking the goal is to have the best play the best. Additionally, can’t perceive what the expanded opportunity served, for lack of a better term, having inferior teams partaking, though sure there’s some kind of logic to the notion. Pinning the crux on non-conference N.D. as to why there isn’t a best on best tournament escapes me as well. As the way the over used term goes, it is what it is.

I disagree.. the sentiment up here is the Pats are playing with house money and have already over achieved what most if not all reasonable people expected as far as win totals go.. Meanwhile the Bills are suppose to be the dominant team who should still be running the division with the Pats at least a good year or two away from challenging them. The pressure is squarely on the Bills to show the first game was a fluke and that the Bills are still one of the top 3 dominant team in the AFC. I think it will be a close game again, I suspect Boutte will be the Pat WR with the big game as your team game plans to stop Diggs. Question is will the Pats front 7 stop Cooks? Been rather porous since our star player went on IR.

More Bengals Blunders. Trey Hendrickson to have surgery.
Draconator replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
It read to me like the Bengals pushed him to play 2 weeks after the initial injury. With what happened with Tee Higgins yesterday, it's an honest mistake. -
This guy has 4 receptions in 2 years, a real steal for Brandon Beane

Tee Higgins back in Protocol

C'mon man you know the rules, it's not the players call on head injuries. -
The Tre hate is unreal. Like it's not actually based on anybody who watching coverages. He's been a decent CB2 on the outside this season.

Signed guys who know the system and were cap friendly. I will be honest, I did not expect much from Poyer and had some resentment for the cheap shot last year. I feel he’s played well, but more importantly I feel he has helped Bishop become a NFL Safety. I also always liked Phillips. Solid player, solid dude. It would be interesting to see what the true stats are on Beane’s draft history. He has had some hits and some misses with the many draft picks he’s had. Thing is, to have that many swings means he’s doing something right. You don’t get to draft that many players if you’re truly a bad GM. Which he’s not.

"Tee, where are you playing right now?" "Hamburg Ger.... "Let me stop you right there. Close enough."

A Few Thoughts about the Bengals Game - Community Edition

Taylor is an idiot…snow covered field, slippery ball, the best time to have an onside kick. -
If the Chargers win next week, KC would need alotttt of help to get in. One AFC south team and one AFC East team will be a WC. That is almost a lock. Chiefs have two gimme wins (Titans & Raiders) on the schedule. Their toughest games are LAC & Denver at home. The Chargers have Eagles, Chiefs, Cowboys, Texans and Denver. The Chiefs going 2-0 (toughest games) & Chargers 1-4 or 2-3 is not just a possibility. It's very likely imo. This.

kinda crazy how good the dude is. playing with half a brain, he still makes ridiculous one handed catches. just an elite player

Why are we so late to adjust defensively?
BillsFan130 replied to Ramza86's topic in The Stadium Wall
When did we send a pressure on the opening drive? I honestly don't remember that at all. Looked like they played some man coverage with 2 safeties on the first 3rd down when Higgins converted. Everything after that looked like soft zone. Greg Olsen even called them out on it , especially on that 3rd and 7 around the 20-25 yard line. -
Agree to disagree.

You can’t listen to the player. Gotta protect them from themselves.

More Bengals Blunders. Trey Hendrickson to have surgery.
Rochesterfan replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is a huge nothing - he was holding out hope for. Potential playoff push and now they are done and he can get the surgery and be ready to be a FA this off season and get away. The Bengals did nothing wrong - this is the team admitting they are done and trying to find players for the future. -
Right, how can I tell sitting in a bar and drinking beers that a guy is concussed, but the NFL and “independent neurologists” have no clue? And the irony is that Tee Higgins’ head almost killed Damar Hamlin on the field.

Game week thread - Bills at Patriots*
D. L. Hot-Flamethrower replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think NE has all the "pressure" on them this week and we can play loose. This is the first big game against a tough opponent this new crew in NE will play. Bills have nothing to lose, we're in the playoffs and are unlikely to win the division. We also have a chance to exact some payback for the first loss. We won't be surprised this time! Go Bills!!!!!
