Week 6, Bills v. Falcons, PREDICT THE SCORE!
RiotAct replied to Freddie's Dead's topic in The Stadium Wall
Bills 19 Falcons 35 As a consolation prize, every Bills player and coaching staff member is invited to be in a future Chick-Fil-A commercial. ”My name is Sean McDermott, and one little thing I love about the Pimento Club Bacon Swiss Avocado sandwich is…” -
Agreed, but it’s becoming painfully obvious that our secondary is a major need and we can’t seem to get it right.

Week 6, Bills v. Falcons, PREDICT THE SCORE!
billsfan89 replied to Freddie's Dead's topic in The Stadium Wall
Bills 31 Falcons 21, up and down game but I think the Bills come out firing open up a 2 possession lead, Falcons score to cut it to 1 score. Bills come back and get it back up to a two score lead and get a turnover late to ice it. -
Ok if I remember right both teams in the second half were moving the ball really well and I mean your D line had Maye and he made an Allen/ Prime Big Ben type play with him on him and completing a pass to Diggs. The next play was a cover 2 D and Maye hit Bourne in between 2 defenders and they were in FG range.. after that your coaches were just trying to save as much time as possible for your O.

For all you McDermott haters, who would you want? (Now a poll)

I think getting a real D coordinator is the real tweak. Someone like Spags and let him actually call the D. -
Documenting The Imaginary Fairytale of ANTIFA
BillsFanNC replied to BillsFanNC's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
⬆️ 😂 The imaginary roots of ANTIFA in 1930s Germany. Commies you say? That flag in the grainy image below looks remarkably similar to the one in the OP. A compelling fairytale indeed. If only there were video of people pretending to be ANTIFA flying the same pretend flag used by pretend commies in 1930s Germany in America today. -
If you think his injury in camp justifies your criticism at the draft, I’m afraid I’m just not following. He missed one college game in 2022, no games in 2023 and 5 in 2024, but that was a result of an infection that he got from an injection. Not an actual football injury. Even a Magic 8 Ball was not going to see this one coming. Is he a little slight? Sure. But that’s part of the sacrifice you make when you are trying to add blazing speed to the defensive backfield. This feels like cherry picking to make a point that you are not a fan of Beane and his drafting. Those other teams have whiffs in the draft and unforeseeable injuries as well. Heck, Worthy has his own thread here, and he just missed some games because he ran into a teammate. crap happens.

Not trying to discount your overall thoughts about Brandon Beane's drafting (the lack of impact players complaint is valid), but Hairston wasn't injured tackling or on a heavy contact play. All reports said he just tripped. It was initially believed he tore an ACL, and would miss the entire season. Even after the LCL diagnosis, nobody expected him to be back before Week 8 (after the bye) at the very earliest. Hairston wasn't injury-prone in college either, and a quick Google search says he only missed one game for Kentucky. So I understand why people are tired of drafting undersized players on defense, and it may contribute to us always having injuries. But I'm not sure that applies so much to cornerback, when we also lacked speed at the position.

McD ain’t playing a rookie when he just comes off IR like he did Milano last season. Who knows when Max be ready by his standards

Week 6, Bills v. Falcons, PREDICT THE SCORE!

Falcons defense is VERY good, and very young and we lack playmakers -
The inability of some fans to handle a close loss to a well coached team with a competent QB and top secondary is bizarre. We used to always lose. This is an elite offense despite not having a true separation receiver.
-
We very clearly reach for needs in the early rounds. Eagles just draft bpa and they get a lot of great players that way

What a cheesy play
