MAC Defensive Players of the Year (2005-2024) 2024: Shaun Dolac, LB, Buffalo 2023: Matthew Salopek, LB, Miami (OH) 2022: Jose Ramirez, DL, Eastern Michigan 2021: Ali Fayad, DL, Western Michigan 2020: Troy Hairston, DE, Central Michigan & Brandon Martin, LB, Ball State (tie) 2019: Treshaun Hayward, LB, Western Michigan 2018: Sutton Smith, DE, Northern Illinois 2017: Sutton Smith, DE, Northern Illinois 2016: Tarell Basham, DL, Ohio 2015: Jatavis Brown, LB, Akron 2014: Quinten Rollins, DB, Miami (OH) 2013: Khalil Mack, LB, Buffalo 2012: Chris Jones, DL, Bowling Green 2011: Drew Nowak, DL, Western Michigan 2010: Roosevelt Nix, DL, Kent State 2009: Adrian Robinson, DL, Temple 2008: Larry English, DL, Northern Illinois 2007: Clayton Mullins, LB, Miami (OH) 2006: Ameer Ismail, LB, Western Michigan 2005: Dan Bazuin, DL, Central Michigan And I greatly respect the MAC, having played (well, ran) briefly in the conference. But this is 100% true. Only one of them in the first round had a big career, Mack. English went in the first round but only 5-6 years in the league.

I must be in the minority that is fine with Jordan Phillips as DT5, if that’s what this is. He made plays in our biggest game of the season last year and while certainly with his flaws, he also makes plays. Not bad for a DT5. Now if this is something different and he’s leapfrogging Walker & Sanders or we have to cut someone like Shavers because we’re keeping 6 DT’s, then yea, I don’t get it. I say all this under the assumption we’re moving Carter .. which, of course, isn’t great in its own right and even more annoying that 90% of the fanbase hated the pick and we look more right than the FO on him.

Nice Article on President Failure
Wolfgang replied to Trump_is_Mentally_fit's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
The man can't live without expensive drugs... Why live a life of discipline when you can just take drugs to try and compensate? Its a win win when your investment portfolio depends on that dynamic... Keeping your A1c levels below 5 is easy through diet alone... But why do that when you can get an injection covered by an insurance company? You can then keep eating and drinking all the trash food your heart desires... Better him than me lol... -
I don't think Samuel is going anywhere. If he ever gets healthy, he would be such a great fit for this offense.

Nice Article on President Failure
T master replied to Trump_is_Mentally_fit's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Yah exactly jack ass he's done nothing at all for the country like the previous POS that was in office . In just a short 8 months he's shut down the border and rounded up & deported a lot of the illegal thugs that your guy allowed in in history record breaking amounts during his time in office, Is curbing crime in major cities which the F cards like your self rail against and would rather have the crime than safe streets in DC and other places . Has slowed or put a end to a nuclear threat from Iran and put sanctions back in place with a FA & FO attitude to make the entire globe a safer place for every one with a power through strength initiative and has started the process of bringing those involved in the Ukraine war to the table for some kind of beginning in peace talks unlike Biden just continually funneling money to his guys . Has put people in place in organizations to bring transparency to all Americans showing that the Russian collusion thing was nothing but a load of complete BS implemented by another one of your choices both in Obama & Hillary . Has made Billions of dollars in trade agreements for the country by utilizing tariffs to level the playing field economically and has rooted out some fraudulent & absolutely ridiculous gov't spending in USAID by putting people in place to look closely at sending money to Africa for research of trans operations and stopped US gov't funding in Medicaid/medicare for trans operations . Also has drawn the line as it should be as to what is a male & what is a female as god/biology & common sense, not man intended it and not what we as individual people have decided with their own personal decisions or opinions how it should be . But then the previous POTUS did so much didn't he ? He allowed historical illegal immigration and did absolutely NOTHING at all to stop it but encouraged it, allowed the Ukraine conflict to continue by throwing money at it and showing just how weak he was as the president and he also let Iran run with their nuclear program, plus allowing DEI hires in gov't and other places rather than hiring those best for those positions . Your guy also didn't stand on males being allowed in female sports and ON & On & On .. But you keep spreading your BS you F tard !!! You and all the other lib tards continue to have diarrhea of the mouth because any one with a shred of common sense can se straight through yawls BS !! This guy has done more in 8 months to help the country to bring it back to what the country was & should be than any of the previous have done because he has a set of morals and balls big enough to actually do what needs to be done instead of cower or pander to all the sensitive groups that he could possibly get votes from to keep the DC agenda rolling !! -
Annual PSA about the Bills’ cut-down to 53…

PUP was never “on the team” and now IR can be designated to return without the gymnastics of making the team. Good PSA though -
Where "Follow The Science (TM)" has LEFT us..
All_Pro_Bills replied to BillsFanNC's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Upon further examination, it was never really follow the science. Its was follow the scientist. And trust me, no matter how ridiculous you may believe things seem, I'm an "expert". And the record shows experts are infallible and always correct. -

Why Landon Jackson is the next MONSTER in the NFL
Bruffalo replied to MJS's topic in The Stadium Wall
You may have stumbled on the only thing that could get them fired this year. Congratulations! -
I am thinking Palmer is pretty much a lock for this team... LOL

😂😂 Ya , how would this guy know Josh and Milton wouldn't get along 🤔 Well I have an idea smh
-
Yeah expecting an all pro in the third round is a bit much... I would like to see more out of him... but the reality is he may need some time...

Another big play during the drought was the 79 opener. Charlie Romes returned a blocked FG 75 yards for the Bills only score that day in a 9-7 loss. If I remember correctly the Bills missed a FG late in the 4th quarter that would have ended the streak.

I have nothing against Jordan Phillips and I think most of us like his personality and motor. That being said, I kind of hate this. Beane went on record about saying how the defense wasn't good enough last season, so why are we trying to bring back the pieces that couldn't get it done the last two seasons? Is Beane gonna turn on the bat signal for AJ Klein or Eli Ankou next? I would rather have the rookies take snaps early on in the season and make mental mistakes than have a guy who knows what to do but can't get it done physically.

What's puzzling is the "later this week" part, as if it's going to be after the 53 man cutdown. If they are not happy with Ogunjobi and/or Carter, wouldn't they sign Phillips today and then cut them before tomorrow? I also wondered about a sign and then immediately retire a Bill....but the timing doesn't make sense on that, either. If it's not to the practice squad, this signing is weird.

Game (two week) thread - Ravens at Bills SNF
Gregg replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
The real shame in this game is we all have to listen to Collingsworth for 3 plus hours. He will probably spend most of it drooling over Allen and Jackson. -

I'm not even looking for other teams, just the Bills, but this link makes it much easier to see the latest with one click!

Where's the statistical proof that Bills' WAGs shave more than other teams' WAGs? Even if true, is it a problem? Some would argue that it's more hygienic that way.

It also probably depends on how serious the injury is.

Typical Brandon Beane: - Drafts bust on Day 1 or 2 - Trades bust for a 6th Round Pick - Totally nails 6th Round Pick

For the same reasons Dr Scott Isaacs is. They are revolutionary drugs. The benefits far outweigh the risks for most people. All drugs have adverse effects. tylenol can cause liver failure. Aspirin can cause major bleeds. They're still available OTC while glp 1's are carefully supervised by doctors. re the discontinuation rate, most of it is due to cost https://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/high-costs-likely-lead-early-semaglutide-discontinuation-2025a1000h5s stop reading cartoon articles and read the original papers....
