  1. Past hour
  2. So excited to wait in line with you for Ratatouille
  3. I'm still not sure if I believe in trap games, but I will say this. I've seen it many, MANY times in my life, where a team coming off a huge win the week before, comes out flat the following week. Hoping that isn't the case Sunday. I expect a big Bills win though. Go Bills!!!!!
  4. lol at this fine public servant
  5. Maybe. I think the team really likes Grable but isn't he still in concussion protocol and on the IR? They also have this year's draft Lundt who they also like. He's not on the practice squad because some would gobble him up.
  6. No, that is your definition of a trap. Mine is when the bookmakers try to influence bettors to go in a certain direction. You really should stop coming off as all knowing, whereas you have made a fool of yourself on this board more often than not.
  7. https://247sports.com/video/elijah-kimble-canisius-2024-sophomore-season-highlights-13089466/ Elijah kimble Current JR at Canisius HS... A 4 star top 15 ranked running back nationally with offers from Ohio State and Michigan and Georgia and basically everybody Been watching in the last 3 years and this kid is showing that big time players can come out of Western New York Good luck in the playoffs canisius! And good luck Elijah! Buffalo/WNY are starting to churn out consistent D1 players
  8. That makes sense, but don't forget that all these teams play each other. Chiefs have a lot of "we win either way games" coming up: Jags/Chargers: Either the Chargers get another loss or it knocks the Jags further down in the wildcard chase Jags/Broncos: Ditto Jags/Colts twice: Even a split is good, but if the Colts are truly great and beat the Jags twice then Jacksonville is buried in the wild card race Chargers/Steelers: If the Chargers win it pushes the Steelers back, making it less likely that the non-winner of the AFC North gets a Wild Card since they play each other a bunch still Chiefs have head to head on the Ravens already, so they can tie them for the #7 seed if need be. Ravens are in real trouble. They have the Packers, Vikings, Steelers twice, Patriots (a "we win either way" game for the Bills!) and a possibly Burrowed Bengals team that might have a sliver of hope because of how meh that division is.
  9. I don't think so... red checkered table cloths weren't introduced into the US until the 20th century...
  10. Against the Pats, the run game wasn't working very well and Josh started forcing the ball instead of taking what they gave him. Keon turned it over deep in our end that they quickly turned into points. That was a game of lose the turnover battle, lose the game. Even still, we only lost by 3. The Atlanta game, the Falcons were blitzing and neither Josh nor Brady seemed to understand what the defense was trying to do to them. As bad as it looked, they were still only down 1 score in the 4th quarter despite the defense playing one of the worst first halves of football I've seen in awhile. Then, inexplicably, the Bills didn't have Cook on the field for nearly the entire 4th quarter, Josh was forcing throws again, and it was a predictable loss.
  11. We can do the arm tattoo thing and drunk around the world. Do they have folding tables at Epcot? Maybe it will be during one the their festival and we can just jump on any tables they have
  12. The Tuck Rule! I can't believe I forgot that one too! NE was so easy to hate. That's why I referred to the Chiefs as the modern version of Manning's Colts teams. If Brady played a decade earlier Indy would be today's Chiefs. Winning a ton, going to 4-5 Sper Bowls, winning some, getting obliterated in some. Just not the same level of hateability.
  13. Easily 5 seed...our defense against anyone other than Reid in the playoffs is a giant win. They might actually play well, like they have done in other games.
  14. I agree they are both gone. But I think the interior lineman will be Grable, SVPG, and Torrence.
  15. Depends on how you assign win probability in those games. My take is Baltimore and KC are both 50/50 games. Let's say scenario B is Steelers, Colts, Broncos in whatever order. I'd say 75%, 60% and 75% win probability in those games respectively even assuming all are on the road. So scenario A is 25%, scenario B is 33.75%. That seems right to me. I'd rather have 3 easier games than 2 harder games.
  16. I like your optimism - the Bills did play their best game this season beating the Chiefs. But I'm not expecting it is the case for every game going forward. Likewise the opposing teams can play up or down in a season too. I don't know what kind of Tampa team in two weeks, but I do like Bills chances in general. Houston is a big wildcard and I think the most likely loss in my book: short week, top defense. Pittsburgh can play really well or really bad on defense; I don't think a comfortable win with Rogers playing at a level he hasn't been for a few years. One question I'd ask is how many ways the Bills can beat an opponent? If Josh does not play well, do we have a chance? I think what McDermott wants is to make it a yes answer. But that answer requires 1) Cook to play well and 2) the defense to play well. For the most part this season, we don't get 2). In the Chiefs game, we got 1) and 2) AND Josh playing well, that's why it is the most lopsided victory against the Chiefs (even though the score does not reflect that and like Eric Wood said, it felt like if we pressed, we could score more in that game). I just don't believe any team can count on all 3 to show up for 9 games in a row to make a prediction.
  17. Unfortunately, as I will say every time someone brings this nonsense up, trap games DO NOT EXIST. Statistically disproven every single way you could ever disprove something statistically.
  18. Whatever the comp would be. It’s just an example. That’s one way for the Bills to get their number 1 WR without sacrificing their 1st. A team that starts Anderson/Higgins is better than one that starts Torrence/Coleman. There are other guys that fit the mold too. That’s why I said he’s an excellent trade chip. You can’t give him $65M guaranteed while paying those others too. That cap space needs to be reallocated.
  19. McGovern and Edwards are clearly and consistently better players than O'Cyrus
  20. Would love to see Palmer get back in there this week and see some targets.
  21. No brainer, the 5 seed option. Super Bowl path of Jackson -> Mahomes, vs Rodgers -> Jones -> Nix. Not even a contest.
  22. I smell a fun day at Epcot for all of us.
  23. Honestly thought the Bills or NFLPA would have weighed in on a dangerous situation. Diggs had 2 IVs iirc. Tommy Doyle played with a damaged knee because there were no other linemen to go in. Could have been Corey Stringer event in the making.
  24. Demographics are destiny. If the GOP loses some temporary Latino support due to ICE raids/immigration policy, so be it. They lose either way. The left has shown that migration is THE existential threat to conservatism. Import a government dependent population and they will vote for you in perpetuity. What Latino’s will also vote on is the economy. So fix the economy and you offset some of the above losses. The shutdown, which Dems are gloating over being the reason for now, also hurt the GOP.. especially in VA. In other states, while they’re are trends to examine, the GOP is a low propensity coalition and typically have, and will likely continue to, get rolled in off year elections.
  25. Considering Alec Anderson is ahead of svgp I'm pretty sure if McGovern walks Alec Anderson will get a modest deal to take over the starting job I hear you tho I absolutely would not give up a second round pick with Torrance for t Higgins though I would give up Torrence and maybe a sixth Considering bills would have to take on $115 million dollar deal also Torrance also does not have any pro bowls or all pros so he's going to get a big contract but it should be under what the all pros are getting That hunt deal was ludicrous and stupid
