  1. Past hour
  2. Tua's brain on the field McDaniels vape plume rises Tyreek has a child.
  3. I think what will hurt Glenn schematically is the man dependence. It’s how he likes to play and Allen has gone next level against primary man teams like the Jaguars or Lions last year.
  4. a nice boring win! It was perfect. The only time We lose to these guys is when we press and get too aggressive and turn the ball over (and make ST gaffes). We have learned from past experiences. Nothing was forced downfield.
  5. This would be the 3rd season Burrow will have essentially missed with a major injury. 50% of his career... Turns out when you have an injury prone QB you probably shouldn't have Cody Ford as one of your starters.
  6. For all the James Cook comparison posts, does anyone remember James Brooks? Very similar back to James.
  7. Not hating on Toronto, just saying they’d have a fickle fan base. There’s a huge difference between a city being “great” and being a great sports city. In reality, none of it matters because sports are really about corporate money anyway. As far as Buffalo is concerned, we’re all aware that Buffalo is smaller than Toronto.
  8. I knew better but still drafted him in FF (even late as I did)—in my defense I figured he’d last until at least mid-season…my bad! 🤬 Time to hit the waiver wire for Geno!
  9. Game script reasons. The run game was working well all day and they never gave us a reason to abandon it. And then it became apparent by the middle of the 3rd quarter that the Jets offense was a dud so once we put up 30 we stopped trying. There were some struggles early on but whenever the offense needed to sustain a drive we made it look easy. The whole offense looked bored honestly.
  10. Because of the run balance. The extra dimension here is they don't need Allen to do everything every time.
  11. That's taking an insane take and making it more insane. The crux of the discussion was that Bosa looked better in this game than in any game Von was a Bill. You're now taking it to Bosa at his best was a better player than Miller at their best. The former discussion is at least debatable. But I'm sorry, that's a ridiculous take. Von at his best was easily the best Defensive End in Football. He's a future Hall of Famer that heavily contributed to two Super Bowl wins with two different teams. Again, I love what I've seen from Bosa. Bosa is the now and we're all behind him. I get being excited about him, I am too. But you can do that without rewriting history for the guy with the Bills logo on his helmet now. Which you're definitely doing here.
  12. Glenn looked out of his element out there. And the hoodie when it’s 80 degrees and sunny was not a good choice. He looked like he was drinking milk in San Diego.
  13. Tre and Bosa are healthy so I don’t think they’ll be sitting. But I wouldn’t be surprised if Milano and Oliver are out
  14. Looks like he's done. Honestly hate to see that. Awful.
  15. My after party was lit 🔥 what with all the confetti ticker tape I could buy with my non-monetary winnings (they still produce that???!!)…OP, I look forward to defending my crown this week against the hapless Fins…is it too early to say this is a must win for them so we will take their best shot on Thursday? 🤔
  16. They are? It’s been 2 games and do either sanders or walker even have a tackle? A pressure? Not hitting panic button but I don’t think it’s crazy to ask them to do produce something. And that’s with Oliver not playing today
  17. I should have made it in the preseason, since it was clearly about Aaron Glenn the person and not the Jets vs Steelers; at least to anybody who actually read it instead of just making a preconceived assumption about it. That being said, those reactions would have been exactly the same from the same people, regardless of when I made it. And I don't exactly feel dunked on; it seems more like a loud, sweaty dumb guy bounced in a lay-up at the wrong end of the floor while I was out in the hall at the water fountain. 🤷‍♂️
  18. Just got done watching that game… Hate to jump on the carousel of Caleb bashing but man, I’ve never seen a team devote so much to their first round QB in many years. The guy has had pretty much the whole roster allocated and built to propagate his success. And he’s doing very little with it. The decision making is pretty staggeringly brutal at times. Also. Harbaugh better be careful. That team isn’t close to what it is if Lamar goes down. Why risk him in garbage time, especially when the game is an automatic win?
  19. Even if he were 100%, I would be sitting all the injury prone vets on every short Thursday week (Milano, Tre, Bosa).
  20. Honestly, did anyone not play at least reasonably well? (Here come the Ray Davis and Dawson Knox haters. Okay, okay… but it’s not like they fumbled or contributed to a pick (hello Travis) or got Josh blown up or anything.) OL did a good job blocking a great front four and got Jimbo a lot of yards. TEs blocked well and all had catches. Keon had a nice grab, so did Palmer and Shakir, Moore had the TD run. DL created havoc. Linebackers and safeties consistently stuck guys short of the sticks. Corners must have done okay because Garrett Wilson was practically invisible and no one else came close to hurting us. ST was great - Prater was money; Johnson punted well when he had to, which wasn’t often; coverage was great all around Solid team win.
