How much did you pay for gas and groceries today?
Big Blitz replied to Big Blitz's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
LOL omg. Yep. That’s exactly what European businesses and European labor wanted to happen. Nor one where any American consumer has to buy the European good. I still have to be income tax, real estate tax, gas tax, etc. But carry on like its 1929…. -

For anyone catching up to today's news like I am... this guy Mike Rose reports literally that "full pads are on." That's not the case. Today was not a fully-padded practice. The Bills were practicing in "shells" today which means that they're wearing helmets, shoulder pads, and shorts. It also means that "tackling" is limited to "wrap and release" or "thudding." It's true that Ty Johnson has excellent speed and that he can turn the corner but that said, Cook has a way of continuously getting to the edge and he has that deceptive speed where defenders routinely underestimate how fast he's going. Cook is arguably the best in the league at getting to the edge and turning the corner. Conlan definitely had skinny legs but he could also run like the wind. Besides sharing the same jersey number, he was similar to Milano in that heat-seeking missile sort of way. -
***** one Martian and then for the rest of your life it's all "That guy's a Martian*****er"

Exactly! Especially after Beane called those guys out saying it sounded like 2018 again when they [WGR] said they should have drafted Josh Rosen. I’m sure WGR will bring all of that up 😂 -
Honestly there's really not enough compensation But if I literally had to guess I think it would probably start at at least four first round picks with probably 2 second rounders

What's the first position the Bills draft in 2026?
Victory Formation replied to Cash's topic in The Stadium Wall
You’re missing the point. If Buffalo drafts a top 5 RB in the bottom of the first round, Josh now has a bell cow RB for the next 5 years. Our window is now. If we can add someone who can put up 1,100-1,500 yards rushing along with with 30-40 catches and some change, you do it. By the time his contract expires, Josh will be in his mid 30s. -

This is just more reason for why I'm all in on just bolstering the offense. The end result is always the same come playoff time. It's still McDermott's unit, everyone always gets hurt, and they give up 30+ ppg regardless of who we have back there. Even when we sign a ton of players in FA & spend most of our draft on the defense, they somehow end up in the same spot in January. Obviously, McDermott's coaching methods & scheme isn't injuring our players, I'm just not confident he knows how to identify key players that will change our fortunes, and injuries aren't helping. -

He didnt come out in the press, and its not a ridiculous demand in the grand scheme of the NFL. He made ONE social media COMMENT (not even a post) in a comment section that was discussing players getting paid, and all he commented was "15 mill year". And if you think Cook's $15M/yr demand is ridiculous, what do you think this made-up 1st rounder will want if he is at all successful (which is what we want to happen)? By then it will be $20m-$25M/yr and we're right back where we started. We didnt pay Singletary, he wasnt worth a 2nd contract. But he was a 3rd rounder and not that special anyways. But this whole notion that we'll pick a RB in the 1st is predicated on not paying Cook. And if we arent paying Cook, it's unlikely we pay the next guy. Just like Safeties. Beane has his spending plan, and which positions he's willing to pay what. It's why Poyer and Hyde never had big pay days even when they were All Pro. So if we arent paying RBs as a general philosophy, there is no point in drafting them early. -
The BDS from the right is insane. Talk about someone living rent free!! They can never respond to trumps insane antics, it’s just constant whataboutism of a senile old man who was a terrible president. Biden stunk. Fact. Now I dare one of the Trumpers here to give a response to ANY criticism of him without mentioning another president. Impossible.

A Christian leader who is a creep towards little kids? I’m shocked. These ***** scum know exactly where to go “hide.” Problem is, it’s in plain site but the majority of the members believe in a magic book and a magic guy so they don’t see anything until countless kids are forever harmed. still shocked that in 2025, so many people believe in this nonsense. Talk about follow the ***** science.
