  1. Past hour
  2. Any of you old fogeys watch your grandkids? Been on a hiatus for a while but back at it with our 18 month old, 3 & 5 y.o. Ugh…..
  3. "All about" is pretty strong. Look at the Patriots game, when Brady benched his best skill player in crunch time, or the Houston game, when he did nothing to protect Allen against a fierce pass rush, or his failure to do anything with Moore or Samuel, who both put up much better numbers with their former teams. You could say Coleman is a bust--or you could say Brady has failed to tap his potential. You could say Samuel sucks, Shakir is limited, Shavers does nothing, and Moore was a wasted signing--or you could say all of them would thrive with a coordinator who figured out how to use them, not utterly give up on him, as Brady appears to have done. How many screens to Shakir behind the line of scrimmage will it take for you to agree that another coordinator could do better? How many back-shoulder throws to Coleman, endless mesh routes, stupid gimmick plays, and utter lack of deep shots, except for that one to Palmer--one!--in the Atlanta game? No argument that this WR corps is awful, but what would a good coordinator like McDaniels do with it, given that he didn't have much more than that to work with when he was coaching Tom Brady? Heck, look at what he's doing now with a group of receivers that, on paper, aren't much better than the Bills have: a fading Diggs, a journeyman in Mack Hollins, and a promising but often-struggling rookie in Kyle Williams? Yet they're 10-2, with a quarterback, line, and set of running backs that are not as good as what the Bills have. No, Brady is the problem. Swap receivers with New England, and I guarantee you McDaniels would do as well or better with ours and Brady would do as badly or worse with theirs.
  4. Was hoping Kincaid was a go and not limited! Palmer is trending towards a Samuel status with minimal impact and injury. Surprised Dawkins is still in concussion status. How many games has Kincaid missed this year? Concerning with his reduced snap count that he can’t stay healthy.
  5. so I’m getting the vague idea you are not satisfied at all with how this season is going?
  6. Irony is in the expanded NFL playoffs San Diego would've made the playoffs as the 7th seed. It is not talked about enough how the extra wildcard will keep many of the best QBs from missing or limit the times it happens. Imagine if KC makes it this year at 10-7 as the 7th seed? In the old playoff structure their probably toast, instead they have very real shot.
  7. Agree!! Things haven’t turned out as hoped for. However, JC4 will get a 100 yards in remaining games, which gives us a smash mouth identity, which I like. There’s more than one way to get a Lombardi, and maybe this way will work. It’s still there for us.
  8. I don't even check the picture when it say New Jersey. That's a hard pass. Eww.
  9. Sean Payton. Yeah they’ll use him effectively.
  10. We have white liberal women professing their love for Somalians. Hilarious. The Democrat base is beyond militant in their indoctrination at this point. Elections reside in the middle 20-30% of the electorate that is open to change whenever the party in power isn’t doing what they hoped. Trump is now at odds with that 20-30%, which opens the door for Democrats is lean red areas, but candidates still matter and Behn was an awful choice. That said… I don’t know if a moderate Dem turns out the libs in Nashville like she did. She got wrecked in the suburbs though.
  11. You guys are so caught up with diminishing the issue at WR. This WR corps is a disaster. Their best outside option is a WR3 type in Palmer and he's been out or hobbled for half the season. Their starting slot is Shakir and he started the season with a high ankle sprain and has had other injury issues additionally. With those guys healthy it's already the most punchless WR unit in the league........but in practice it's been even less effective due to injury. And one of the things these shell defense's have exposed is a new axiom that people who don't value WR talent are going to hate..........that the downfield passing success is a WR stat. In a league where you don't see a lot of downfield separation and officials allow a lot of contact at the catch point.......the success is largely coming down to the quality of the WR. Much like we've come to understand that sacks are more of a QB stat than an OL stat......we will come to understand that the quality of the WR matters most in downfield success.
  12. Crazy in head = hawt in bed, ya dig?
  13. That is a good interview. Agree that Kelly looks much better than he has in awhile. Seemed very upbeat thanks to his recent good medical news.
  14. I don't want to play Baltimore. I think if the Bills get in playoffs and play teams like Denver, Houston, Steelers and Pats we will win and go on. Baltimore is the one team I'd be worried about because of Henry.
  15. Good advice When Justin Herbert came onto the scene everyone thought he was the next Josh Allen. Well guess what. He's not, not even close. Mayes a good QB, don't get me wrong. The Buffalo Bills will beat the Patriots game 2... I Billieve...

  17. It's the big rush plays that make us think worse. It seems like we hold RB's to 3 ypc 90% of the time but the 10% is like 10-60 yard runs....at least it seems like. It's way too much.
  18. Good thing you're not making QB fashion prop bets in a Giants game
  19. I dunno, I kind of like this weird Aftyn girl's look. I feel like she would've been an antidote to the Trump Girl look that has taken over Washington.
  20. Who would curb stomp both of them? Maybe Rams. But Eagles? GB?....Bears?? If NE is #2, who is at #1?
  21. And to think that I would never have known Homelander's post count but for the updates from the fools who ostensibly "ignore" him.
  22. I strongly agree with the bolded. I remember, when we were in (drought years) tight end purgatory, a coach saying that a truly valuable tight end is one who can be on the field in running AND passing situations, not allowing the defense to know what is coming. Dawson Know is that tight end. Elite? No. A very valuable contributor? Absolutely.
