  1. Past hour
  2. I would trade for that undrafted UB LBer that went to LA.
  3. Knew this thread would be coming after the 1st loss(and every subsequent loss) of the season. 😂😂😂
  4. i think it's more testament to how crazy our expectations are from the QB spot that we look at a wideout 10seconds after snap 30+ yards away opposite side endzone from QB scramble and think 'hey that guy's open'
  5. I dunno man, like was it drug's, booze, roid rage, cte... like if he was a crazed violent dude... but never a peep out of him and then like a bomb went off... sprayed with mace and kept going... like LSD ... wtf.... I am sure there is gonna be waaaaaay more to this story before its over....
  6. He's a poor man's Kelvin Benjamin. He won't get a second contract in Buffalo.
  7. They did it to the Pats too. I remember they said illegal formation on the Pats when Henry literally asked the Ref ?per the announcers at least) if he was ok and said yes then threw the flag anyways 😂 talk about doing a man dirty!!
  8. Normally I agree, especially with Hoch, but to my eyes 7/8 of the 10 were legit IMO. Sloppy game.
  9. I completely agree with this. Our defensive model is to give up 23 (two TD, three FG), force one to two punts, and get one to two turnovers, and to compliment a highly efficient offensive scheme. Get a little riskier and either get the stops or get the ball back more quickly. We also play too friggin slow on the other side of the ball. I understand the thought process, but it makes it hard to get in rhythm when things are tough.
  10. I disagree. The Pats pushed them around a bit very early but once they quickly settled in they were rock solid. I actually thought it was one of the few games where they were better in passpro than they were in the run game.
  11. Thats not accurate, Allen is still in his drop back when the window to hit Samuel is opening, and he remained open as Allen moved to his right. The point is, Allen took off early and had he not then the throw to Samuel was right there and maybe 6 if not close to 6.
  12. So we've turned it over three times in multiple games this season? This was clearly our worst outing
  13. It was obviously predictable. We decided to run it back and give long-term extensions to basically 4 core players who are good but not great. Fill some holes with JAGs and draft near exclusively defense. The only way the strategy was going to work is if they drafted 2 Pro Bowlers. Otherwise, we now have a very expensive group of good but not great players.
  14. Agreed... Josh's back foot hits and he's gone... It's all but simultaneous...
  15. Two games in a row where we trotted out a downfield passing attack as the gameplan. Hopefully Brady is seeing that it doesn't matter who is throwing the ball, if the receivers are covered and can't get open.
  16. It's the flow of the game. You can't divorce a SINGLE play from the flow of the game and what the players have been seeing the whole game. I rewatched it this morning. The OL was routinely breaking down, including Dawkins, so it was natural for Josh to roll right here given the line was being pushed backwards on that side. I think he made the right choice, frankly. A few seconds later Dawkins was even FURTHER back and Josh would have naturally had to move to his right or risk the DL rolling off the block for a sack or QB pressure.
  17. Last week was pretty brutal too
  18. Pats played with tremendous discipline on the scramble drills. Vrabel had them ready. They made sure Allen had no lane to run forward and they got in throwing windows or plastered themselves to guys. It doesn't help that Coleman and Shakir are the only two pass catchers we have that know how to work open on scramble drills. The rest of them look clueless when Allen leaves the pocket. Diggs was always elite in those moments and we saw last night a perfect dichotomy of what it looks like when you have that guy versus when you don't. Maye was able to scramble right and find immediate completions while Allen was forced to hold the ball forever.
  19. Play faster. We play very slowly. On D, we miss Oliver and hoecht. Maybe Benford travels with WR1. I don’t care about field/boundary. Diggs was a wrecking crew and he ate White’s lunch.
  20. They're running shells most of the night; he's not going to throw balls into that coverage just for the sake of doing it.
  21. Its not so much a fix from the league but the unconscious bias the refs (and this incudes hockey too-of course with the Sabres the way they play doesn't help) have toward Buffalo. The constant negative rantings of the media toward all things Buffalo ultimately has an impact on how people in general view anything associated with WNY. Think about the number of people you have run into during your lifetime that when you mention you grew up in or near Buffalo and their reaction especially when they have never been to or spent any time in Buffalo.
  22. 3 of our veteran starters in the secondary are our worst by Passer Rating. Benford 122.0! are you kidding me for that money, T.Johnson 105.7 and White 93.7! Plus the entire defense has only 2 pass breakups. Better hope we can acclimate some of our younger better athletes into McDermotts complex scheme.
  23. Dawkins carrying the End 4 yards in shotgun+ a 5step drop is not a problem.
  24. Shaq Thompson too, but I digress. Most people were awful
