Credible media outlets reported that she posted the report on her social media. The civil suit stated that a report was filed. In addition, there's a 3rd possible law enforcement agency where the report may have been filed... The University of Kentucky Police Department. I don't get the skeptical witch hunt as to whether a report was filed.
