  1. Past hour
  2. Probably should have tapped into those "vibes" before they were 3-7. Enjoy another year of no playoffs.
  3. Brady will just be another scapegoat for the overall problem. McBeane pour into the defense every offseason giving Josh and the OC scraps for weapons and then when we lose a game giving up 30 points all blame still goes onto the offense. Brady isn’t the best but Beane and McD are the cancer to this organization’s downfall.
  4. Im fine with Joe Brady. We forced a pick to start the game, follow with a 3 and out. 3rd and 2 run, you only call that if youre going for it on 4th. Bradys playcalling lacks rhythm all season. Predictable, uncreative. Im fine with anyone else taking over. Joe's head is on college ball imo...he will be offered a HC role at some point amd start recruiting.
  5. Turnovers aren’t Brady fault but 13 points against a terrible defense is
  6. The GM We need a new vision for roster build
  7. The Pats are a good team and ,no, it isn't all because of luck. Vrabel and his coaching staff have done a heck of a job getting that team to buy in and improve. I don't like it one bit, but it is what it is. They have an attitude about them that I wish the Bills had.
  8. Good points: You make a compelling argument that McD/Bean are not nearly as good as 7 or 8 coaches/GM pair's who have built Super Bowl winning teams around elite QBs and managed to reload while doing it. Sure McD/Bean are better then the dumpster fires in places like NY, Miami, Tennessee and others but that is faint praise. I think the answer to whether or not we're rebuilding rapidly around Allen is "no, we are not" and worse what we are doing is strategically wrong headed and counter productive. And I don't think McD/Bean are the right guys to do it. I'll wait until the end of the season to more firmly decide, because for me hope springs eternal, but ever since 13 seconds I have slowly but surely lost confidence in those two to get it right with Allen. It's not a straight down drop it's more along the lines of 2 steps back then one step forward followed by 2 steps back, etc. As for swapping Allen for a bunch of picks that is coming from the Mike Greenberg suggestion that the Jets offer all 5 of their 1st round picks for Joe Burrow. It's a great thought exercise over a beer but I can't see the Bills ever doing that. Allen, not first round picks is the key to winning a Bills SB and unless the Bills got better after Allen left Pegula would soon have trouble filling up that brand new palace the tax payer just built. And I have a sneaky suspicion that wherever Allen went a SB might be in their future.
  9. i thought our D was good most of the day. They got gassed late and gave up those big runs. Bigger issue was the O.
  10. I said this exact same thing to a friend today...
  11. And Traveon Henderson suddenly looks like their Devon Achane. I don’t see them finishing worse than 13-4.
  12. He's not happy with the turnovers but you know Brady scripted all those.
  13. If Allen asks for a trade before he calls people out publicly or asks Pegula for changes then he is a coward.
  14. To quote Kramer: “You can’t fire me, I don’t even really work here.”
  15. I hope Babich was the one calling plays today. If that was McDermott calling plays, we are totally screwed. But if that was Babich calling plays, send him on his way. Our defense didn't look this bad last year at all. I said before when we deep sixed Dorsey, we got better offensively. I totally agree, McDermott has to quit protecting his buddies and start doing a better job holding his coaching staff accountable. Namely Babich and whoever is in charge of strength and conditioning. Have we even had a game where there wasn't an injury?
  16. same here! I think those drought years are my football formative years (my 20s and 30s). I remember guys like Keith Ellison vividly too!
  17. It’s the same story in all 3 of the losses this season. Teams dare Buffalo’s WRs to beat them and they can’t do. Josh ends up pressing because no one is open and ends up turning the ball over in the red zone. The offense scored 20, 14, and 13 points respectively. That’s not going to win you many games in the NFL. To me, it’s an offensive problem and I think McDermott needs to look at firing Brady. It might come as early as next week. You can tell with his press conference he’s not happy with the offense
  18. And waiting four seconds to throw all the way across the field was the better option? The read here should have been to the 1 on 1, but like you alluded to earlier in this thread, Allen is likely captive to the limitations and doing too much because of it.
  19. Brady thank you very effing much!!!! Let him go find a team to eff up!!!!
  20. Yeah, my confidence in the Bills Super Bowl chances took a serious hit today.......but there is still a long way to go......they just need to get hot at the right time. I don't think anyone should be giving up on the season just yet.......
  21. So are you saying Allen couldn't have made the throw? Cook doesn't fumble in the red zone and Allen hits the TD here it's at worst 17 to 10 or Cook doesn't fumble and we score a TD it's 16 to 14 if Allen throws a TD here. Mind you we score again at the beginning of the 4th and it's 21 to 16 us. The next fumble from Allen Achane took to the house two plays later so it's not impossible to imagine that if Allen doesn't fumble you not only could add 3 points for us but take 7 off the board for Miami and we scored another TD after that. For all the pointing at Brady there were plenty of points left on the field.
  22. Would be great if McBeane feared for their jobs but Pegula and his team haven’t done anything after all these years, I’d be shocked if they do anything this year. At this point I expect Josh to ask for a trade before this trainwreck regime bows out, they’ll do barely enough every year riding Josh’s coat tails to keep making the playoffs but that’s as far as they’ll ever get. Sucks but that’s where we’re at and I feel worst for Josh
  23. The Chiefs running game and Oline going to hold them back. But you know they're behind the Chargers too, right?
  24. If you listen to the McDermott press conference you can tell he’s annoyed at the offense, Joe Brady and his WR room. He said the Bills should be able to move the ball downfield with Josh. he cited a reason for not being able to do so was because the receivers were covered. The most fascinating part was when Jay Skurski (who asks some pretty tough questions) said that Beane believed this was a Super Bowl roster and asked McDermott if he believed that and he said “I love these players.” That’s not exactly a confirmation. All of this leads me to believe he’s not happy with the talent (WR) or the overall offense I think McDermott’s close to getting rid of him
  25. I don’t think it matters. The WR’s, especially without Palmer, are absolute trash. We should honestly look at trading Kincaid because they can’t pay his dead giveaway of a passing play, broken down brittle self. But this is what we have. Josh Allen and an elite OL. If Brady can’t make it work, or get through to Josh in the ways he needs to, then what are we doing?
