I personally don't think its a good idea at the moment and if something happens I expect we'll hear a lot of protestations and some demonstrations about the action which eventually will result in nothing. As a subplot to the war on drugs it seems that Mexico and Columbia are higher up on the food chain than Venezuela but given the US has closer relations to the two there are more political complications to acting against those nations.

I think a lot of you make a lot of this "hatred" up so you feel better. When folks critique McD there is almost never any "hatred". Most critiques are prefaced with what a great guy he is, what a great job he's done on culture and his ability to pull teams out of the basement. And then even with all that disclaiming and qualifying, pointing out any of his glaring flaws gets these over-emotional replies like we're trying to get the guy killed. I think there is obvious reasons McD apologists turn every critique into a discussion about the posters instead of addressing the actual issues with McD. The assumptions of complaints about a Super Bowl victory is one of the most egregious strawmen I've seen on this board.

This is why the game Sunday is so interesting. I tend to agree with you that from a player and playbook standpoint the Bills have been load managing the team. Giving guys that extra week off to get fully healthy and not going to deep into the playbook. But for a variety of reasons this is the game to go full bore and forget about any load management. We'll know more Sunday night.

What the Islanders did was incredible. As for the Bills I still get random flashback moments of those 4 Super Bowls and they still hurt. lol

Thats where you just have to let other people's perception and opinion not impact the way you feel about the Bills making it.

That is called the "Charge Club" and it's another premium seating section. I considered it. The PSL was reasonable but tickets were like $350/game. Instead I'm in the section (124) that hangs just over it, top row. I'm covered by the balcony and hope to feel some of that heated concourse right behind me. (I wanted a dome so here's hoping I get a dome-ish environment during cold night games.)

If that is the case, then I would suggest those fans stop following sports. I can only speak for myself but if the Bills win a Super Bowl, it will be the greatest "sports day" of my lifetime being a fan of this team. I won't be complaining about anything when it comes to the Bills. I just want to see them win once. Obviously, I want them to win as many as they can, but one championship would be fine by me in my lifetime. Anyone who complains after winning a championship needs to have their head examined.

It's a great achievement. I really hope KC does not get there again and wreck it. I'm older and was a young guy when they went to the 4 in a row. The young fans of the the NFL (not the Bills) that I have asked (mostly) don't know this happened.

You’re not wrong. Oh, and I won’t trade one SB ring for years of sucking. A ring from 1991 or 2022 gives me zero satisfaction as I watch a game this weekend.

Strongly disagree. There are a fair amount of people here that have hated the McDermott hire from the get go. Mainly because they wanted an offensive minded coach to pair with a young Allen. Then their stance was solidified after 13 seconds. There is nothing he can do without those doing everything they can to move credit elsewhere. Should the Bills win a Super Bowl you will see a record number of the "but" posts: "I'm super happy the Bills win a Super Bowl.....but ..." And they will all be targeted at McDermott.
-
During NE reign they even weren't at a clip the KC is on for their super bowl runs. Past 6 superbowls, KC has been in 5. NE over their 18 yrs they were in 9 superbowls

I have back-tested the PageRank model for NFL seasons on both a retrospective and prospective basis. It demonstrates validity as a prospective model, comparable to ELO models. (Of course the retrorespective results are better) There are inflection points that indicate outcomes as close to certain as one encounters in sports. This week, two such opportunities exist: the Rams over the Saints, and the Chargers over the Titans. However, the oddsmakers offer only -1100 odds on the former, which does not represent a value opportunity. The latter, at -500, constitutes a genuine value bet, albeit an unexciting one. So far its 1 for 1, this week with the Ravens over the Dolphins. Actually, the following games do not have a large enough difference in page rank, to actually be expected to have any predictive value.

If future history shows that we peaked at 13 seconds, people will rightfully ask why the Bills didnt make changes to seize the moment. I haven't seen anything from McDermott to suggest he improve the bottom line above where it is right now, and Beane seems to get worse every year.
-
Different sport but as an Islanders fan nothing will ever top 5 straight trips to the SC Finals. 19 straight playoff series wins which is still a record that stands today. 4 straight SC championships. With that said that was a lifetime ago just like the Bills 4 straight trips to the Super Bowl. I don't really think about either of those achievements anymore especially the Isles as they currently suck.

All the Bills can do at this point is beat the Chiefs. Until they do, when it counts, we'll be the bridesmaid. Zerovoltz is annoying but it's not like he's wrong. He's a less unpleasant nick wright

Beat the Chiefs Sunday and I think you’re back in firstGeneric_Bills_Fan replied to Billsfed1's topic in The Stadium Wall Commanders covered up the designed plays pretty well but I don’t think they had enough experience against kc to know how they like to adjust their routes in the scramble drill type situations though it was a really interesting game last week…as bad as the result ended up being I don’t think they were too far off from having a good defensive game if that makes any sense 😂 Yea they would…doesn’t really mean much of anything when the teams have a rematch against eachother and different amounts of games played anyway
