Fantasy Football - Draft Discussion Only
The Jokeman replied to Johnny Hammersticks's topic in The Stadium Wall
In redraft leagues I liked being toward the end in snake draft. As the ability to get two top 15 talents to me gives you a better chance to be a good/great team. Toss in gives you ability to look at big picture and not necessarily follow trends and sometimes even lead trends to better serve you later when comes to getting depth players. -
What do you think is a HC job in the NFL? They aren’t CEOs anymore. They’re incredibly hands on with the game plans
-
People who support Trump can’t commit crimes or fraud. It’s say so in the Bible.

We've got enough guys that can run effectively in the slot that I wouldn't be opposed to this up until about New Year's. After that I want that bad mf on the field every Sunday til he's sucking wind.

If we could get another slot WR as well, we’ll have the market cornered at not one but two positions!

Oh flip. Oops 😅

Money. Its always money. We live in a new guided age where everything is about getting you to hand over your money. Doesn't matter if youre savvy, theyll get their money. This is just another way for the NFL and their teams to make more money lol. "Why did they abandon the team colors" well because its different and new and you dont own one, thats why. You might not buy it, but for every 'You', theres 10 others who dont gaf about your sensibilities and sill buy it. And funny enough, you mindlessly crave ***** that others would feel this way about. We all do it. Maybe the Bills will unveil a black and orange Buffalo All Americans jersey? That would sell too and the Bills would only use it once! Lmao. And what's even crazier than that is they could even release the 2000s navy blues and sell them out. People will buy ***** whether it makes sense or not

Game (two week) thread - Ravens at Bills SNF
Rocky Landing replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
Rex Ryan might have done that-- he threw Ron Darby in right away, iirc, and it worked out well. Rex would likely have kept Hairston off IR for that reason. But, I don't believe that's how McD develops CBs, and I would say that Hairston's IR designation makes it very unlikely he sees the field in any meaningful way before week six at the earliest. -

Dolphins linebacker coach arrested on Domestic Violence. Dolphins are going to be a massive sheiotshow this year. -
This thread is sounding awfully similar to the Mike Edwards thread about this time last year.

Parsons traded to Green Bay, given $188 million contract
The Jokeman replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
Even if Kincaid doesn't develop and is mid tier himself that gives us two average starters and Hawes was arguably the best blocking TE of this class and some feel best blocking prospect in ages that would put us at or about average. -
Not sure how a multi year contract would work but I'd be surprised if he got more than 1 year from anyone right now. Pats owe him $4.3M so because of offset language in his contract no matter what his new team pays him, Pats are responsible for the difference up to $4.3M. Unless some team offers him $4.5M or more which I don't think is likely, the new team has no incentive to pay more than the vet minimum and Peppers has no incentive to decline it.

When did this happen?! Brandon Beane you sly son of a Bytch!

Are you referring to our first round pick, Max Hairston? If so, damn right we do. He starts as soon as he is healthy. He WAS showing great speed and awreness according to many reports before he got hurt. Only way we don't start him is if Tre White balls out - which I highly doubt happens. Good if he does but let's be real. -
Sounds like every safety we already have.

There is always a reason why they are released. Like finding a couch on the curb then getting bed bugs.

Another idiotic accusation. This has nothing to do with Trump or any of his supporters. Absolutely nothing, but that oft repeated nonsense cannot be avoided by folks, and it is so illustrative of ignorance. I remember looking at this stuff years ago, and the amount of charity from US citizens is not nearly accurately reported because there are thousands of pathways to do so that are not statistically tracked, by gov reports. Believe what you want, but there isn't a single greater charitable nation in history that gets close to the US, and the charity extends well beyond money.

Most seem pretty upset by this move. Sounds like he's a good leader, also. I hope Beane is at least considering this. We need an upgrade in that unit.
