  1. Past hour
  2. For me, it has to be the “Never Give Up” poster who literally told us the bills first round picks for several years…then disappeared when McDermott came to town.
  3. Also, considering he's missed 6 of the last 26 games to injury, it's maybe a good idea to load manage him. Considering Ingram's only played 28 games in his career, I'd say he's a "kid" too. I'm glad the team showed confidence in him in a big game... you could see from Hard Knocks that he has a confidence problem. But the kid has some excellent tools too.
  4. I honestly wonder what is is. Less training camp, turf fields, diet, more restrictions on PEDs? I really don't know but it seems like there are just as many in game injuries as practice injures over that time span.
  5. So we're all in agreement then?
  6. Rapp has been making the entire back end look bad... as some people have been saying all season long. My theory is that Bishop was embarrassed by his lame-oid tackle attempt on Bijan Robinson and did a lot of soul searching after that public failure. For some reason, many people on this forum want to forget that Prater missed a field goal. I'm surprised I haven't seen it mentioned yet but when was the last time anyone remembers a Bills player with 4 passes defensed in a single game? I would not call a 2024 2nd round draft pick, "found money." Not everyone here gave up on him. Awesome stuff. Thanks for adding to the topic.
  7. Agree 👍 it’s frustrating throughout the entire NFL. At a time when training and conditioning keeps getting better it’s hard to understand. Speed size and strength of current athletes just may contribute to these types of injuries🤷🏻‍♂️
  8. 1A and 8 - It was Hancock that batted down the Hail Mary at the end, but don't let that slow your roll.... 😁
  9. On top of that, on most of those non-push TDs, Josh gets bumped around like a pinball but keeps going because he's so big and strong. The reason other QBs can't/don't do that is obvious. They lack the mass and momentum to get there if there's a defender in the way. Their only option is deking but a QB trying to deke a DB is asking to get blown up.
  10. And Bishop did the same thing when talking about his "back of his helmet" pass break up.
  11. Deploying the military against cartels will save more American lives than any war we’ve fought in over 100 years
  12. So not only is Hairston undersized and injury-prone, he's also stupid?
  13. You think that's bad. Look at how the handshake between Allen and Mahomes actually ended. 🤣
  14. ... for 200 Alex... I'm not feeling the Harrison Phillips vibe. I don't think the Bills list of needs include a run-stuffing DT... especially because they can elevate Phidarian Mathis (dude is HUGE) two more times or sign Zion Logue if necessary. They're not gonna trade a pick on a position that can be filled sufficiently on the very cheap, IMO. With the recent flashes by Bishop, Hairston, and Hancock I also don't think they view secondary as a need. I would guess wide receiver and pass rusher... either interior or edge. Some guys laugh when they tell a joke... I really appreciate your dry delivery. And yet the Bills have never had a player named William Williams. I'd mock your spelling except I'm afraid you'd ask me questions about theoretical physics.
  15. I'm on this boat. Not gonna quote everyone for everything but I've had my share of back problems. Scoliosis of the lower back since I was younger and ended up slipping 2 disks in my early 30's. That experience messed up my I.T. band in my thigh and sciatic so much that it ended up causing nerve damage in my shin (I have about a 3" section below my knee that's about 60% feel now). Chiro helped get my hips aligned and that's about all it did (it feels good but at most, every 6 month thing that makes sure your gait isn't making your back worse). I know it's a dumb thing but simple stretching helps a bunch. Getting a foam roller will help also. It's basically a big hard pool noodle that is meant to hurt the living ***** out of you...... but in a good way. Lastly, the even dumberest, yes, dumberest thing, is hydrate. No matter what you do that's the one thing that needs to happen more than anything. Trust me. Going to a chiro and having them work you out when you are dehydrated is like asking them to hurt the living hell out you. I was on the painkiller and gabapentin for a short time and complained to my doctor that the pain wasn't getting any better so naturally they just wanted to push me off and gave me a lifetime supply of it but told me it was a monthly dose. I quit taking that and started to do the other things I listed above and every now and then, when the pain comes to a point where I can't deal with it or take anymore advil/tylenol, I just take a quick hit off of a pen that I have stashed away. It's the only thing that give me relief within about 10 minutes.
  16. That's fair. And they probably would go the safer route, though I feel Sweat has more upside and we'd have him beyond this season. The Spotrac Trade Machine won't pull numbers for him bc they don't consider him a "Trade Candidate" like they do Sweat. Though this dude seems to believe his number is just under a million, which would still work:
  17. Just getting Day would work with what we’ve got now but idk how much the wr wanting crowd(which is like everyone) would like that 😁 there def could be another restructure they’re ironing out and it could be multiple trades for sure though
  18. Today
  19. considering it's on natural grass and it gets beat up easier they're not having UB play on it often The Ralph has been hosting sectional playoff games for decades and I don't even know if they will do that anymore cuz it takes place in late October.. where they play like six high school championship games there The new stadium with real grass can't handle that
  20. I mean, his picks are competing with his own roster. So I’m not sure how valid AV is.
  21. I’d like Sweat, but he doesn’t strike me as the Bills “type” plus we have shown interest in Day before. A visit if I recall
  22. Theres a brand new one in OP that I'm sure the Bills would love to have them play at.
  23. T minus 15 hours and 35 minutes...
  24. We've got 3.35m give or take after the Taron restructure. Shaheed will cost us 2.1m. I think given the size of Day's contract (unclear the exact amount as Spotrac's Trade Machine won't pull the number for him), we would need to find more money for him plus Shaheed than we have right now. However, T'Vondre Sweat would cost $614,601 in acquired cap. So we could fit Shaheed and Sweat on with just the Cap Space we have now. That's where my head is at with possible multiple moves with what we have (and what's realistic) - Rashid Shaheed and T'Vondre Sweat.
