eh. this is awful yolo. i have a 10 yr old in cheerleading, and they are very conscious for who looks like what. i can't imagine at 16. you guys will get over this though. years ago i date a girl who became active in those miss fitness competitions. she was always in good shape, but she started doing the 900 cal a day diet with heavy working out. she ended up with exercise induced anorexia and was very sick. we weren't dating anymore at the time, but when i saw her, it was the middle of the summer and she was wearing a sweater because she was so cold. her hair was brittle and falling out. she looked sick. after therapy and spending time in an in-patient facility, she's back to 100%. i saw her maybe a month ago, and she looks like her old self. married with a young child. it was a major road bump in her life, but it can be overcome.

In the not too distant future... Both sides of the political spectrum will prove to be equally ignorant and hateful... And did I mention ignorant... People need for any major political act of violence to be some lone gunman... A nut job... People simply cannot accept that much of the publicly amplified violence is done by professionals... In the Charlie Kirk case... Isn't anyone at least a little suspicious that the focus is on homosexuality and transgenderism of the shooter? Does anyone here have any intuition speaking to them saying, perhaps I am being manipulated? The theory that the shooter was MAGA is beyond stupid... The theory that he was a lone nut is beyond stupid... The theory that he was part of a group of transexual extremists is beyond stupid... But hey, I will leave everyone to enjoy the mud slinging of the usual socio-political tropes... The lefties need every killer to be a right wing extremist... The right wingers need every killer to be a left wing extremist... In the middle of those two extremes, is a population slowly being groomed to accept political violence IF it serves the latest political narrative that they hold dear... All the while, more arguments are made on whose rights need to be limited next... More arguments are made for more intrusive technological monitoring of the citizens... No one ever asking who benefits most from these events... Who benefits from the resulting social division? Why don't they ask? Because people take the easy way out and accept the lone nut nonsense hook line and sinker every time... I will now leave everyone to their childish mudslinging and name calling... Which was exactly the point of taking Charlie Kirk off the stage permanently... Have a nice day...

While I am not a fan of Trump...I am a full conservative, have been my entire life. I have been clear that woke is 100% wrong. What has happened is the conservative movement has left me, it moved to religion, to hatred like the left, to retribution, to oligarchy, to abandonment of friends, to threats, and disruptions. And yes, searches from US government orgs have appeared. That should scare you.

I know this is looking ahead, but If the Bills were to secure the #1 seed, Playoffs run through Buffalo in January. Having a stud O-line and 4 guys like Kincaid, Knox, Hawes and Gilliam just speaks to me as a really solid thing to have in the frozen tundra.

My comments are NOT anti Kirk, nor would I personally under estimate his life and value, my comments are that somehow, control of speech is being monitored based on the values of a few, with punishment being administered by a few, kind of like what most of us have condemned in the middle east where Sharia stones women, where showing your face to a man can cost you your life. Judgement by cleric. Kirk would never ask for anyone to be punished for comments, he would engage not threatened. Those seeking retribution are defaming his life.

I am not looking at the playoffs but with the Bills about to start a 3-game home stand I think 5-0 is very realistic. The Bills are better than the three teams coming to OP even though two of them are against divisional rivals. They have also been a monster at home during the Allen era. The Bills will eventually lose at home but to lose to one of these 3 teams coming up would be a major upset.
