  1. Past hour
  2. Generational Wealth? Wth are you all talking about? This guy is in his mid 20's. Why on earth should he support the rest of his family anyways? Unless they are disabled, they should all get off their asses and go work for a living. He wants to help his Mom out some, that's nice. But I bet she would probably be early to mid 50's at this point at most. She can work too. Its not his families money. Its James Cook's money. I have a successful business which I have run for 30 years. I sure as hell was not supporting my parents or brothers from it. My brothers were both successful in their fields. As were my parents. I helped my mom some when she had a tax problem when getting divorced years ago. But other than that, we all took care of our own selves as adults. Like I am sure most of you on here do. Now with when it comes to our kids, yes we all need to take care of our own. And making a good living in whatever you do helps with that. But I don't think Brandon Beane cares about James Cook's generational wealth one way or another. His one responsibility is putting a competitive team on the field every single year.
  3. Underrated by the rest of football (first that come to mind): smerlas gardner mcgee moulds taron johnson glenn parker
  4. I remember his pick six in the Dallas MNF game... classic Quaterback Cravin... lol wasnt that his non hit rap single...
  5. If I were a GM, I would be banging the desk to hire the best group of scouts money could buy. A GM's career primarily hinges on the talent he brings to the team, either through the Draft or free agency. I would not be pinching pennies with this group.
  6. So this is interesting. I put down the $250 deposit last year, and a few weeks ago got an email that they would not be able to offer me season tickets in the new stadium. Oh well. Then, this week, I saw a call coming in from the Buffalo Bills so I answered. It was a rep calling me to ask if I am interested in premium seating. She knew I was out of market and that I had season tickets (club) in the past. Long story short, I have a Teams meeting with her next week to see their presentation (since I can’t go to the “experience” locally), and then I’ll have an opportunity to buy. I just might do it. All of the preceding discussion aside, I do think I could at least break even and get to go to a few games each year (with playoff priority). I’ll let ya’ll know what happens next week.
  7. Wow! Wanna take a look at my portfolio?
  8. That stupid penguin celebration is now gonna look like Godzilla stomping on Tokyo...
  9. I feel bad for the trainer that's going to have to help the big man get that #17 off after practice when it's all sweat. They might need the jaws of life
  10. It will pass eventually.
  11. So investments... Let's say I get a pair of tickets for the new stadium with the intention of going to three games a year, and selling the other 5-6 games. For those three years, I go to the games I want to, and use the profits from sales pay the ticket price for those games, and collect the extra profits pay off the PSL fee I incurred. Then after three years I sell the PSL rights to someone else who pays 25% more then what I paid (which is now all profit as I used sales of seats to pay off the PSLs) I've watched bills games for free for three years, and made good coin selling off the psl's. Sounds like an investment with added benifits to me. And for those who say i'll just go to 2-3 games a year - FACE VALUE price on ticketmaster for the worst seat in the house for the KC game is $356.00. I think it's a pretty decent investment as a bills fan.
  12. You see it's all clear You were meant to be here From the beginning Maybe I might have changed And not been so cruel Not been such a fool Whatever was done is done I just can't recall It doesn't matter at all
  13. Which is to say...they're not completely set. Which has been the point.
  14. There’s a lot of this:
  15. Do you mean….the famous millionaire? I know who he is!
  16. Least you could do is send a Christmas card, but no. I'd even settle for a birthday card, but nada there too. LOL.
  17. He gained so much weight that his jersey number also got bigger.
  18. I'm only able to glean what these are about from the Quacks quoted post. You've chosen to ignore content by Joe Ferguson forever. Options You've chosen to ignore content by The Frankish Reich. Options You've chosen to ignore content by Joe Ferguson forever. Options By all accounts Biden's speech is better than decades ago. I'll lick her pus5 to show her that's she's mine. Biden is mentally fit for the job. The reliable media. Imagine even showing yourself around this place after not only just hitting enter with those takes, but quintupling down on them. Of all the people who should exclusively farm out their takes to X, Finding and Quack should be 1 & 1A. Oh and the obligatory X post that represents another view from someone not here at PPP. And all this time I just assumed that Clandestine was a WSJ reporter. Duped again! 😂
  19. I already posted about Booker Egerson for the AFL days. Mid era the two guys I’d give you are Jerry Butler and Tony Greene. Butler would have been HOF caliber if he hadn’t gotten hurt and Greene was a great FS.
  20. Too soon to bring up Ashton Youboty and Ko Simpson? Had such hope for the secondary that year...
  21. And how much wind are they breaking
  22. Super Bowl era: Offense: Don Beebe. Defense: Ray Bentley. Post Super Bowl/Pre-Drought era: Offense: Jay Riemersma. Defense: John Holocek. Drought era: Offense: Scott Chandler. Defense: London Fletcher. Current: Offense: Curtis Samuel. Defense: Dorian Williams.
